Just had my 3rd eyebrow laser removal session with Loraine. A few more sessions to go. But already seeing a big improvement. Loraine is clearly extremely knowledgable about lasers and cosmetic tattooing - a must when doing treatments like these! She’s also a really lovely person, and immediately puts you at ease. Based on my experience I highly recommend Novella. The prices are very reasonable too.

This is long overdue as I've been seeing Loraine for both tattoo laser removal and dermaplaning facial for quite some time now. Quite frankly I wouldn't go anywhere else! I drive from East Lothian over to Novella (40 mins each way) and it's worth the time and distance. Loraine is professional, knowledgeable and an all round ace human who is a joy to be around for any treatments. Tattoo removal is a very uncomfortable treatment yet Loraine makes it easier and I actually look forward to my appointments with her. She truly knows her stuff and is so open to sharing information. Something I've not come across before when having treatments done! The salon is lovely too with a clean, relaxed and really friendly vibe. Thanks Loraine!
