Never had food the setup great I mean really good party room looks good and the british pool tables are really true fast but good made for some good games and a good time good vibe about the place also

Escorted off our table with no prior warning after ordering food and drinks to the table. We were told there was no time limit on the table and a member on staff approached our table at 8.08pm saying the table was booked at 8pm. I mistakenly posted the one star whilst still in the venue as in the frustration with the situation. I was approached by what i can only assume was a manager who confronted myself at a table. Considering I have no photos of myself on this account, this fella has looked me up just to start an argument at a table. He was even aware I work in hospitality which was even weirder and as he’s aware i work in hospitality management and wouldn’t even think about this kind of behaviour. Reviews are there for a reason, they’re not always positive.

Had my stag in the private room with games in there what a brilliant place and the staff are really friendly and have a laugh. food was amazing too highly recommended for a good night

Staff member got my drink wrong then another member of staff came running after me saying I had to pay for another drink. Wasn't the most pleasant experience, otherwise the place seemed okay, never had service like that before. Edit: not harsh because I had to pay for an additional drink I never asked for. Paid for 2 drinks, one which I didn't order and then was asked to pay for the correct drink even though staff member got it wrong.

Amazing place. It has steak house and a barber inside. You can play darts for free and there are a lot of pools. A big scream for see the football. As well it has a private rooms forms parties.

Had a great time with my friend catching up here. Been a while, and couldn't think of a better place to go. It's clean, modern look was appealing. Drink variety was clear to see, and prices were not too expensive. But for me it was the top class service from staff that was the cherry on top. Tall guy - Michael I think his name was, sure he said he was Polish when I asked. Absolute gem! Very knowledgeable and very people friendly. Told me he wasn't there too long, but he's a natural!!! Give him a rise. Will be back there.

The brand new tables were such a great surprise! It's usually very busy on the weekends so forget about late booking table for American pool.

Our work booked us in here today,we had a room to ourselves. We had a free bar supplied by our generous employers And enjoyed quality food Pizza,chicken and alot of it Really enjoyed the pool tables Relaxed atmosphere,hopefully our work books this again. I love the place. It is very spacious, multiple screens to watch football games, many pool tables and the food was unexpectedly good. I really enjoyed my burger and chips. Super fresh and tasty. Very impressed, definitely visiting soon!

Nice place, big and lots of room I don't think it matches up to their Web pictures and definitely a man's pub or someone that's a fan of all sports. you need to pay for hire of the pool table which I think was expensive compared to general pubs where you put the money in the table for each game, think it's a minimum of 2hr hire. food was nice.

Lovely girl serving at the bar, so helpful and friendly. We played pool after but the hall was freezing so made our day less enjoyable.

A good place to meet, play sole table tennis, snooker or darts. The food was served quickly and was hot. Everyone was very helpful and friendly

Nice lounge and pool room. It was cold and never got any warmer in the hour and a bit we were there!! We eventually left for the bar a few doors down for a heat.

“Our kitchen is closed” was the message at 6 in the evening, with no reason given. Actually the menu has a total of about 3 or 4 different choices, so they may as well have their kitchen closed all the time. I did have some good food here about a year before when I think the menu was a little better. But found it quite cold, damp and tacky. Definitely the first ‘Sports Bar’ I’ve been to that don’t really serve any food. Well, at least it’s got pool tables.

Great place to watch sports, play pool/snooker, darts etc. Not much selection foodwise but is tasty and fairly decent prices. Bar staff always friendly.

A great sports bar with multiple screens, pool/snooker tables and darts. Food is surprisingly very good as well. Staff are generally okay, can sometimes be dismissive and a bit arsey but a great experience all round.

The tables were good but the cue sticks needs to be maintained. Snooker area was quiet which is a good thing. 8/10 for overall experience I would say.

Not overly busy after the edinburgh derby .. managed to book a pool table for 2 hrs.. Good for adults and kids alike .. drinks reasonably priced also 👍

I attended a private party function at this location about a month ago. I didn't know a place was in Edinburgh if you are looking for a table to play pool or snooker at this place has you covered. But they also have darts as well if that is what you desire. With plenty of options for food available as well and a plethora of beers on tap. I'm sure it would be long and I will be back again

Great find this! Bit out of the city centre (about a mile and a half out), but it is nice and modern, has loads of space and there are plenty of pool tables (American and European) plus table tennis, and hoards of screens showing live sport.

We held our works day out here in one of their private rooms. Everyone had a great time and the buffet was great. Would book again 😊

A bit pricey for a large family however we had a fab time having some food drinks and playing a few friendly games of pool,lovely and clean in the main area aswell as toilets

Nice relaxed afternoon playing pool. Plenty of room, decent good value beers and a basket of chips to keep us going. We'll be back.

Fast table good atmosphere but really expensive infact beyond a joke £4.30 a pint £4.75 a voddy and a juice £10per hour to hire a table pretty ridiculous giving how things are just now... You could never beat Diane's pool hall at hHaymaker Sorely missed in Edinburgh
