Terrible experience. Took my 2 year old son for his first haircut,after completing the temple ritual.Old person was chatting and did a good job shaving my sons head and charged us $120 . It was not informed earlier.Haircut charge was $50 and he demanded $100 as a tip. We had $70 cash and he ended up taking that . Not recommending this place to anyone. Total rip off. Lady staffs are good . Have been going there since 9 years but this was not expected.

Dear management. I came here after 2 year and had horrible men haircut experience. Person through out haircut mentioned additional services and after denied all extra made me feel like cheap by mentioning i may not have money in certain context. Also after denial to extra he really spoiled hair cut.Tip is normal and i do tip $3 for mens hair cut which is generous amount extremely arrogant guy did not return change and took $6 tip. I don’t mind paying for listed but this attitude is not acceptable. I will never ever go to this place. Also same complain constantly appears in your review. Get rid of this guy.

Staff is good & hardworking, but the owner seems not taking any care of the place. The heating is not working through out the store & it seems customers and workers are all suffering because of it. The owner increased the price on every item, but service is falling below standards & it’s not the fault of the workers. The facial rooms are stone cold, also the steamer is not working. Been going to the place for such a long time(10 years atleast) and these small business got so much money under PPP plan, but refuse to take of the place or it’s workers or customers Unless

I have been going to this place for more than 4 years. 2 -3 years back there used to be good stylist. They do service clean and right on time. Now they have 1 person for women and 1 person for men. They looked bored and they rush up the service. They don’t listen to customer needs. They just want to finish up and start watching their phones. Also recently the prices have been increased a lot. I will take my next visit somewhere else. As it is near to the grocer store many prefer it. Their service is not worth the money we spend . I would recommend others to go elsewhere.

These people are fraud! They make you feel so bad. Took my kid for haircut ,ladies who work here basically Bullied and made us feel bad . They kept telling my daughter how bad her hair was and is full of dandruff. Truth is she has zero Dandruff, she was basically in tears . Plus they charged 75 dollars for basic 2 hair cuts plus the insults. Can't believe this is happening in USA . Their license needs Tobe revoked.

The worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my entire life.i have two layers. One layer is a thick bob cut that just from the front. The second layer is my long hair from the back (long). They aren’t falling and merging naturally together. She kept calling my hair frizzy, which is false, I have curly hair, and she kept brushing my curls open. Now when I shower, my hair will dry in curls and it will look SOO awkward. It will look like a bob from the front and one random long layer in the back. The woman laughed it off and blamed it on my hair type. This world is full of people with different textures of hair, it is your responsibility to tell me if you CAN or CANNOT do my hair. Don’t laugh it off in my face AFTER you cut them so bad.

Worst service. They will take 30 minutes for threading. Both eye brows in different shapes ang if we say they won’t accept.

I wish I could give them No stars at all. The staff is so rude. They just don't want to work. They had so much time before they had to close... more than 45 mins and they still would not take a customer. That too for a simple kids haircut. Bcoz apparently they are just done for the day. Might as well put a permanent CLOSED sign on the door. They just want to take the money from the business owner on their per day wages but not work at all. I pity the owner of the place. They should somehow atleast try and keep efficient staff to have a decent name. So so rude and lazy.
