This apartment complex is now a kingdom of different animal zoo.You can see( bldg.5,6,7,9 and 11)lots of stray cats with their family and geese and at night racoons looking for food all over. Management is doing nothing and landlord just keep taking hefty rent without any delay.

Lot's of water bill you have to pay wther you use that much water or not but ready to pay more then 100$ per month and when you call them they replied it's commen to building meter reading and they divided water bill in 8 building .. it's not fair..and when ask them meter reading they make excuses and fly the matter very easily..they know we have to saty here because of our kids and community and for that reason they take advantage of that..i don't recommend to lease here ..

This apartment complex has all the amenities to lead a leisurely life with no hassles whatsoever. Also located in a safe and friendly neighborhood with all the amenities within walkable distance. Simply put, I had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. The staff was always friendly and attentive to our needs. The facilities were well-maintained, and the common areas were inviting and clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. Overall, it was a great place to call home!

I like this place. Very convenient to everything. Service is getting much much better then before. I don't have any issues with Roches. If you clean your appointment good. You won't have that problem. I had rats but after they covered open area (holes near gas stove, near sink) no more rats in my appointment.

During my Move in process in Hilltop associate it was easy due to assistance and guidance provided by Anu. Nice place to live in with all the basic amenities available nearby.

Annapurna was helpful through out the agreement process, Information provided was accurate, responses to queries were clear which helped us to make decision.

Should be a 0 so many rats, workers don’t even work there scammers taking what isn’t theres and don’t do anything adding on take to long to repair things.👎
