Really loved staying at this place. The price was super affordable for the area. I really enjoyed my stay here the location the hotel was in was super safe. The room itself was big, well cleaned, beds super comfortable along with the pillows. No complaint what so ever. The breakfast stayed standard through out the stay with waffles, bagles, toast, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt and cereal. Only complaint on the food was potatoes were hard each time, no muffins, and all juices tasted like water. But will not keep me from coming here again. The facility was clean, the customers service was amazing. Will def come here again!

The front desk agent was very rude unwelcoming and unpleasant. we asked her simple questions she was not helpful at all. When we asked her name she refused to provide the name and said ironically “it’s my last day today anyways, so I won’t tell you my name” She called the police on us and we had to leave the hotel. Per police officer the management decided we had to leave. Clearly the management doesn’t care about hospitality or customer service. This is terrible place and don’t waste your time and money on this place..

This was the worst hotel, I have ever experienced in my life and DON’T STAY EVEN IF YOU GET FREE OF CHARGE. Booked total of 6 rooms for 3 nights to stay during Memorial Day Weekend with friends. 3 of 6 rooms experienced terrible odor, from either mold or mildew. We vacated few rooms after 2 nights’ stay. As soon as we entered into the room there was that terrible odor and especially after opening of the door and also bathroom door Dirty bottom of tub with rough surface. Very Nasty odor coming from the faucet during the water flow. Stains on the AC/Heating unit. Carpet is very old, looked dirty and as if it wasn’t washed or replaced in several years. Not enough lighting room. . Called the front desk person and asked for change of rooms but he only changed 1 room and poured Clorox in the sink of another room to control odor. I repeat do not stay in this hotel.

Very nice for the price. They were always cleaning which was nice. Breakfast was ok, basic standard stuff nothing fancy but good to get you going. Wish they had better coffee though. The shower was missing a curtain which was random.

Clean sheets and friendly fast check-in is all I can say was positive here. No hot breakfast as advertised. Another property being cheap still using Covid as a reason to not provide guests with breakfast smh. Hallways smelled like mold. No late check outs for Diamonds members but using the Choice brand to attract brand loyal guests is unethical. Good for a trucker for goods night rest, thats it.

Average good hotel for the price. You are not paying the high $$$, so can’t expect the moon. Beds are a bit softer than at many other hotels we have stayed, but we slept well. Our room had a tv, fridge and a microwave oven. Also a coffee machine. The floors could be cleaner. It is actually dirty. There is a small breakfast area. Average breakfast. Don’t be too late. They bring out small amounts of eggs, sausages and potatoes, and you may not find much if your are not early. But there is bread and cereal. So you won’t be left hungry. You can also make waffles. There is a fitness room. And a laundry room. Staff friendly and helpful.

Do NOT stay here. The customer is not important. Management doesn't care. Oh, and most places, when they charge a "security deposit" will put it on your card as a hold, and just not submit it unless necessary. These scammers charge it right to your account in a lump sum with the room. Then, they do not show this portion of the transaction on the receipt. So Choice hotels has no knowledge of this part of the transaction when one is trying to seek recourse. Management does not return phone calls or emails.

The rooms were spacious. Not so clean, we found cheetos on the floor behind the door to the bathroom (like the cleaning ladies didn’t clean it). There was hair in the tub. The food was okay. I really liked the waffle maker. Other than that, everything else is good. The staff are respectful. The cleaning ladies just need to improve.

I will never stay here again rude front desk. Not sure how he still got a job. The ladies at the front was very nice and professional. The manager Ms. Jenny seems motionless when you tell her about one of the employees doesn't seems to care at all. Not sure how she is the main manager The rooms was 50/50. The first room we was given small so bad went to front and they gave me a can of frebreez like what you want me to take care of it I'm a guess. Not a hotel I would recommend

Very poorly maintained facility. The room stinks, very dusty, unclean carpet, bath tub, sink, ceiling and what not. Horrible night we had. The entire night my kids were scratching because of the unclean beds. There was blood stain on the curtains. Overall I would not recommend this for anyone especially to a family with kids. Spend a few bucks extra and go for something better. That’s the learning.

Pros: Clean, rooms in fairly good condition. Carpeted hallways, no noise. Located close to highway, but not right on it. Easy parking on premises, lit up at night. In an area with supermarkets and other shops, feels safe. Nice lobby and decent front-desk service for a low-cost hotel. You can make your own fresh waffles for breakfast, and they have fruits. Cons: Rooms seem to have no ventilation (is this even legal?) and windows seem unopenable, so air quality inside is mediocre... Restaurant next door had loud music, but the pleasant front desk lady solved it with a quick phone call. Breakfast area quite crowded and feels chaotic as there is only one tight entrance to the food self-service area. The juice is artificial tasting (definitely not real fruit juice), best to stick with milk, tea, or water. Despite the cons, it was still overall the pleasant and easy experience you expect at a hotel chain.

Quiet area considering the traffic you meet just a couple turns away. The room was clean and neat. We had a problem with the TV not connecting which was somewhat annoying but dealt with it. The staff seemed sparse, never really seeing anyone at the desk except when we checked in, so we didn't bother informing them about the TV issue. We tried dialing the desk for another question and no one picked up after several tries. Perhaps if the staff can't stand at the main desk all day and night because of other duties or whatever, the main desk could roll to their cell phone after so many rings. (??)

The hotel is older. The room was reasonable for a Quality Inn. The breakfast was quite ordinary. The most surprising issue and the reason I have rated it so low is that rooms are not serviced every day "because of COVID". This is the first hotel to have provided this excuse when we are so far past the pandemic. Very disappointing.

Room: 4/5. The beds are comfortable enough and the rooms are fairly quiet (although you can hear kids running up and down the hallway). Desk, TV, microwave, and mini-fridge are all in working order. The towels are absurdly small and thin, however. Breakfast: 3/5. There's some hot food (eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns) which is always welcome, although usually soggy or overcooked. I would like to see some fresh fruit as well as lactose-free options for milk/yogurt. Wifi: 1/5. The wifi is horrendous. The bandwidth is pretty slow, and the connection constantly drops, sometimes being unavailable for several minutes. Getting any work done is very difficult, not to mention streaming videos. Staff: 5/5. All very friendly, and very quick check-in. Location: 4/5. There's a McDonald's and Stop & Shop in walking distance. Everything else requires a car, though this is more a consequence of New Jersey infrastructure.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. We weren't allowed extra time to stay, and during our visit, there was a fire alarm, leaving us clueless about the situation. The staff, particularly the receptionist, was rude and provided no information, making the situation even more unpleasant. The receptionist is lazy and can’t even read on which name the room was registered on.

I've stayed here a few times before and in the past it was fine. The rooms are a decent size, clean and quiet. The women at the front desk have always been nice. This time, however, did not go well. Check in is at 3. I arrived at 1:30 and asked if I could check in. The man at the front desk said only if you pay $30 for early check in. I've stayed at many hotels and never had anyone say that to me. I did not pay and returned at 3. I had reserved 2 rooms. One room was fine other than the sink faucet was broken. The other room smelled awful and you could feel the dampness. Upon further inspection, the ceiling was covered in black mold. Not just one spot. It was all over the ceiling. I asked for another room. The room I was moved to smelled mildly better and still had mold, but less than the first room. I didn't feel like moving my stuff a second time so I sucked it up. It rained overnight and water came in the closed window. I found more mold on the carpet in the area where that water came in. The hotel really needs to deal with their mold problem. There are things I can overlook because the price is relatively inexpensive, but the mold situation is bad. I wouldn't recommend staying here for health and safety reasons.

The rooms and the motel are exceptionally clean. The breakfast is hot, tasty and plentiful. The property has a look of negligence. Plaster chipped on the exterior, scratched furniture, and dim lighting. I still recommend this hotel because it has the essentials for a good stay.

This hotel does not even deserve one star. This hotel has bedbugs and staff refused to accept even showing them video, pictures and showing the actual bedbug. Please stay away from this place if you want to have good sleep. This is my honest opinion to you, please book another place to stay because there are many other places to stay in this area but stay away from Quality Inn, Edison NJ

I'm currently staying at this hotel, and so far it's a major disappointment. First of all, when I walked into my hotel room, I was met with an overpowering musty lemon smell. I'm not sure if this is standard practice here, or if it was because there was someone in the room smoking previously and they had to cover it up. Second, my hotel room is directly across the hallway from the ice machine. It is 5 in the morning and I can't sleep because the ice machine is making this very loud hissing noise. Ice machines aren't supposed to make that noise. I mentioned it to the front desk, so I hope it gets resolved pretty soon. Third, some of the wallpaper around the bathroom door is peeling off. I can provide picture evidence if requested. Also, the hotel room needs an upgrade. It looks like it hasn't been upgraded since the 1970s. Overall, with a plethora of hotels in the central New Jersey area, there are better choices available. You should only come here if you get an amazing deal and don't mind the points I mentioned.

If i could put no stars i would, the policy stated that if there were any damages made it would be a $50 fee, they ended up charging me $100 because my son got sick it was an accident you cant prevent a kid from getting sick. The shower didnt even have a curtain their staff had bad customer service especially the manager. I was there for five days and they stated every three days theyll clean out the room and they didnt so i had to ask them. Breakfast is literally a bag of granola and water. The air vent was also very dusty, I was truly dissatisfied with the place i chose to stay for this trip definitely wont be going there again and don’t recommend anyone to stay there. Id rather go to Holiday Inn

Very surprising for three star hotel, the room was big and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was for the most part clean. The only reason why I am not giving them a five star rating is because there was some hair on the shower wall, other than that my stay was amazing.

The service is horrible. The female Hispanic at the reception desk and the black cleaning female were extremely rude to us. We requested our room to be cleaned and get fresh supplies but they didn’t do it. We booked ahead of time for 4nights but disappointed at last. Never coming back. If I could give I zero I would but the one star is for Adel. He was so nice and welcoming.

Hotel was good but No humanity . Breakfast manager was very good. For group booking manager should take the name of the person who is going to stay in the room .If one forgets the key in the room he has to wait till the person who booked the room comes. I offered my ID for records still did not consider. My Grand babies were so tired. Our stay was pleasant but policies poor.

The location is excellent, and the surrounding area is very quiet. The room size and facilities are also great. There is a wide variety of breakfast options available, and the price is reasonable. It offers good value for money and meets expectations.

Nothing special. If you need a quick one night stay it is fine. Not the cleanest, found someone booger stuck to the bed sheet 🤢, mattresses are filthy, and sheets had hair….. Definitely needs renovation, furniture is falling apart and dirty (pics atttached). Affordable. Breakfast is standard. Great, secluded location.

Went to check in on February 26 checked in 11:30 pm Mr. March check me in because the young lady that was in the front desk with him refused to check me was very unprofessional both where not professional at there job. My son went to the front desk told them something was wrong in the front desk and instead what was wrong in the room something could be cought on fire Mr march got upset like if was to much work for him I would never disrespect my guests where I work and pay attention to my guest to keep them happy this hotel just is so unfriendly at night morning shift are incredibly friendly. Night shift they need to work more on the principals and how to treat people especially when we work for choice and i travel hotel to see how treatment is done so I can learn to become a better leader in my hotel i run.

Stay was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable, not spacious though. Breakfast was good. But coffee machines weren't working and the one coffee dispenser was constantly out of coffee. Staff were friendly and competent.

I checked in this afternoon with my wife and two friends, two rooms between us. Our friend's room had hair on the sheets and in the tub, my room smells like mold with stains in the toilet. I contacted the front desk first about my friend's room (102) to change the sheets and give them towels. When I go to my room, the smell hits all four of us like a train. Empty water bottle on the floor, literal brown goo under the toilet seat. We contact the front again, this time an employee comes to the room. She tells all four of us to our face that she doesn't smell anything, and that she would know because she had lived in a basement. Adding to it that all she could smell was bleach and that she's seen bathrooms much worse than ours. The solution offered was to switch our rooms, my wife went to see the new room and it also smelled funky. The next solution was to have us check out and only pay for the day. We're in town for a convention and we made these reservations months in advance because there's a giant convention in town. We don't have any real choice but to stay. My wife is on her way to the front again to ask for someone to come and clean the room. I haven't yet spoken to Jenny the hotel manager, but I will as soon as I can get the front desk to actually give me the information.

I reserved a room and when I showed up they wouldn't let me in because my company credit card name didn't match my ID name. This was the same card and name I had used to reserve. I told the guy at the desk to cancel the reservation and then left to find another hotel. They billed me anyway for the night and when I call them they refuse to let me talk to the manager for some reason. I'm not paying it and this was an extremely frustrating staff to work with
