The
girl
that
took
our
order
was
very
rude
with
degrading
tone
of
voice.
She
couldn’t
get
our
order
right
and
she’s
making
us
repeat
our
order
and
she’s
getting
frustrated
with
us
her
voiced
raised
the
whole
time.
We
noticed
as
we
approached
the
cashier,
she
was
on
her
phone
and
she’s
wearing
an
AirPod
the
whole
time
we
were
ordering
and
the
whole
time
we
were
there.
This
girl
was
fair
skinned,
slim,
tall
Korean
girl.
I
tried
to
be
understanding
and
just
let
it
go
at
first.
We
made
5
orders,
when
we
checked
our
receipt
as
we
sat
down,
there
was
another
mistake
that
I
noticed
so
I
went
to
the
counter
right
away
to
politely
try
to
say
to
make
sure
that
there’s
no
sugar
on
one
of
the
order
we
made
for
health
reason
but
she
rudely
replied
and
said
“we
already
started
making
it..”
as
if
she’s
not
willing
to
make
it
right.
I
replied
“I
ordered
no
sugar..
and
by
the
way
you’re
very
rude
and
I
don’t
appreciate
it!”
She
replied
“I
guess
we’ll
just
have
to
make
another
one!”
Looking
at
us
with
a
sharp
stare
(like
if
looks
could
kill)
and
continued
to
argue
with
me
saying
“next
time...”
I
had
to
stop
her
before
she
can
finish
her
statement
and
put
her
in
her
place!
I
said
“There
is
definitely
no
next
time!
We
will
not
be
coming
back
here!”
When
we
tried
to
ask
for
management
and
get
her
name
name
from
her
coworker
who’s
now
in
the
cashier,
one
just
turned
to
her
and
spoke
in
their
language
and
said
they
can’t
give
us
her
name
which
is
weird.
If
you
know
you
didn’t
do
anything
wrong
why
would
you
not
give
your
name!
She
then
said
“if
you
want
to
talk
to
my
manager,
call
tomorrow,
the
manager
will
be
here.”
We
demanded
to
get
her
name
and
she
finally
said
“T-o-n-g”
(if
that
is
even
her
name!).
This
girl
is
not
fit
to
work
in
a
place
that
requires
customer
service.
I
know
a
good
customer
service
when
I
see
one
or
vise
versa.
Unfortunately,
this
one
is
a
bad
one...One
bad
apple
spoils
the
bunch!
Customer’s
perception
is
very
important!
I
should
have
read
the
other
reviews
first
before
coming
here
and
save
us
from
disappointment!
I
DO
NOT
recommend
this
place
if
management
will
not
be
willing
to
correct
such
incidence.
