of
the
absolute
worst
Chipotle
locations
in
the
area.
The
service,
food
portion
and
quality
was
horrific.
Management
should
be
ashamed
of
how
this
location
is
running.
Entered
this
location
at
12
PM
on
a
Tuesday.
Understandably
a
busy
hour
of
the
day.
This
location
was
out
of
black
beans.
Refused
to
make
My
girlfriend
a
Quesadilla
because
apparently
the
team
members
only
have
the
ability
to
do
their
job
correctly
if
the
order
is
placed
online.
So
they
somehow
are
unable
to
make
a
quesadilla
when
a
paying
customer
orders
one
in
person
which
is
absurd
and
not
customer
oriented
service.
They
to
top
it
off
the
portion
size
of
my
burrito
was
about
the
size
of
a
baseball,
pictures
don't
do
it
justice.
The
staff
said
everything
was
measured
correctly
and
I
have
to
order
more
stuff
and
pay
extra
to
get
a
normal
sized
burrito.
Then
the
cashier
informs
us
that
the
soda
machine
isn't
working.
So
now
I
have
to
go
to
another
restaurant
to
just
purchase
a
beverage.
I
don't
understand
how
this
is
acceptable
by
any
means
of
food
service
or
customer
service.
This
location
needs
someone
from
corporate
to
invest
some
time
in
to
overhaul
the
management
and
team
members,
the
culture
and
overall
experience
for
the
customer
isn't
worth
the
time
or
money.
This
will
be
the
last
time
I
choose
to
spend
my
money
here
and
believe
me
I
will
be
informing
friends
and
family
about
this
experience
and
service
i
received.
