Top notch location, newly renovated, very clean with little touches that shows this owner/operator cares. Fresh cut flowers by the drinks and an incense aromatic in the tidy bathroom are unexpected flourishes in this well maintained and well managed location. Ample high chairs lined up near the register. Friendly staff and fast service. Plus all be hallmarks of McDonalds - standard, convenient, and loved by children all over. The only thing lacking is a play area.

Possibly the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. Everything seems recently updated with new touchscreen self-order systems as well as a modern layout with new tables and chairs. The food was fresh and was DELIVERED to my table quickly. Can't ask for more from a fast-food place.

I went to this location on a Saturday night, about a hour before closing to get me a late night snack. Service was quick but when I got back to my room. The bag was about to buss open.. so I open it and there was so much grease on that burger till the box couldn't hold the burger.. so I jumped back in the car to replace my order... guess what happen next, still greasy and it's not cooked at all..As you can see in the photo...I just really give up!!!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!

Reasonably clean, standard experience. However, the food will call out the order number, just walk away from the counter, and then ignore you without having brought the food out, leaving me to need to flag down somebody to hand me my food.

Uncooked biscuit w/ sausage sandwich. The biscuit was like rubber. 12/29 ordered hotcakes in sausage, just to find out there was no syrup in the bag just butter. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to head back there. Worst breakfast ! 1/9 worst McDonald’s, packed food no napkins, from the manager herself. Check the bag before you drive off.

I utilized the drive-through, so I can not comment on the atmosphere. The drive-through speaker was audible, and they got my order correct. The food was nice and hot.

McDonalds was good but it’s getting very expensive. But I treated my Grandsons, so it was ok. And they had the same toy in the happy meal as Florida last week. You should get some new ones. Thank You

This Macdonalds is always clean and pleasant to visit. It's nice to have this place to bring family because is a cheap food option plus is clean. I brought my baby and sat her in the clean high chair and she happy ate her meal that I brought from home while I had some chicken nuggets and fries.

Very clean the shift manager Sharonda was extremely a fresh breath of air in the fast food service I had not been to a McDonald’s in years but she is amazing. Noticed my fries were not to standard quality and immediately changed them with a smile and was very pleasant to all everyone knows her and I see why. She should be a regional manager and or above whatever she’s getting paid it is not enough because her customer service truly is above and beyond.

Very clean, hot food and the fries tasted fresh. Went on lunch and it was not crowded at all. Staff is really friendly.

One of the ladies that takes orders for the drive through is very rude!! You can hear the attitude in her voice. She needs to not deal with customers at all!! She actually needs to be fired!! I had her before and it is always the same. If she doesn't want to work, don't work!!! Someone needs to train her on how to treat customers.

The staff was very sweet and attentive and our food came out fresh!

On the road McDonald's is our favorite stop! Good coffee. Fast service. The restrooms are always clean. Thank you!

Absolutely loved it! We ordered 1 10 pc Nuggets, McChicken, 1 McCrispy Deluxe, 2 Ranch packets and 1 sweet and spicy jam. It was Yummy and it was near my house. If anyone is staying near Edison Glen Terrace and wants McDonald's, come here.

I’m very picky with my steak bagel..I like it on a muffin no bagel sauce no folded egg extra onion add round egg and only 1 slice of cheese… lol They get it right every single time and it’s always Fresh Thanks 🙏🏽

The ladies working drive through 10:30 pm on 3/14, you run this shift. Customer service was quick, efficient, order was good. I don’t request Edison, so this was a pleasant experience. The men talking at the window with their backs turned, though, not a great look.

They got my order right - Quarter Pounder no cheese or pickle - but the burger patty was in pieces, making it tough to eat without pieces falling out of it. Fries were hot. Soda was cold. Since when are McD's meals $10 per person? Bidenomics inflation sucks!

Literally was in the drive thru 5 mins before they closed, it’s one thing to not service- okay tell me you’re closing and can’t make the food, instead you guys ignore and don’t respond. Literally 5 people inside and no one wants to just say sorry we can’t serve you. Not a huge problem but instead waited in the drive thru expecting a response for food only to look like a fool.

Went to the drive thru, and I had the code for buy 1 get 1 free. They said I had the wrong code but I got it from the website so I don't understand why there was an issue. They had to get a manager to give me the discount then made me pull over to the side and when they came out with my food they forgot my fries. Really bad customer service

Well it’s McDonalds. The food is always good. What I would like to mention about particularly this McDonald is about their staff. They are proficient and quick. I never had to wait more than a few minutes offer placing order. The place is neat and clean, never too much crowded.

I called at 9pm to see if their ice cream machine was “ broken” the lady behind the phone said yes tf it is and hung up the phone. 1/28/23 Saturday evening

Please fix hours on Google. Showed they were open till 1am, I pulled up at 12am and it was closed. Drove all the way out there for no reason and starving after a long flight.

Lady with an accent taking drive-through orders the morning of January 9th at around 9:30 AM who identified herself as a manager, has very serious customer service issues. Incredibly combative and rude.

Service was quick, drive thru workers was polite, and food was well prepared not sloppy and neatly placed in the bag. I was happy to receive a plastic straw because the cardboard ones always gets soggy

Consistency is really lacking lately. Hit or miss the last few months, but as always never really blows you away. It's almost a tossup now between here and the one a mile north. This one used to be the winner 9/10 times.

Today is forth of July 2022, I’m having a good experience at this location, whoever is the leader deserves to be called a leader, (and I’m sure that Young woman with the scarf is the one)the staff are doing their job properly, from the old man cleaning tables to the younger ones in the kitchen.. all stuff are good making sure their branch is way to go! 👏 They make feel McDonald’s is so important I’m not talking about food now, for me McDonald’s food is the same everywhere.
