Like I said in the other review , there are 3 SGH in this mall.. this one is the best , in terms of service .. the sales person here is so helpful .. very polite and patient. Returns are good. But it’s a bit smaller than the one in 2nd floor. Still a decent collection of raybans, oakley, maui jim and other brands. They have some discounts goin on often, and we try to buy during these discounts. Good buy and a good place !

My sister and I went to the Sunglasses Hut on the FIRST floor at Menlo. We were there for a while trying on a bunch of lenses, asking questions and never felt rushed even when they started closing up for the night. The guy there is a good salesman, super knowledgeable but not pushy at all. We felt really comfortable before deciding to drop a couple hundred on some sunglasses. They were also doing a discount at the time for buy 1 get half off. They discounted the more expensive of the two which I thought was nice.

There are TWO locations at this mall. Let me be clear that I went to the LOWER LEVEL location near the AMC theater entrance. I was there yesterday and the employees here were so helpful. I can't say enough good things. They were patient and helped me with my protection plan replacement. They let me try on all the glasses my heart desired and I never felt rushed. Excellent service.

I had been standing here for 20 minutes ro return a pair of sunglasses and the worker, Victor, has been talking to someone unrelated to work. Pathetic. Don't waste your time here. Buy sunglasses from somewhere.

Terrible service while making an exchange(product was covered under manufacturer warranty)Associate gave all kind of excuses to not make that exchange. No proper knowledge of warranty terms. At the end he admitted that he never done this before and only manager can do this so I have to wait for 3 hours for manager to comes in or I’ll have to come back when manager is available. Don’t recommend this location at all.

Terrible customer service! The ladies attending customers are extremely rude, busy in their own conversation. One of the sunglass did not fit, instead of checking the alignment problem, these ladies discuss on how customer’s features may be at fault! I’ve never seen such a treatment towards a customer. Pathetic! I wish I knew the names of each of the salesperson to mention, but I hope the owner takes necessary action!
