For an urgent care, very quick and doctors are knowledgeable and professional. This is a good place for walk ins too. Check in is easy. Especially for returning patients. If every kind of doctor operated this way, I think I’d be a lot healthier and happier. They’re accurate and thorough also. Honest. Usually no charge with my insurance. Prescriptions sent fast to the proper pharmacy. My other reviews are very critical of medical people but this place does things well repeatedly. Outstanding.

Very quick and convenient, staff is very professional. Made the entire process painless, would recommend for any urgent care needs. Paperwork is filled out via a link sent to your phone which is really quick and simple (also shows the wait-list and how many people are ahead of you). They had me wait outside to keep the number of people inside the building all at once low which is a great measure to prevent possible spread of sickness (I waited in my car until I got a text that said I could go in). Be sure to bring your ID and insurance. Hopefully I do not need to come here again anytime soon but if needed this is the first place I'll look into.

Not really recommended for quick urgent medical care needs! I wanted to do quick a Covid-19 test needed for travel. They wanted to charge us a lot of money to do the quick test and they do not take insurance while other urgent care places we called do take insurance! This place wanted to charge us $200 for me & my wife for this simple test because they know that it's needed for travel!! Immediate Care will not be my first choice for any time in need! My advice is to check other urgent care places as I did and save money!!

I can understand a long wait when it is busy and you're a walk-in patient, but i waited in the patient room for 45-50 minutes after the nurse came to see me. This was after booking an appointment online well in advance and arriving ten minutes early. There were no other patients in the waiting room. If I was feeling well, i would have tolerated this better, but i was feeling absolutely awful, in pain, with some confusion. When the NP finally arrived, she seemed rushed, spoke in an extremely curt manner, interrupting me at several points. A complete lack of empathy was discernable. After tests came back negative, there was no interest in giving medical advice to manage the symptoms. Instead she acted inpatient that i was seeking advice at all. "I need something i can give you" she said, as if I was supposed to know how to manage these symptoms already on my own. I realize they might not be the most uncommon symptoms and they probably aren't very clinically interesting. However, if a patient is presenting with some cognitive issues and distress, would it really hurt to take, you know, three minutes to explain symptom management, even if it is to reassure him that it's stuff he's done in the past for other viral infections? I do not know if this NP is experiencing burn out, empathy fatigue, if she was having a bad day, or if she is a sociopath ... but the bedside manner was the probably worst I've ever encountered. Benefit of the doubt : She's overworked. If she can't handle the patient load, maybe it's time to hire another NP to share the responsibility. Also: This chain of urgent care centers appears to use review services to create fake reviews and artificially inflate their customer reviews. I wonder if that money could be used instead to hire more staff.

PA was incredible! Wait time was a little long considering I made appointment online and walk-ins were taken in before scheduled appointments. The PA was not just knowledgeable but also had a great bedside manner. Wish she could be my PCP! Receptionist was very friendly as well.

I'm writing this as much as to provide positive feedback as to compare. I've been to NJ on travel out of my insurance/HMO coverage area. I've had several urgent care visits, two prior ones to different local Concentra clinics. This experience today was like night and day better. If you need to go to urgent care, I recommend this one. I paid upfront and will be reimbursed later. Fees are very direct and straightforward, and the process is simple and efficient. Thank you!

I was lucky to get efficient help with my ear clogged. Very grateful to VIJAL PATEL who did all the necessary procedures professionally, delicately and gave me recommendations for further treatment and prevention. She is very nice, knowledgeable and accurate. Overall, registration and paperwork process is pretty quick so no waiting time needed. Definitely recommend this place if you need any urgent help.

I was told no waiting time when I called and had my wife drive me with our newborn to this location. My appointment was at 3:15pm and I was looked at at 4:30pm. My wife has been waiting for me for over an hour with our newborn in the car. This is unacceptable after they had told me there was no waiting time. To top it all I noticed two walk in patients were attended prior to me. Reminder I called they said no wait time and I had scheduled my appointment at 3:15pm. There was only one APN on site. She did a great job. Improvements are needed up front.

Just the best urgent care in my area. The loveliest people work there. From the time I go in, there’s the receptionist who makes you feel right at home. Very kind, friendly, just sweet and down to earth, right down to the doctor who saw me. She pinpointed everything going on with me, which I thought was the flu but just an upper respiratory infection. All in all a positive experience. I’m not going to bash the other one I’ve gone to, but this one is clearly more caring and just gives you that feeling that they do.

Received a bill several months after a visit for $250. How many people do they do this to? I no longer have the insurance from that job. I received an EOB recently from that insurance stating that they had been billed for a visit from October and didn't pay it. I paid a copay at the time of my visit, so feel my part is settled.

Returned to say: I am on a child's dose of an antibiotic for strep throat. I am still sick afternoon r four days. Was able to see my primary today who was rather astonished by the small dosage. Pleasant, kind and professional staff. No wait and clean offices.

I had a fantastic experience at the Immediate Care Medical Walk-In of Edison. I filled out the forms online using Solv. and this expedited the process once I got there. Everyone in the staff was very friendly, polite and professional. Doctor Naasiya Johnson, took good care of me and answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this immediate care facility to anyone in the future.

Stopped in today and saw Dr. Catie. What a great experience as far as that can go considering no one wants to have to goto the doc. Both Dr. Catie and the ladies who assisted me were wonderful. Great energy and in/out fast. TY Immediate Care!

I had NP Pat take care of me today, I was very happy with her. She’s a beautiful, smart and kind provider with a lot of knowledge. I can say she answered all my questions and helped me with my problem. The front desk staff was also very helpful and kind. Today I didn’t wait long and was in and out quickly with answers to my issue. Also the place is very clean and well kept. Overall very satisfied.

I scheduled an appointment and completed my forms on line. Arrived and was taken right away. Patricia Okorie who was the Nurse Practitioner who saw me was terrific. She was very knowledgeable and prescribed exactly what is needed for my sciatica attack being mindful of the medication I take regularly. I am very pleased with my experience. Let me not forget the receptionists who were efficient and very kind. I definitely recommend this facility.

Ironic they named this place "immediate care". Only been here twice and both times, it was over a 2 hour wait. The waiting room wasn't even crowded. Literally 5 people. Dont understand why it takes so long to see the doctor and they refuse to call or text you when ur next in line like other urgent care centers do when u want to step out or wait in the car. They make u sit in the waiting room like ur wearing an ankle monitor and cannot leave otherwise "you will lose your spot" as they say here. My meeting with the doc wasn't even long. So again dont know why it takes so long. Definitely never coming back here again. Rather drive out of my way to go to another urgent care.

I made an appointment the morning of and was promptly checked-in when I arrived for it. The front desk staff was friendly and the woman who took my vitals did a good job. The nurse practitioner, Naasiya Johnson, I saw was phenomenal. She was so friendly and checked over the issue I was having professionally. She made me feel calm and informed through the visit. I would highly recommend this location for urgent care needs!

Saw me quickly, and diagnosed shingles (even though I had the vaccines). Prescribed the antiviral med and I took it within an hour of seeing Nurse Okorie. In 2 days, the rash is healing, the pain and itching gone. Can't say enough good things about the staff at this very clean welcoming facility.

Overall, good experience (well, for being sick when I went there). The one lady at the front desk, when you first walk in, who gives you the forms and tells you what to fill out, doesn't have very good bedside manner and could easily be replaced by a friendlier receptionist, but everyone else was very nice and reassuring and answered any questions I had. If I have to go to an urgent care again, I'd go back here, though I'd just hope that the one receptionist was replaced by a better one, even a smile or simple greeting when we walked in would've been helpful. Maybe she was having a bad day and should've called out, I dunno.

Staff was incredibly kind, helpful, quick to assist, professional, patient and caring. Space is incredibly clean. I was seen very quickly and the Dr was willing to relate to my injuries, and was patient with all my questions. This was my 2nd time here and each time I've had a great experience.

I went in to this Clinic because it’s close to my home. I usually go to East Brunswick.. I had a bug bite which needed care.. I checked in.. waited in my car until I was called to come in. There was literally no one in the Clinic. I was assigned a room and sat for 20 minutes without anyone coming to see me. After waiting in my van for the allotted time and then being assigned a room with no one else in the Clinic .. I just thought I might be seen! Instead I waited and waited and decided to leave. Bottom line.. I just cannot recommend this place.

Great experience from booking reservation to check out. Staff was very kind and attentive. Front desk, Diana and Janaiya had us checked in and into a room in close to no time at all. Konjit the medical assistant was so kind and compassionate with my sick 7 year old. Tiffany the clinician was very thorough and took her time seeing us. Overall excellent experience. Highly recommend this facility.

I was visiting from out of town so I wasn't sure where to go when I became ill. Fortunately I found the Immediate Care Clinic on line and sought treatment there. They were very efficient in checking me in and I saw the doctor within 10 minutes. Everyone was professional, friendly and most helpful. Dr. Ibrahim was so knowledgeable and compassionate and the front desk staff was also very kind and patient with all of my questions. I would definitely recommend the Immediate Care Clinic.

Amongst the kindest of Staffs I have encountered in my lifetime. The Office Personnel went above and beyond my expectations of how I hope to be treated. I felt so respected and cared for in a way that seems very genuine. The polite manners of the people working at Immediate Care made for much more of a pleasant experience than I had imagined. And, the interior environment was thoroughly clean. I was very fortunate to not have a wait. I was seen immediately. The Nurse Practitioner was able to diagnose my condition and provide prescriptions that have made a significant difference in the degree of severity of the poison ivy rash. The poison ivy rash is almost completely gone and I am forever grateful for the help I received from Immediate Care. Thanks so much!

Overall good experience. Wonderful, friendly staff! I made an appointment very easily online, only about an hour before the allotted time. Even with a bit of a wait due to several people needing to be seen, I was in and out relatively quickly. The staff was very comforting and kind, which is really important when you’re not feeling well. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for any medical needs!

Went here recently due to two days of a fever from 101-102. Was told I had a middle ear infection and there was nothing they could do. It then developed into strep throat and a sinus infection. I went to a different place, got antibiotics and was better in 2 days. Enter at your own risk and if you want to suffer for days on end then go here.

Had to leave 1 star just to leave a review. I am a member of the carpenters union and hope my fellow brothers and sisters follow suit. My reason is They just refused treatment of my 9 year old because I didn't leave credit card info. (I don't have a credit card to leave) Been going there for years with no issues. They have all my insurance info on file, I pay the $10 copay before we are seen. But today we were refused service. I won't be going back there .

Everyone was super nice. I was brought in to the exam room right away. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained everything. I will come back for sure and recommend to family and friends!

Today was my first time at this particular urgent care and I was really really impressed. The staff was friendly and very efficient and even though I had an initial issue with verifying my urgent Care coverage... it was quickly resolved and I was able to get back in the queue of patients and seen soon after by the doctor who is extremely friendly and attentive. They are pretty quick with in take processing of a patient. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who's in need of medical care. I would not hesitate at all if I had to go back for more emergency care. They were excellent, efficient and fast. Update....today was my second time there for a Rapid covid test. Checking process was efficient. There were so many who arrived like me an hour ahead of opening..7 am ... time I had the wait 5 hours by the time they got to me but that's because they were so many people also looking to be serviced I was like number 45 in the queue and they were 83 more people after me. I was able to check in and monitor my ace in line. Much to my surprise I was seen by 12:40 and out before 1:00 pm. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors we're very kind and patient answered all of my questions and we're very efficient. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone.

Online check in made it easy. It wasn't busy when I went so I was in and out pretty quick. My experience here was much better than other urgent cares I've been to. Everyone was really nice, would definitely recommend!

Took a while to get in but I live close by and current situation with covid it's understandable. Just have to have patience. One indie the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Got to see and talk to the Dr. directly not just some talking the test. I have to say I was very impressed with my experience.
