One of the best places a family or even friends can go to for show stopping fun. Prices are extremely cheap, and the shows are very well prepared. Been coming since my childhood, and the quality hasnt changed one bit.

Broadway style production at an affordable cost for the whole family. They put on great plays every summer, and I always look forward to it. Bring your own seating, snacks like popcorn, pretzels, and hotdogs are available for purchase.

A great to see retired Broadway. The cast is better than expecting, maybe they will grow as star

If you love watching great musical shows with a full orchestra at a ridiculously cheap price, then check this out. It is far more fun to watch a show in the park than go to Broadway, and did I mention, doesn't break the bank

Excellent production of Cinderella. Wonderful singing voices, stage production, set design and great orchestra. Bargain Senior ticket price of $5 to view a Broadway quality musical. Arrived at 5:00 and waited in the sun for about 25 minutes before ticket booth opened. Only con were young boys sitting in front of me that were rambunctious and noisy. Fortunately, the amplified sound was loud enough to hear the actors and they left after intermission. Easy exit from parking lot although we were in the back rows. The park security do a efficient job of managing traffic.

Lots of room , bring your own chairs. Sound system is great. Good lighting although a couple of the light poles interfere with sight lines. Acting, singing and dancing was first rate. Bathrooms conveniently located as are multiple refreshment areas. All in all a very professional production and organization. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone who can go and experience for yourself!!

Absolute best time! Doesn't matter what's playing. Just go and enjoy. Not the best for little ears depending on the show.

The stage and setting are really nice. Plenty of parking. Not a bad seat in the place. You should bring your own chairs, but they do have a few you can rent and a few folding chairs you can borrow for free. The refreshment stands are cash only.

Absolutely love Plays-in-the-Park. Free parking, $8 admission, bring your own chair (and bug spray). If you want to be close to the stage, get there early, but we always stroll in right before opening and sit in the back. Still a great view. Concessions are affordable and lines are quick, bathrooms are clean, and the shows are always very high quality. There is accessible seating reserved in the front, but it's limited, so I'd recommend getting there early.

Just saw Cinderalla last evening. It was wonderful! We took our 5 year old granddaughter and she loved the musical. We have been going to Plays in the Park for over 50 years. Now we live 40 miles away in Pennsylvania but we still continue to come back to Edison to enjoy all of the shows each summer. Great job-everyone!!!

Always fabulous, plays in the Park is a gem! Professional and entertaining in a beautiful park under the stars. If you haven't seen a production here, you don't know what you're missing. Go and check it out this summer!

Well rounded place has gone better from older times. Walk around the lake is good but can be better if they maintain clean bush free env.

I love plays in the park. The shows are fantastic. The price is $7.00, $5 for senior. If you like Broadway shows it's a fun evening.

Very weak & amateur production of Rock of Ages. Saw this last night, 6/21/23. Seen this show before in a much better production on a cruise ship with kids just out of college! Cast tried hard so I give it 2 stars.

Just got home from watching Rock of Ages at Roosevelt Parks plays in the park. I've seen this play on Broadway 4 times and this performance was well worth seeing. The only disappointment was the lack of enthusiasm from the older crowd who didn't appreciate the wonderful performance. Maybe next time they should go to bingo. Great job, cast of Rock of Ages.

Always an amazing show. The cast and crew are superb and the venue is exceptional. Broadway quality productions for pennies on the dollar, can't get better than that! They do three shows a year during the summer and the due a few winter ones as well. I advise you to see all of them! They've done west side story, the producers, Mary Poppins, and so many more!

Great little theater. Reasonable pricing for the level of show produced. Get there early if you want a good seat though as it is first come first serve. You can easily enjoy Menlo Park Mall or Roosevelt Park while you wait for the show to start.

What a fun to watch a drama in open air. Do bring some canned for donation for charity it supports. Language is adult unless noted (must check if plan to bring kids ). Scene becomes obscene pretty fast. I loved all of it. Paking, price and concessions etc.
