We love their products . My wife is a big fan of pandora and buys quite often . Nicely located in Menlo Park mall. Slightly expansive in regular time .. with offers, it is priced better . Service is very average . There are no smiling faces around in the counter ! Weekends is too slow . Lots of wait time ! Except the service , everything is good about this shop ! 👍

Very helpful staff, they are not pushy for you to buy something. Very nice.

My sales girl was awesome! They only serve a few people at a time and clean up after each sale. Sometimes there's a line outside the store due to this but better to be safe than sorry.

Very friendly staff. The store was very clean. Case were well organized. Whenever you go, ask for the sales associate named Aliyah. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She really knows how to arrange those charms on bracelets and necklaces.

Came here and picked up a last minute birthday gift in a rush. I already knew what I had in mind, and the young woman who helped me was amazing about getting me what I needed and out the door quickly. The gift was also a hit. :)

I went the the woodbridge location and they were so rude to me and they didn’t have the ring I wanted so I called first and came here. Aleeya was the girl that helped me and omg she was so sweet!! Such a big difference in customer service and overall vibes at this location. 5/5

Service is bad. Sales people are rude. Wouldn’t want to honor warranty, went to Freehold and they did it for us. Wouldn’t recommend shopping or dealing with this particular Pandora store

Menlo Park mall pandora store.Not good service at all , the store was closed from inside with employees and customers present at 5:46 pm when it states that it’s closing time is 7 pm having customers inside. And when I showed the closing time to the employee they said they cannot do anything about it. This is not good customer service at all . I have travelled almost 50 miles to buy pandora items . 😞

Walk in with my fiancé today and waited for someone at the store to help us to buy charms for my bracelet at this location and no one not even greeting us in the store I’m never coming to this location again.

It turned out to be a very expensive outing for shopping here. Pandora is just over priced & over rated. Just get real gold jewelry for their prices.

I went here yesterday and it was one of the worst experiences ever. I walked in and was standing a good amount away from the people in the store. The lady said I needed a mask I explained I don’t have one and I’m fully vaccinated she said I needed to wear one and that she could Give me one. I explained to her that I have really bad asthma and she says to me “yeah well so do I” what kind of rude customer service is this? I tried to put the mask on best i could but not only do I have asthma but I’m also claustrophobic and have social anxiety so I couldn’t fully put it over my nose and both of the employees are standing at the front complaining and giving me dirty looks. MIND YOU I had the damn mask on just couldn’t cover my nose I was literally VISIBLY shaking I couldn’t breathe and I was going to pass out. All this and I even said I don’t need to go into the store if it’s a problem , I just have a pick up order. I stood near the store door the whole time. I will literally never order from this company again. Upon leaving the store I was so dizzy and I couldn’t breathe I practically passed out on the way to my car. Shame on you pandora for putting your loyal customers through something like this. Why fully vaccinate yourself if you have to wear a mask anyway. Every other store in NJ allows me to walk in with absolutely no problem.

Customer service is not up to par. I waited 20+ minutes and nobody even said hi to me. I was ignored by the staff while they walked past me and tended to other customers. You’re really that busy that you can’t say “hello, you’re next”. l Unbelievable. This stuff is easy people. Get it together.

Staff here a very friendly and helpful, wait times could be long on weekends but the service is worth it, they never rush people out and make sure you're completly satisfied with your purchase.

The staff at this location was not friendly or helpful. Instead go to the pandora in macys just feet away…the staff there was fantastic, super helpful and had the jewelry i needed in stock! Stay away from the store out in the mall!

Wouldnt bother ordering online. Other people ahead of me were shopping and I was just there for a pick-up. I asked if I can just pick up my order and they said no and to wait on line. Waited over an hour just to pick up an item I ordered online. What’s the point of ordering online then?
