Great Italian food with exceptional customer service. We went last Friday and it was so packed, however we didn’t wait much till the hostess sat us down (we had a reservation). Our waiter Mohammed was very polite and his service was on point. Food was delicious and in big portions. Definitely will come back again with more friends. Note: The hot Antipasto was the best 🥰

Came here on a whim and oh my word-the service and food at this Italian joint was impeccable. The atmosphere was definitely upscale and the food portions are large. I’m talking about two meals in one dish type of large. We ordered a grilled salmon and shell pasta dish with sausage (both pictured) Food wasn’t drowning in sauce or overtly oily. Save room for dessert because it’s worth it. The peanut butter chocolate dessert and coconut cake were very good (pictured). Overall, this is a place that people clearly come to for special occasions, but a nice night out for a small party is definitely do able. Also, they do not serve alcohol on the premise so it’s BYOB

I got together with a group of friends for dinner. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. The restaurant was byob. We had a private room, and Leaha was our server, and she was great! For dinner, I got the shrimp fra diavolo, and it wasn't spicy but wasn't bad at all. My friends loved their meals as well. We had such a good time!

This restaurant has style,we planned a reunion lunch, George greeted us and made us feel comfortable. The food and atmosphere were very enjoyable. Would definitely return.

We came here looking for a more fine dining experience to celebrate my dad's birthday and it was everything we hoped for and more. My favorite part? We sat here and ate for as long as it took us (3 hours!) They spaced everything out and gave us so much time in between meals to relax, hang out and talk (and of course, to eat and digest) and it was perfect. We didn't feel rushed, our waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful, the seafood was super fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was romantic and comfortable and fancy, in every good way possible. I have nothing bad to say at all and would LOVE to come back. Highly recommended!

Great experience with LouCas. The waitress was attentive and the food was awesome. The quantity of food was way beyond my expectation. I had to take food home as I ordered much more than I can eat. I would recommend one main course and sharing appetizer(s). The grilled baby lamb chop and hot antipasto for two was my favorite dishes. Will definitely visit again!

Went here on an ordinary Wednesday evening with a group of friends. The decor was average, food was a little above average and the service well below average. Thus, the 3 stars. It took forever to get each of the 3 courses, the main entrees were not served at the same time and the waiter had a super bad attitude towards one in our group that had a seafood allergy. The affected person even called the manager the next day just to notify them and the manager was only interested in defending the waiter with no concern at all that the person's plate was cross-contaminated!!

5 Star review alert- from the moment our party of 3 walked in, Gigi & Danielle greeted us with warm, inviting smiles, and quickly escorted us to our table. Darnell was our server who was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating to special requests with our dinners. The menu is extensive, plus specials. Something for everyone, and leave room for dessert. Food was very good, portions generous, and felt an exceptional value when the check arrived. BYOB is a plus- wonderful evening all around! Thanks LouCas- will definitely return again!

Very popular Italian restaurant in the area. Food was delicious and pretty good service. Tiramisu is a must try. Almost full house for Saturday lunch time.

Second time coming here .. always busy .. we got the grilled octopus appetizer which was the highlight of the meal for me .. also got the fried calamari .. which needed some salt/ lemon to add some depth ... I ordered the seafood capellini .. also a little bland until I added salt .. and seafood was sold and cooked well.. it's a good Italian restaurant and is BYOB which is a plus

Let me start by saying compliments to the chef, my veal parmesan was outstanding. So much flavor from the sauce, veal cooked to perfection. Thank you for a great experience and thank you for fitting me in at the last minute. Can't wait for my next visit in few months.

Both the food & service were absolutely phenomenal! My friend and I were celebrating our birthdays, I had just heard about this place from another friend and was dying to go. I had the Seafood Fra Diavolo and my friend had the Brazino stuffed with crabmeat, both were so amazing that we both decided to come back just to try other menu options, I can’t wait. I highly recommend LouCas & yes byob!

I always love going to Lucas, my favorite Italian restaurant. The staff is really friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is both family-friendly and romantic. The food is amazing, and I'm a big foodie but they always exceed my expectations. The restaurant has the best of everything, but I always forget to take a picture of the food when it arrives.

Great Italian restaurant that has a big selection of seafood, but the steaks and pastas they have are great too. My friend says the penne ala vodka from loucas is the best he's had. I love the decor, and I was downstairs for the first time. And I liked it down there a bit more, felt a little more cozy and the noise level was a little bit down. The picture I posted of the meal is to pork osso bucco with risotto, pork was cooked well I had a really good taste and they give a big piece as well. I have a few Italian restaurants that are in my rotation and Loucas makes that list. Oh and by the way it's BYOB. So bring your favorite wine to the restaurant and enjoy.

What a wonderful dinner at LouCas ! We are here from Florida and we're so fortunate that our friends introduced us to this wonderful restaurant. Food was delicious and our server Melissa was great. Baby Arugula Salad, broiled stuffed shrimp, linguini with white clam sauce , chicken giambotta, lump crab cakes. Highly recommended 👌

My large family and I recently attended LouCas. While the event was a somber one, honestly, the staff made the day a little better. The staff was all excellent. Each staff member was courteous, worked quickly and efficiently and pleasant while doing so. Which I may add, is hard to do when the group attending was larger than expected. So to work under that stress and still get your job done well is impressive. Now on to the food. It was all so good!! The appetizers were served large Italian family style and included calamari and eggplant rollatini as well as great rolls w butter. For dinner, I had the salmon w roasted potatoes and seasonal veggies (carrots and string beans) and everything was cooked to perfection. Then came out great coffee and some kind of ice cream type cake I've never had but was amazingly good. The entire experience really was and just want to thank the entire staff for making the day a little easier to bear after saying goodbye to a beloved family member.

Had not been to LouCas in many years. The food and service were both okay but not what I had remembered. Maybe just an off night...highlight is BYOB.

I made a group reservation at this restaurant and we got a 5 star treatment....it was supposed to be at 5pm but the restaurant owner were able to accommodate at 4pm...that was really nice and I had a uncle who used a walker and he's not able to go to the basement and the manager was able to seat him on the first floor instead.We appreciated that a lot! The food was delicious with so much choices, the service was awesome....we really enjoyed every minute of our dinner...the experience was highly recommendable to others! However, with academic scholarships and music(trumpet) and I rose to become a Park Avenue NYC Board Certified busy Plastic Surgeon-but I will never forget my roots. My mother called me Dr. Freddy in high school and that humble title has followed me since. While attending a plastic surgical symposium at Rutgers in 2017, one of senior colleagues suggested Lou Cas. My wife and I were so surprised we thought we were dining in Rome. The ambiance, the décor, the splendid attention we received was beyond belief. They are BYOB so we stopped to purchase a Magnum of Dom Perignon at the adjacent liquor store. Our hats go off to Loucas Sofocli and Alex Charalambous, owners of Lou Cas Restaurant . Since then, we have brought over fifty other couples who became regulars-and they brought their friends. On November 20, my soulmate Annoushka celebrated her “sweet sixteen” birthday party. The dishes were huge! One meal lasted me about 3 different sittings. The prices were high. The server named all the specials and knew what came with what, without having to look at a menu or a cheat sheet. This place is great for celebrating low key birthday parties. We celebrated our grandmother's 93rd and she loved it.!

Sofia was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, the fish was cooked to perfection light and fluffy inside with a nice light char outside. We had such a wonderful experience we look forward to returning again soon.

Went for a birthday dinner and had such a great time. It's byob, so we brought champagne and wine which was a plus. Apps and entrees did not disappoint, Good portion, and delicious!

Time and again this family restaurant has vowed us over. Even with the menu not changing over the years, it still is as scrumptious as the first time we came here. My favorite for this time was the grilled chicken Layered with Portabella Mushroom, Roasted Peppers and Smoked Mozzarella with a Porcini Mushroom Sauce, my mouth is watering while I’m writing it. Gotta try it for sure!

Food Was Outstanding! Everything Had A Perfect Amount Of Flavor In It. The Service From Our Waitress Was Not That Great. She Wasn't Happy That We Asked To Send Back The Lentil Soup We Ordered Because There Was Meat In It That We Couldn't Eat. She Said That She Told Us Before We Ordered That There Was Meat But We Were All Sure That She Didn't Cause We Wouldn't Have Ordered It Then In The First Place. She Was Always Coming At A Perfect Time To Our Table But After The Soup Incident, She Took Forever And Was Ignoring Our Table. We Were All Having Such A Great Night, It Just Would've Been Nicer If We Were Treated Better.

The food was amazing. I had the Swordfish streak. Was excellent. Service staff was attentive and informative. Great tasting food and lots of options.

We came on a busy Saturday night. But the service was very poor. We waited over 20 minutes for our server to take our order, a simple "sorry for the wait" would have been nice. Once our dinner came, our server never came to check on us. Our server gave us our check without asking if we would like any coffee or dessert. Not impressed.

We recently had an outdoor party here for my sons baptism. I am so pleased with the service and food! Dina and Lucas made sure our event was perfect. The layout outside was accommodating for our guests and the atmosphere was was great for our family party. The servers were very attentive and the food was excellent. Thank you for hosting our party ! As always, everything was fantastic !

Set up a surprise birthday dinner for my husband with some of our closest friends. Everything went smoothly and, of course, the food was delicious! I'm so glad I chose LouCas for the celebration.

We were at LouCas to celebrate my brother and sister in law's 50th wedding anniversary. It was our second time there for an occasion. We had our own private room with our own waitresses. The appetizers were plentiful. Eggplant Rollatini, Antipasto, Calamari, clams casino, rolls and butter. I had the chicken parmesan with linguine for my entree and cheesecake and coffee for dessert. The food overall was good. I was disappointed with the size of my cheesecake, though. They were all very small, but I seemed to have gotten just a sliver compared to the others. It was delicious, but tiny. The waitresses were very nice. They were kept very busy though. It was a great afternoon.
