Went during weekday for lunch. Didn't have to wait, seated immediately. Decent selection of beers. They can make any type of burger you want or choose from some premade menu items. The burger I had was fall apart and slightly messy. It had great flavor and tasted fresh. Service was good, parking was easy.

We got there about 12:50 pm the waitress was nice and very pleasant. But we waited and waited and waited a hour and a half for our food. Everyone's food was pretty good except one. My Grandson's burger was raw. This was a 100.00 plus meal. I usually don't write bad reviews because sometimes restaurants just have bad days. However I read some past reviews for this restaurant and it seems like this is a on going problem. We will Not be back here......

New to trying this one out. My husband had seen this place and wanted to try it out. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The burgers were huge. I ordered the cream cheese jalapeno bacon one, however, it completely crumbled up once I started eating it. Only tasted the jalapeno and not the other 2 ingredients. If you make something like this add more of it to taste it!! My husband got a double, and said it was good and messy says the patties could have used some seasoning. Good burgers just not the greatest I've had in the OKC area just needing some seasoning and more flavor to the one I had.

The burgers here are jam, packed with flavor. The tater tots are really good. We love the fried pepper spears which are Anaheim peppers. They also have these creative mac-and-cheese balls as appetizers that are a family favorite. Aside from their fantastic burgers, they have a monte cristo that is insanely tasty, and their chicken tenders are flavorful, moist, and filling. Wash down the food with one of their superb milkshakes. We love the small atmosphere of the place.

After being impressed with their Monte Cristo a week prior, the best one I've ever had, I returned yesterday to try out the Forbidden Fruit Mule, Fried Chilis, A Dope Rachel Reuben, and the small version of their S'mores Station. It's safe to say their are no bad choices at this lovely little establishment!

Food was just OK. We have been a few times hoping for a better experience each time. It's a fun,cool place, but the price / quality is not worth it, in my opinion. It's pretty hard to mess up fried pickles, so stick with those. For a burger place, they just aren't quite all that. Smore shake was legit.

Placed an order to go. A double cheeseburger and fries. The burger was huge and juicy. Could’ve used a bit of seasoning on the meat. The fries were very tasty. Order was fresh, warm and correct!! Staff was very friendly. Would recommend this place!

Took my family for dinner and received the worst service in years. Took one hour to bring us four burgers and fries with a passing apology and absolutely no attempt to make it right. Did not even offer to refill our water and charged us for the small basket of chips we asked for when it was clear we wouldn’t be served in a reasonable amount of time. (after 30 minutes of waiting) With so many choices for burgers we will never return and I strongly advise anyone reading this to consider taking your business to another local location that will be happy to earn your money and time. The strongest recommendation to avoid

The staff was a lot of fun. They were engaging and helpful with the menu. The fried pickles were tasty as well as the Tacodilla. Ill definitely be back for the food, atmosphere, and staff.

Good burger joint. Lots of fun burgers to choose from! Lots of beer choices. Popular with the locals! And visitors. Right by UCO Campus. Very close to UCO football field. Big Burgers!

First of all, I want to say the service I had tonight was phenomenal. I believe her name was Savanah. Excellent job. The food on the other hand was very poor. One order’s food was made incorrectly. The taste was very bland and the house chips were almost completely tasteless. My Hickory burger was super bland and my sweet potato fries were not edible. They had a really bitter taste. Based on other reviews, maybe I just caught them on a bad night, but this is not a meal I’d pay to eat again.

Used to be good. Wouldn't go back. The sign at the door clearly says "please seat yourself" and so we did. Got our kid in his high chair and everything before we were told that the table was reserved. There was no sign on the table, but the did put one out after all of this. Apparently all the other tables were reserved too, but didn't have a sign either. When I asked where we should sit, the waitress just said "I don't know". Either have a hostess or truly let people seat themselves. Ended up just leaving. I've had the food before and it's not worth that much hassle.

The Atmosphere as soon as you walk in feels amazing! There are bikes hanging from the walls, and the chairs are all the old metal chairs and it just looks great! I first got their cheese tots and they are great! The ranch that came with it was also really good! We got the tots in about 5 minutes from when we ordered and then the burgers took about 10-15 minutes! I got the Juicy Lucy Burger, it is okay, not the greatest burger but I like it! The Juicy Lucy Burger had a lot of food on it, but it didn’t taste like much. There wasn’t any condiment on it at all. It was just a 1/2 a pound of meat, bacon, and an egg, it was a lot of good just not the greatest thing. I added ketchup to it myself and it made the burger SO much better!! I just wish there was something else on the burger. But the service was amazing! They checked up on us at least 3 times in the 30 minutes we were there! They were really nice too!

It was really nice having a vegetarian option that isn't impossible or beyond. An actual veggie patty with amazing flavor and char! Our waitress, Shae I think, was absolutely fantastic as well. The paloma was one of the best I have ever had The one negative thing I have is that the sides obviously had set it the window way longer than they should have and the cheese fries were burnt and never should have been served that way. We aren't ones to complain, so we didn't mention it there (people assume if you complain you want something free, we don't, just something to keep an eye on)

Great burger place close to the college. Nice selection on the menu and good looking bar. I had the Juicy Lucy Burger.

The food was excellent as always. We had a table of 12 for work, and everything was good up until we were trying to leave. It wasn't terribly busy, but our server took two new orders and got drinks for both tables before getting the checks for our table. That added about an extra 30-45 minutes to our lunch, and we all got back to the office around 2.

Amazing specialty burgers and shakes! Great atmosphere and good service. Good tater tots, fries & sweet potato fries too. The salty carmel shake is magnificent!

Burgers at Flat Tire are good. I believe they have some new quality issues, and that could be due to resources. Ground Beef is a lot higher than it was. The food was served in a timely fashion, and it was fresh and good. Service Staff was good as usual. I've always liked this place. The first time I are Fish Tacos was there. They were very good. Loved them.

Dinned here with my grandpa on June 3rd food was delicious, waiter very attentive, service was fast. Love their fried pickles! They had the perfect crunch and seasoning. The sweet potato fries were positively bussin. That grilled cheese burger... well it wasn't terrible just wasn't my favorite. Tasted a little dry

This to-go order took approximately 40 minutes and cost $20. Seriously food trucks have better service than this place.

Eh. Definitely average. We waited a while for everything we ordered. The place didn’t seem that busy. 7 o’clock on a Friday night and there was no wait lines the whole time we were there. We had the wicked queso. It was really good but came out cold. My friend got a strawberry Margarita on the rocks, she said it didn’t really have much of a flavor. I got the witch doctor and it was watered down. I ordered the southwest chicken wrap (January special) really good. But again cold. And it wasn’t a cold kind of wrap. Many people ordered shakes and s’mores, we did not, so maybe that’s the hype of this place. The waiter said they have the best ice cream.

Had the turkey melt & sweet potato fries. So good! Service was amazing. Great atmosphere. Looks like they have some amazing cocktails. I'll have to try them next time. Had a good time. Fun place. Lots of regulars you can tell!

Took my family here, got an appetizer and drinks and the server... Disappeared. We waited 30 min and she still left us alone. Thankfully I had enough cash to cover my appetizer and drinks. We left that and left. I will not come back again. I guess unless you order alcohol they don't care about you. Had a terrible experience previous on a call in order where I was ignored and I had to force someone to help me. I never complain but this was terrible.

I used to come here frequently with my family. They have tasty appetizers and great local beers on tap. Unfortunately, their service has since become pitiful. Last time I came here with my family and we got lousy service we thought it was a fluke. We came again and got poor service and our food wasn't prepared well. They served us over crispy fries and chicken done in old oil. I don't think we'll return. Hopefully you have a better experience if you give them a chance.

Dined in for lunch today. Walked in around 12:30. Several dirty tables. With only two other tables with customers. It was very slow. Customer service was not good. My friend and I had to ask for refills each time. I know someone who works here and asked the lady who walked by if she knew her and she goes “why are we not good enough for you?” Couple dining next to us were complaining about the same things we were. Charged $2 for a piece of cheese on a burger. Was over $40 for two people. Was not worth it for the food and service we received.

Great atmosphere. Understaffed (but who isn’t these days). Food was good. My family loved their (5 people) food. Mine was good. Not the best, but good. I will try something different next time and see if it’s just what I ordered. Saturday night music bingo is a blast. We will return.

Nachos are plentiful and great flavor. They come with a little guacamole which was a nice surprise too. The burger was juicy and flavorful. Chicken strip dinner was perfect for the kids. They even split it in 2 separate bowls as my daughter's shared. Amazing service and great value. Highly recommend!

We used to love Flatire, but it just isn’t the same. We wanted to give it one more chance tonight, but the service was just as bad as it has been the last few times. It wasn’t that busy, but no one was cleaning off tables; it was taking forever to put in an order. I saw one group continually try to flag down wait staff to order, but they were ignored. Our order was not right, which was rectified, but we were charged more for the wrong item. We knew it would take forever to change the receipt, and we didn’t want to wait for our card to go and come back, so we left the money and walked out. No one even acknowledged that we were leaving. The burgers didn’t even have much flavor, and my bun was crusty. This will be our last time.
