Oh my goodness. This place was absolutely horrible, from the room to the employees. The drain in the shower was super slow, and possibly clogged. Whenever I finished taking a shower, the water was almost to the top of the bathtub. The floor of the hotel wasn't vacuumed at all, leaving pet hair and crumbs everywhere. There was a breaker issue, and when we first arrived, we spent over 30 minutes trying to make the phone work properly. The breakfast area was terrible, very dirty, and there was hardly anything being served. The waffle maker wasn't working, they had stale cereal, no juice or coffee, and when we asked for assistance, the customer service was extremely poor. In our room, you could easily notice how the sheets were dirty and covered with pet hair. The microwave provided had a strong odor, and the coffee maker hadn't been cleaned properly if it was even cleaned at all. The provided hair dryer was disgusting, the indoor pool was very dirty and desperately needed chlorine. The gym was "being remodeled." There were holes in our curtains, the bathtub was dirty, the air conditioning unit wasn't functioning properly, we had issues with the outlets in and out of our room, and there was a hole in the wall. The only good things I can say about the hotel was that it had good water pressure, comfortable beds, and a functioning hair dryer.

I was able to sleep enough to safely continue my drive, but that's the only positive I can think of because... 1a) I feel like someone who is fluent in English should be a primary requirement of this role. The overnight clerk who checked me in was not and I still don't know what time checkout was supposed to be. Turns out that wouldn't matter at all because I wanted to get out of there ASAP. 1b) I couldn't understand what he was trying to tell me as to why he needed to hold onto my credit card for 10 minutes while I went to my room. He said he'd bring my card to my room, I said I'd come to the front desk to get it (I'm a female who's obviously traveling alone and it's ~2am). I'm at my car when I receive a call from his personal phone asking if he can come to my room now. Again, no. I get to the lobby and he's quietly talking to someone else on his cellphone. I grabbed my card and was terrified that someone would be inside waiting to ambush me when I open my room door. Everything about this situation felt so wrong to me, but this was the only hotel available on Thanksgiving Eve. 1c) With my credit card, address, phone, email and last 3 digits, I could've easily sponsored someone's well-funded shopping spree. I had to cancel that card because I still have no idea of the legitimate purpose for holding it after I had paid online in advance and offered another card for incidentals. 2) The side door that's just steps from my room not only didn't lock, but it didn't even close all the way. Amplified concern for my personal safety. 3) There was an obvious smear of what looked like blood across the top of the bed cover. It wasn't in an easily overlooked spot, it was right in the middle of the bed. I'll sleep in my car at a truck stop before settling for this place again.

Do not stay at this hotel! Everything was a mess. There was no pride in running this hotel. Even from stepping in the front doors you can smell mustiness from mildew. The hallways were never vacuumed and there were cigarette butts in the stairwells. When entering the room the musty smell only got worse. When pulling back the comforter the bed looked like the sheets hadn't even been changed. Housekeeping seemed virtually non existent. You couldn't walk on the carpet without shoes or otherwise the bottom of your feet would be brown. The showers had mold growing in them. I have stayed in some horrible hotels before and this would rank in the top 3. As we were leaving we saw some washers and dryers being delivered so hopefully they start to use them and start to take pride in running this establishment. They have a long way to go before even they should be letting anyone stay in this hotel.

Staff was courteous but did encourage a late check in to get a clean room. Room appeared tidy and was stocked; bathroom was clean. The room never felt cold even though AC was set to 68 all night; it was humid in the room and we noticed a faint smell of mold- discovered later that the carpet near the wall and AC unit was wet. They do serve a hot breakfast on weekend mornings. Overall- for just one night and a if offering a really low price- survivable.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. The continental breakfast was decent and the room was was nice and clean. Seems everything was well. I would stay there again. As I have no complaints. Very grateful for a nice place to lay my head after traveling. πŸ‘ also want to add that the staff were very kind and courteous.

Two cop cars at the main entrance when we pulled in should have been my sign!! Checked in at the desk only, left for supper once we returned to get into the room the a/c barely worked would not blow the air at all. Strong smell of insecticide throughout the halls and room. The phone did not work to call for sheets, blankets, pillows for the pull out bed, used my personal phone to call for these items and to let them know the phone did not work. I was instructed to come to the desk for the bedding at which time I again told them the phone did not work and the a/c was not blowing air, no acknowledgement at all to the phone issue, the male employee came to the room stood for 10 minutes or so for the a/c to blow which it did not and indicated he needed to clean the filters. At this time I requested a different room or a return of my money, he did not offer a second room and continued to clean the filters and advised β€œa/c nice cool”. I gathered my children and items to go and request a refund. He refused my full refund request only offered to refund 50%. Serious lack of customer service and courtesy.

Made an error about my checkout date and went through my room touching my things to take them out of room. At the front counter they insisted that I had made the mistake. I did not. It also smells bad. The pool is closed. The rooms are dingy. Had to insist I be moved to a different room when mine flooded. Trash in the floor in the hallways 2 days in a row. A mistake I will never repeat.

We checked in and went to our room on the 2nd floor, the carpets were filthy and not been vacuumed in what appeared to be 2 days, the sheets had a big yellow stain and hair all over it. The management let us look at 2 other rooms, both floors had not been vacuumed, there was still someone's head phones on the floor in one of the rooms. The bathrooms did appear to have been cleaned.

The lack of cleanliness is hard to overlook. Crumbs on the floor, shower curtain stains, etc. the sheets acted like they were trying to be white, but just couldn’t get there. The breakfast wasn’t worth the time.

Stayed at this hotel last minute (1AM after our original reservation at a different hotel was filled with roaches). Rachel was the absolute best! She had one room left that she was able to set us up in (even with our dog) and was very helpful and kind through the whole process. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious and the hotel was in a nice area. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a good hotel, clean. I was not aware dogs were allowed. I only hear a dog bark one time as we were walking to the room. Some of my group went to the pool. They said the pool had a little to much chlorine but it was ok.

Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that this hotel's standard of cleanliness was not "up to par."" The mirror was covered in fingerprints, none of the furniture had been wiped clean, the bedspreads appeared soiled, and a large liquor bottle was stuffed under a mattress by a previous guest. The bathroom faucets and vanity were not clean, along with the shower appearing to be dirty as well. We were given the option to see a second room, which was equally as dirty as the first.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CLEANLINESS!!!! i have never been more disgusted in my life. you will much better off at any motel 6 off the interstate over this dump. so shocked by the level of nastiness in this hotel. the ice bucket had dirty tissues with a red substance all over it, mold in the showers, an actual piece of something that looks like feces is also on the ground. can’t forget that the ac does not work and stains on the bed sheets. this place needs to be SHUT DOWN. not to mention that there are children running this buisness. so disgusted.

Operators standards of cleanliness are not up to American standards. This is the worst hotel I've been in as far as cleanliness. When I first arrived bedsheets were dirty, I got them switched out, carpet and shower were dirty. The couch and everything underneath it and the bed are best not looked at. Was an unhappy stay. I have had great luck with best western, but not this time

Loved this hotel. Friendly desk staff, and great room for a great price and in a safe location. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. I love that they're pet friendly. If you are bringing a pet just know there's not much of a good place to bring them to do their business thanks to the goat heads (painful spiky weeds) in the grass.

BEWARE....Where do I start. MOLD everywhere in the bathroom. Found a huge empty liquor bottle under the matress. Also found things from past guest in the dresser drawers. The staff really don't care. This is a family owned hotel. The father/manager is rude. The side and back door are ioen allday and night. You don't need a key card to get in. That's not safe for guest. They have a sign at the desk stating you have 10 minutes to get a refund. THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL EVER. I will try to post my photos so you can see the filth.

Rooms were clean. No shampoo or kleenex. No one at the desk in the morning to get your receipt or food or any one to fix it. When we found some one she made up an excuse which was not true because we waited a long time longer then she claimed she was busy in the kitchen and we knocked and called for her and nothing. I would never recommend to a friend. A lot of guests were not happy and left that way.

No one was at the desk when I showed up to check-in. Another person and I walked around looking for someone. We even knocked on the employee's door. No answer. I called the phone number and I could hear it ringing. No one ever answered. I tried four more times to call no answer. I decided to try to find a corporate number to call and see if I could get some help. A total of 15-20 mins went by and someone finally walked up like she hadn't been missing in action for a long time. She tried to tell me she couldn't hear over a microwave. I got checked in, went to my room, and almost fell over in disgust with how bad my room smelled. It smelled like urine mixed with mold and mildew. There was no way I could sleep there. I ended up going back to the front and asking for a full refund and I went somewhere else.

This hotel location has the most amazing staff! From the second I walked in I was greeted with a smile. This was continues from day to night staff. Also, the rooms & common areas are very clean. Highly recommend SureStay in Edmond 5✨️'s

I have bug bites all over my arms and neck after staying here. Went to urgent care since they swelled up badly and the doc said it was either bed bugs or flea bites. I did notice people with large dogs staying on the same floor as me. They have carpeted rooms and hallways, which looked like it connected the entire second floor, so I'm assuming I got fleas from the older carpet. Room itself looked like it was just repainted, and it came with a clean microwave and mini fridge, which is a plus, but there was no alarm clock and the A/C squeaked loudly and constantly my whole stay, and again, I have itching bug bites all over me. Nice safe quiet location though, which is why I had picked this hotel in the first place. Everyone working at the desk was nice.

The heater didn't work room 104 but by the time we realized we had settled in and didn't want to change rooms. Didn't want to give a bad review in case it was a one off thing. The bathroom was roomy, but the design of the room was kind of unappealing and the mattress was a bit springy. Wasn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed in for sure, I paid cheap for it all things considered. Missed out in the breakfast after sleeping in lately so not sure it could be great but I know they do it for free which is better than some places.

When we arrived beginning of the week; refrigerator was not plugged in the outlet it was plugged into, looked burnt/bad. Pool was out of service, due to pool heater was out. Bathroom floors were slick, compared to the floor outside the bathroom not. It did have a hint of mold/wet smell when we arrived. Housekeeping was very loud at 7am, right outside our door. Needs to have a bigger sign out front, when visitors are trying to find place of business. Picture is the plug that appeared to be what the refrigerator was plugged into.

It was a great stay. As soon as I arrived from a long travel day, I was greeted by a man who was polite and eager to help. He got me checked in quickly. The rooms were clean. Air conditioner was already running for me before I got there. Reinforcing that you don’t need to stay at a Four Seasons for great service.

This place is a needs better management/help. --First room that was assigned to us the key didn't work but then we figured out it was occupied. Took 15+ minutes to find another room. --Second room the television didn't work and there was a cockroach on the floor of the bathroom. --Breakfast was included but they didn't have anything available. --Said they would comp the room due to all the issues. When our credit card statement came through they had not done so, therefore we protested the charge. The response was that we used the room had breakfast and used the pool. Which was not true. How can you have breakfast when there isn't any. And we didn't use the pool. This is just a small overview of the poor service and lack of quality that this location offers.

Arrived at 4:30 pm check in is at 3. The 1st room we were given was still occupied or had not been cleaned. The 2nd room had not been cleaned either. We were told to wait an hour. so they could finish cleaning. We went and ate and came back the room did not have any shower towels. The front desk gave us 3 hand towels and 3 washcloths and said the drywr was not working. The shower drained very slowly and was half full after showering. When youi 1st pull into hotel you see the Trash bin which had trash all over the ground there is a gate that can be closed that can hide the bin but it was open so not a very nice thing to see right off. They did have a grab and go breakfast but no milk for cereal. Hotel is in a nice location and reasonable prices but will probably not stay here again. I felt for the front desk employees having to answer to all of these issues which really have simple solutions to fix.

They stole $200 cash out of gift cards from my father. Scumbags. Hotel is very worn down and NO breakfast. You can stay there if you want them to steal from you.

This place is a pit. Stained bedding and towels, tub backs up when showering, no drain in sink, no soap in bath, used shampoo containers. We stayed here numerous times prior to COVID. We shocked at the deterioration of this place! The one positive was the young man that checked us in, he was very polite and helpful.

'Pewan' at the front desk provided excellent service during our midnight check-in! His professionalism and attentiveness made our late arrival smooth and welcoming. He went above and beyond by suggesting a fantastic nearby lounge kitchen for food, adding to the overall positive impression. I strongly recommend this motel not only for its affordability but also for the excellent service

I am not sure where to begin to describe the filth of the hotel room that I stayed in. I will be attaching some pictures, for as it is said, "A picture is worth a thousand words." Why didn't I just cancel and leave? I had been on a road trip and just wanted some sleep. Also, on the confirmation form it was written there aren't any refunds. This reservation had been made by phone...without seeing the hotel or reviews. I trusted another hotel source to reserve the room. The hotel offered free breakfast in the morning, but I decided that if the room was that filthy, I wasn't comfortable eating their food. Understand this is coming from a male perspective who have had jobs where you couldn't always wash your hands before eating lunch. Apparently the trash can hadn't been completely emptied. The used wash cloth was probably from one of the former guests was still hanging on the rack. The picture of the carpet was outside the door, but it looked as though whoever vacuumed the room had missed spots if they vacuumed at all. You can see behind the toilet that it hadn't been cleaned. This is the first time that I have posted a negative review on anything, but they earned this one.

Truly if you like your health I would NOT RECOMMEND this place for anyone! I wouldn't let a stray dog stay in this absolutely DISGUSTING "hotel" this is the absolute worst hotel experience me and my family have ever stayed in. This is actually saying a lot also as we have traveled for work for the past 9-10 years. There was what appeared to be boogers on the wall of the shower, stained shower curtain (red and brown), there was blond hair in the shower which me and my husband are both brunettes, EVERY SINGLE towel was stained then one even had a pube hair in it, there was dirt, crepe paper, tags, Walmart sacks under the table, dead bugs throughout the room, sauce on the table and the AC unit was loud and kicked on every 5 minutes. They also after all this would not give any refund, or even an apology for this horrible experience.
