Every time we go to this place they are out of Mac and cheese. The waitresses have terrible attitudes, they are slow, they forget things you asked for, and they don't know simple things on the menu. For example, I asked for a platinum margarita, which is the second thing on their drink menu and the waitress had NEVER heard of it before. I try to be understanding and avoid conflict, but this last time was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The straw that broke the camels back was the cold, stale food, and the DEAD FLY I found in my fries after eating most of them.

Our experience at this buffalo wild wings in Edmond was amazing! I wish i knew our waitress’s name so I could tell the manager to give her a raise! she was so kind and funny and helpful, and engaged in a wonderful conversation with my boyfriend and I. She brought us new drinks before we even had to ask!

I made the mistake of ordering take out. After waiting on the phone for 17 minutes I ordered. When they finally handed me my order, the food it was all cold. I waited for 15 minutes for cold food. They didn't provide me with napkins or silverware, I had to ask. This was such a waste of money & a meal. My husband didn't even eat his. I tried to reheat in the oven with no luck. I live only 10 minutes from the location. I received my food cold & dried out. It is apparent they forgot about me & left my food under a heat lamp. Very dissatisfied, the food was very dry to begin with. Find a better location or better restaurant all together. Do not waste your time. I do not plan to eat any buffalo wild wings again. Save your money & appetite for a deserving company.

We went to this location recently, and often go to this location because it’s close. We like the their food, but every time we go we have pretty bad service. This time we walked in and there was no one at the host stand. It seems like this happens frequently. Another person who came in after us went looking for someone to sit us. We almost left, but we were too hungry to look for something else at the time. It took a minute for the waiter to get our drink order and also food order. The waiters and waitresses all seem to do their jobs with the least effort possible. And they also need to clean the table areas a little better. There’s hardly anyone ever inside so I have no idea why it takes so long with service. And sometimes the food comes out and it’s cold. This place just needs some better management overall.

How does this count as a 6 piece? And the traditional looks like they got fried to death. UPDATE: I reached out to them like They asked. After giving them my full name. Address. Birthday. Phone number. A bunch of personal information, they responded with “We will be addressing this with the location”. They absolutely refuse to tell me why they needed all my personal information. No refund. No response. No nothing. Trash.

My wife and I arrived for lunch at 11:30 on Wednesday. The restaurant was almost empty, only a few tables were occupied. The girl at the front desk told us it would be about a 15 minute wait for a table even though there were plenty of open tables in the dining area. So we opted to sit at the high chairs in the bar area. This was just the beginning. Every single waitress walking around looked miserable. Nobody smiled at all. Our waitress took our drink order then our food order. We both ordered 10 traditional wings but my wife ordered all flats, which she got. But, they must have put all of her chicken legs on my order because I had only a single, flat and 9 legs. The waitress never checked on us, I had to flag another waitress down to ask for napkins and we wipes. Unbelievable. We had no napkins! Also, nothing to put our bones in. We also ordered some wings and fries to take home for our son. And, when paying our bill, I asked our waitress if we could buy a bottle of the Parmesan garlic sauce. She said we’d have to get that at the front. So, we walked to the front. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me. There were some customers getting food to go so I waited patiently while the counter girl took care of them. Two other customers came in and she took their order. Finally, after watching 3 girls miserably walking around and ignoring us, including our waitress who had told us we needed to go there for the sauce, I asked the girl at the counter if I could order something. My wife was boiling mad at this point and told me to forget it. So we left. By far the slowest and most depressing visit ever to a BWW.

Usually have a good experience here. Waitress brought our food out an hour after we ordered it, then asked how it was, we told her the wings were cold and she just said "soooory". I know she doesn't have to care but employees should at least pretend they do and try to make the customer happy when they are clearly not. Oh well...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to pick up a doordash order that should’ve been finished. Waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes after having them tell us it would be 10 minutes to cook 5 plain chicken tenders, went back in after the wait and it still wasn’t finished. Staff didn’t act like they cared, too busy with their own gossip to help. Don’t waste your money here.

Usually a great place put today the hostess with the pink hair was really rude. As soon as we walked in she rolled her eyes and asked where we want to sit and she didn’t even let us say a word and she just pointed to high table side and said go sit in there.. unprofessional I’d say.. food was good though..

This bdubs consistently has poor service, long wait times, and an overall unclean atmosphere. If you are looking for some good wings and love bdubs, it is well worth the trip to head to the one by Lake Hefner. It is much cleaner and has a much stronger group of employees. We have tried this spot one too many times and been burnt. We will not be returning.

Truthfully, I hate leaving negative reviews and almost never do it, even when I've had a really bad experience. I never leave a negative review after attending a place just once. In this case, BWW is a huge franchise that rakes in tons of money. I feel that they should step it up. The food quality is never the same as the time before, except for the fact that the boneless wings and fries are almost always cold by the time I get them. It seems like the food is prepared en masse and just brought out with your choice of sauce. Ive been to this location 4 times now and the food was hot and fresh once, when we ordered it to-go. But this quality is consistent among all of the BWW locations I attend between OKC and Stillwater, so it's not exclusive to this location. The servers were wonderful. No complaints.

We ordered food for pick up and, let me tell you, it was a disaster. The first time we picked up our meal there was absolutely no sauce. None. I called and spoke to the manager, and was under the impression everything would be fixed. Well, instead of giving us breaded chicken tenders we received baked tenders. We brought this up to the worker at the to-go counter but they would not to anything to fix the order. What lesson did we learn? Don’t get your food to go at this location.

"For a special celebration, our entire Mt. Everest Cuisines staff went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Five of us arrived first and asked for a table for eleven. The front lady told us to sit anywhere we saw a big table in the corner, so we set up the table ourselves in one corner. A server wearing a Cincinnati jersey came and asked for drinks. Two of us wanted beer, so we ordered a couple of sodas and beers. She asked for ID from a 72-year-old uncle. I said he is 72, and asked if she was sure she couldn't serve him without ID, to which she replied that she couldn't.So, we decided to go home to get the ID since the other five had not yet arrived. After fifteen minutes, when we came back, everyone was there. We ordered some food, but two of us were vegetarians and hadn't decided yet. We asked her to give us five minutes to decide and come back. However, we didn't see her for about 20 minutes, so we asked other staff to find her. We still hadn't placed our vegetarian orders, and we hadn't received our drinks. She went to the kitchen and came back with our food after 25 minutes. We didn't know what had happened, but she started acting rude. We received half of our food but not our drinks. We reminded her about our drinks, and finally, she brought them. Then she took our vegetarian order. After that, she went to the kitchen and returned after 20 minutes with the food. During this time, we wanted to order extra food, drinks, and refills because the initial food we ordered wasn't sufficient for everyone. However, she was not available, so we waited until she came back with the food. By then, we were hesitant to order more due to her attitude, so we stopped ordering food. We needed some extra napkins and spoons for cake and ice cream, which we managed by ourselves. We were aware of the food taste before coming there and didn't want to complain about it. Since our entire staff was there, we had a good time teaching them what to do and what not to do. Finally, we paid a food bill of $295 and left around $56 as a tip. Our server was doing her job, but she didn't seem eager to work. Her expression gave the impression that someone was forcing her to work. Thank you."

Decided to come to BWW this evening to celebrate a birthday. Started off like any other restaurant, seated and waited about 8 minutes for drinks and placed our order. Food took about 40-45min to come to the table which isn't a big deal but 4/5 of us sat there with an empty drink for 30+ minutes of this wait. We tried multiple times to get the servers attention (didn't get his name but a male server with left arm/forearm tattoos) but was ignored and we watched 5 (2 male/3 female) servers chit-chat, on their phones, laughing and joking in the little room to the right of the bar. Food came out and it was luke-warm, tasteless, dry, and overcooked, and they gave us another tables wings by mistake. Ran out of our 2nd drink mid-meal and didn't get another until we got our check. Looking at the check and they added 18% gratuity (service did not match this what so ever), explains the service we received. Why work at your job when you're guaranteed the money? Will not be back.

Not sure how the food is as we are still waiting. Order said it would be ready for pickup at 10:30 and yet here we are at 11:15 still waiting. Update: Thr delay was handled extremely well by the manager on duty. I’ve update to five stars. She was apologetic and attentive.

this location is trash, i have 9 years of experience and they only wanna give me barely 12$ an hour, literally everywhere pays more then that by at least 2$. then not to mention the tall older guy, who i assume was the manager, that was doing the interview was slow af. Took me 3 hours just to get a piece of paper to fill out that had 4 things on it? Never in my life have i waited longer then 10 minutes. Then there was already lack of communication with the front of house manager who talked to me the first time there and with the guy and when i told him i did fill out a paper already he tells me "good luck with that???? dodged a bullet with this place honestly, if the hiring process was like that i could only imagine how bad it is to work in that kitchen. Moved on to a 18$ an hour job so glad i didnt show up for work that day!

I keep it real right. I love BWW, but this specific time, my food was cold. I had the spicy chicken sandwich with fried and a cold beer. Beer was great. Like always, the burger and friends were Luke warm. sriracha sauce, the only thing that saved that burger .

I always love going to this place for a drink. Needless to say, they have plenty of things to try not only in terms of drinking, but also for eating. Being a vegetarian, I am very pleased that they have the cauliflower wings. Cauliflower wings in Thai sauce is my favorite out of all the sauces. Never been to this place on a big game day or weekends, but, usually seating is not a problem at all. They have got huge TVs everywhere that makes it easier for the sports fan. The lady behind the bar is one of the friendliest person I have come across.

Josh and Liz was beyond excellent. It was a big group of us. Basketball team so you can imagine remembering all the orders and they did it with a smile. I know I couldn't of done it. Big shout out to those two folks for making a big group of folks feel comfortable. Keep up the good work. 👍

Food was good. My boneless wings were a little dry. The honey ginger sauce was fantastic. I joined someone already there and had to request my drink. 🤔 My cheesy potato wedges were great tho!

Waitress wreaked of weed. She never checked on my family after the food arrived. I had to stop her to ask for a refill for my son but instead she began a very long conversation with the guys at the table behind me. My son never ended up getting his refill until it was time to get the check and leave. Other than that the food was good.

Came with ab 12 of my friends. We all ordered about the same time. I received my fries ab 30 minutes in Along with the 3rd wave of food. First two waves weren’t our food. Yes, they gave us the wrong food. And they gave me the wrong food 2 more times before getting what I ordered. Server was 1-5 on the night but I’m sure he just had a long day. Other times I’ve been I’d say ab a 4/5 stars

Coming into the restaurant the host was MIA. A few wait staff looked at me, but said nothing. Waiter was nice, kept drinks filled, took order. 30 minutes later we got our food. After watching 3 tables sat after us get their food. I ordered a 10 piece and 2 pieces were so small and crispy I couldn't crunch them, let alone cut them. Side of fries was half as usual. I asked the waiter what happened, he said it was busy. I did not mention the other tables and how they had already received their food. Another waiter came by and said he took our check to 50% off for waiting so long. I told him he didn't have to that, but he insisted. Thanks Lathaniel for taking good care of us even through the circumstances that happened.

We came to enjoy wings and watch the fights, and left after our appetizers because the overall experience was poor and the food was wrong/cold. The waiting area was standing room only in the restaurant, so we waited in the room between the restaurant and outside on the benches. We were skipped over many times — until we came in to check the status after seeing people who came in after us being seated. We were just behind the glass door but they made no effort to let us know our table was ready. We got to a table and I had to sit on a napkin because my chair was sticky. Had to ask for a new cup because the rim was sticky. One of the apps was wrong, and it was cold when they brought it to the table (chicken nachos). So we didn’t really eat it. The other app (fried pickles) was room temperature and came out as large clumps of pickles stuck together - like they were fried as frozen clusters. As a group we decided not to gamble on wings being good, so we checked out. Won’t be coming back.

As a vegan, I was not expecting much for me to get... to my surprise BWW now has Cauliflower wings & they were amazing! My non vegan friends loved them too. Very crispy & Asian zing flavor. Also go the pretzels knots that are vegan (no cheese dip, did mustard). Enjoyed watching the fight and eating my Cauliflower wings. 😋
