    Pretty bad today. We are actually having to convince our pizza loving kids to eat it. We order from here very frequently and are extremely disappointed. Horrible pizza today.

    I live exactly 1 mile from the store. And your app says it doesn't deliver to, so I have to call each time.(4 years) I just ordered a large pizza but because it's 1.00 short of a so called amount needed they will not deliver it. So I told them to keep it.

    We are officially done with this place. We bought pizza there weekly for years and today is our last day. Since, we were frequent customers we used to tell them we were tax exempt and could pay over the phone to save time for when we picked the pizza up. Then it changed to where we had to show them the card every time before we could pay. Well, today it's changed again! Now we have to show them our ID along with it. Next thing you know we will have to go into the store to prove it. Also, how does that work if you're having it delivered? Some people can't leave their house and they legally don't have to pay taxes. All of this would make sense if the customer wasn't visiting frequently, but we do. They know us. It would also be different if their customer service was better. When we ask them about the changes, they get rude with us and when we order on the phone they are very rude. They always sound annoyed and are short with us. I understand some days can be hard in customer service, but you still need to try and be polite to your customers and it shouldn't be every time. Their food quality has also gone down and they don't even cut their pizza correctly anymore. It's very sad, because this used to be our favorite place and it just keeps getting worse and worse.

    I am tech savvy and can't figure out how to sign-in to order again on your website. HORRIBLE design. - If I can't figure out, then I am sure you miss a ton of other business also. - Heading to Dominos.

    Moe Nolan the General Manager does not like her job at all. Ordered delivery and was dropped off at the wrong address. Called the place directly to let them know I didn’t get the pizza but the attitude was crazy. Stated that it probably got “stolen” but she would remake it after having me on hold. I told her it was fine, don’t worry about I’ll come pick it up but the attitude was so bad that I just opted for a refund. Funny enough the “stolen” pizza was on the other side of the complex and the driver got the numbers mixed up. (No fault to him at all, ppl make mistakes but the customer service and overall behavior of Moe Nolan was so uncalled for.) She did process my refund though. Very disappointed in the service. Will not be ordering for awhile.

    We have eaten at this Marco's since the first day they opened. The last 5 times my family has ordered pizza, it has been nothing but crust. Is this a new way of saving money on toppings? I ordered pizzas for our employee appreciation day and again, it was nothing but crust. A coworker told me to never order Marco's again. I thought maybe the crust thing was a fluke....but it seems to be a regular thing now. Photos of pizza from 3 different orders.

    Even though when we come there is always one worker, she is amazing and the food is always on point. Next time I visit I will get her name and shout her out! Keep doing your thing! She has colorful hair and her personality is amazing. Watching her work during a rush is a breath of fresh air as she handles the stress and workload with such grace and a smile!

    My partner ordered a pizza from this location on the postmates app. It said the order would be ready at 7:53PM. He got to the parking lot and then got a message saying the order was canceled. When he talked to the gentleman working that night the employee said “some guy came in earlier and canceled it”. My partner would not go in person and cancel his pizza that he ordered online. The worker could not give a real answer and seemed crazy suspicious. After my partner left he saw the employee go into the vape shop right by Marcos. I assume the dude was more worried about getting his fix than making the wrong, right. Would not recommend.

    Worst experience ever. It’s 9:20 and my friend and I order 2 large pizzas, literally just sausage and cheese, then they tell us it’s gonna take 20 mins. That’s fine. While we are waiting, the phone is constantly ringing for 20 minutes straight and no one answers. The one lady working is rude and completely ignored us when we asked how much longer it would be. When a second worker showed they also didn’t even go near the EXTREMELY LOUD phone ringing for the past 30 mins now. We have also been there for over 30. Finally when the second worker joins we get our pizzas. Note: we were first in line and it still took over 35 mins. I definitely recommend calling but like 30 minutes ahead. Never going here again. I also told the person working ne he still made me pay full price.

    I don't do 5 STARS, but after picking up a pizza 2 nights ago, this warrants it. Ready on time, and it only got better once I got home. The ingredients were generous, and once I dove in, they really measured up. So tasty. Just like the last pizza I picked up there. Yes, I'm a fan. Oh the person who handed it to me did it with a smile. Much appreciated.

    The pizza is always good, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. EVERY time I've ever ordered from here, there have been problems. Usually, the order is wrong. Once, our order was given to someone else, and I was told I could either take their order or wait for mine to be made again. This time, I went to pick it up and was told it would be another 5 minutes. Then another 8 minutes. Then another 5 minutes. Then a pizza sat in the window for another 6 or 7 minutes before they finally realized it was mine (when I had asked about it twice). As I said, the pizza is good, but this was my last time going there.

    It is with great sadness and sorrow that I have to say that tonight will be the LAST night/time that I ever eat here again. I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $19.99. The first one is a well done, original crust with just pepperoni. The second is a thin crust pepperoni and bacon pizza. I arrived about 15 minutes or so after placing the order picked up the pizza and got home only to find that the "well done" pizza is so soggy and floppy, it's barely edible. The pizza had so much sauce it was almost all you could taste. There was also so much cheese there was probably a quarter inch of grease on top of it. You couldn't barley hold a slice bc the pizza was so soggy. Being that I live less than 5 minutes from this Marcos I have spent quite a bit of money here, and unfortunately more times than not the pizza is almost inedible. You'd be better off buying a frozen pizza than eating here.

    I've had delivery twice due to emergency (sporting event, you understand) and they came through. Great pizza, reasonable prices, and reliable delivery. 4 stars because delivery homie forgot the dipping sauce, which resulted in some fairly dry cheesesticks.

    Picked up my pizzas today with half the toppings missing. Brought it to their attention and then tried to tell me the two pieces on half the pizza was enough. Will not be returning to this location!

    They have good pizza, but it hit or miss as to whether or not they get your order correct!! Last cpl of times they missed a detail of how the pizza should have been made within the order. Sometimes it's those small details that matter most!!! Hopefully next time it will be correct.

    Just moved to the area so just looking for some takeout while I did some unpacking. Was greeted quickly by the cashier. Lucy did a great job explaining in detail the options and was very kind, patient, and welcoming after I have had a very busy and not so great day. Will frequent this location because of the quality of service and food. Thank you.
