    I don't care what anyone says Walmart has so many of the things we use everyday. My problem is I spend too much money there 😅. The supercenters have so many products and supplies. Plus they have full service automotive. Walmart usually has great prices to save you money even though I still spend to much 🙃. So anyone that thinks there too good for Walmart, there missing out on great products, prices and services.

    The grocery pickup is a joke. Long waits and when you try to contact them to check the status of your order, which mind you they said was ready for pickup, they won't pick up the phone. Waited over an hour. Either stop booking pickups or get more people. Do better.

    Very Disappointed. Wanted to get tires replaced on my car. Called the main number, no one answered after 3 minutes Called the auto center number, no one answered after 5 minutes and apparently got transferred to the general number. They answered and I said I was trying to reach the auto center. He transferred me. Phone rang again for 5 minutes until it was transferred again to the general number , and they answered again. After waiting over 15 minutes for someone in the auto center to answer and being transferred there, I gave up. They lost my business.

    Much more organized than other supercenters. The isles were clean, the products were stocked, the store was well maintained. 👍 🤔 Only one big issue, no cashiers were available, only self checkouts were open, so we called someone to run a checkout for us. This is the sad reality, I understand if I am in a hurry and I have an item or two for check out, I don't mind going to self checkout. However I refuse to run a full cart of groceries by myself.

    Was shopping there this morning around 8am. My daughter needed shaving cream. Went to the cosmetics and find out woman’s shaving cream is in a locked cabinet. I asked THREE separate employees if they could unlock it for me and none of them could. Finally a lady said she could page someone to come unlock it. I waited 10-15 minutes and nobody came. What a joke. I won’t be back to this Walmart. Why on earth would men’s shaving cream be out but woman’s shaving cream be locked up??? Doesn’t make any sense to me. And the fact nobody could come and unlock it really baffles me.

    9:55am on Saturday and only one person working checkout. This is ridiculous and it's the second time it's happened to us. I'm already not a fan of Walmart but this seals the deal. We will NOT be back. This isn't Aldi's, I'm not scanning a giant cart of products and bagging myself. Get it together. I encourage everyone else to stop shopping here as well. Hire some tellers and help the community while providing a basic customary service. You can keep the self checkout nonsense for small transactions.

    This is for grocery delivery: I chose delivery for the first time & they gave me rotten potatoes, like rotten to the point it was leaking onto the other items in the bag and it stank up our doorway and kitchen. The person(s) who handled the bag(s) from point a to b had to have definitely smelt it. I would suggest not getting food delivered.

    I had a long wait to return an item for another person. Was given a gift card, not funds returned to the original method of purchase. I was unable to find a duplicate item to one purchased East of North May, but this store seemed to be exploding with merchandise and had more styles and more choices and some very complicated displays I had honestly never seen in a Walmart. I ran out of time and was late to an appointment. But it was an informative trip. Thanks!

    I've given this Walmart three chances for quick grocery pickup and they have miserably failed each time. Being a mom of two little kids, it's really hard to wait in the car for over 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and shop inside at this location or go to the Quail Springs Walmart and wait for only five minutes.

    The staff were AMAZING! They showed me where the departments were in their store since its a little different and even helped me find my debit card in the parking lot! Thank you so much, especially the cashier team.

    It's so much better than the one on I35 Frontage Rd. A team lead (Scott) was very kind, greeted me and asked me if I needed help. He sure was a big help today. He even went to the back and found shallots for me. I looked high and low for them.

    I have been on the phone, trying to talk to someone in the auto center for now 12 minutes. They never answer the phones at this store It’s ridiculous. Very poor customer service, the operator catches an attitude too…. Saying that they MUST have a customer back there and they are just too busy to answer the phone!! Well…. No kidding!

    It's a Wal-Mart, and a pretty well-organized one. Quick notes for some other reviewers: Employees at your local grocery store have no, none, zero control over what is in stock. That is a supply chain issue. And if you're complaining about self-checkout in 2023, I don't know what to say - you're welcome to place an order via telegram and have the milkman deliver it.

    **BLACK FRIDAY** Went to this Walmart at 7am and there was hardly any people there. Not surprised given Wal-Mart's Black Friday deals are awful at best!! Didn't really see any deals outside of maybe electronics, other than that, it was a joke!!! Years ago the lines on Black Friday were huge...this year there were workers standing around with nothing to do. Says alot!

    This is a great local walmart. The employees have always been super helpful and never had an issues. I have asked for assistance on more than one occasion and always and always had prompt service. The fresh food aisles were updated some time ago and it is very fresh and looks really good. The prices on food are very hard to beat!! I have returned multiple items over the years and never had any issues. Returns went super smooth. I have had a few tires put on our vehicles over the years and the service is always very quick and seems reasonably priced. The last time I went down the tools aisle i was amazed at the selection. The best thing about Walmart is the have so much to offer. You can usually find anything you are looking for at Walmart! Thank you for a nice clean store with great prices!

    Usually pretty busy here. Employees are helpful. Store is clean and organized. Plenty of parking. Good location amongst many other stores and restaurants

    As usual, they don't have the one thing I came in for. The only difference this time was the cashier was engaging and friendly. I will gladly pay extra to not have to ever go in this chain again.

    Where do I sign up for an employee #. Literally have to go and find a ladder to get products from the top shelf over and over again. All those cameras, they have me going up and down pulling my own products, then having to scan and bag myself?! If you are forced to shop here, just be prepared to be micromanaged when checking out, but no other customer service in the whole store... Rant over....

    Everybody was very friendly very helpful and all my products that I had ordered come to my house either the next day or within the day! The only thing that people do wish for was more checkers for the holiday actual checkers. cuz the lines are unbearable but thank you so much for having my product and for getting it shipped to me undamaged and they rang my doorbell!! so they wouldn't sit outside.     People were extremely rude. I came in with a relatively good mood for one item, which I found within 30 seconds of being inside. What should have been an in and out trip turned out way longer then it should and leaving me dissatisfied

    I love the auto center! Travis is the best for the wheels and tires! Their service is pretty fast. Store stays pretty clean too. I like to browse around while I wait for my car.

    The guy at the door checked our stuff for like 10 minutes as if we are a thief. Others were easily passing by him but he didn’t care about them. It was my first time here and had very bad experience. Not going back ever again. I think this is an act of racism.

    Skyy in the customer service department wouldn’t exchange diapers that we just bought and now we are stuck having to buy less diapers for our almost one year old because we can’t afford to buy a bigger box like we originally did. I’ve never ran into this issue at Target so save your time and go there!! Always super nice too when we go there instead.

    It took awhile because everyone is short staffed. Trees in the pickup area would help make the wait more bearable. Otherwise my order was correct and the food looked good, and the substitutions were great.

    Stupid system at customer service, the Walmart employee refuse my return even though they still have 3 more minute to be 8pm and I only have 3 stuffs to return. The customer before me keep asking her to help me because he could see I dont have many things to return and time still not end yet. She asked me to come back the next day, I am not close to there and very inconveniency. Hope to have 0 star option to review.
