An
area
had
been
booked;
reserved.
Paid!!
No
reserved
sign.
Followed
up
with
management
as
to
where
we'd
go.
Customer
service
attendant
was
rude
-
"I've
had
training
in
hospitality"
she
said.
Whether
she
had
training
or
not;
well
good
onya
girly,
didn't
need
to
hear
a
run-down
of
your
resume.
All
this
while
the
manager
stood
in
silence.
This
is
just
a
snippet
of
action.
Pros:
our
kiddies
enjoyed
it.
Cons:
the
things
our
kiddies
don't
take
notice
of
because
they're
havn'
water
fun
in
the
sun.
For
example
some
area
exits
for
kids
splash
slides,
'greenery'
growing
plus
a
build
up
of
leaf
matter
eeww1!!

our
group
saw
blood
on
an
exit,
no,
not
paint!!

Slide
marshal;
a
young
lad
timing
entry
for
tubing,
I
could
tell
he
didn't
wanna
be
there
&
I
didn't
like
the
way
he
pushed
(shoving
with
foot
when
there
was
no
need
to)
each
swimmer
especially
the
younger
kids,
almost
hitting
their
heads.
Thankful
for
marshal
change
over.
That
lad
was
really
pleasant.
So,
would
we
recommend,
definite
sweet
as
