Lovely day out with the family My sons 14th birthday with mates in the school holidays. We packed our own food for a picnic but there is a kiosk there for hot food and drinks... A multi area water park which caters for the young and ' not so young A great day's fun for all!!!

Nice water slide park set in a lovely garden with peacocks. It's was better than we were expecting so will definitely go again when the kids are older.

Slides are great for kids Just take all your own food & drinks with you As No choice or Variety for food everything deep fried Nothing fresh ran out of hot chips by 1 Establishment not used to it potential It could be a Highlight of Cairns

The park itself is great, old big rain tree is exciting, the aqua park is good. Just don't expect anything mind-blowing, but it has some good big waterslides (you need to pay extra for them). Unfortunately, they have only one swimming pool and lots of people. They also have instructors or people around a corner in case of emergency. Nevertheless, nice place to visit

It was pretty cool and the massive entry I liked the peacocks the most.

Great water park for the young ones to spend a weekend with a baby pool and water slides also lots of peacocks roaming freely

I have been here several times before and the kids always have a blast and burn themselves out. Three stars because there is no consistency with being a sufficient number of mats and tubes. Even though it was quiet today, there were only 7 mats for the slide which takes 4 at a time, you do the math. It resulted in long queues given how quiet it was....room for improvement for sure. Had a great time nonetheless.

It was OK. Reasonable for small kids. For kids above 7 and adults - three large slides, may not be enough to fill a day. When taking a photo with a peacock bird the lifeguard appeared shouting to "leave the bird alone" not accepting the argument that we are just taking a photo. Overall 3 stars and the place is not cheap / not the best value for money. If you are a visitor on a budget and limited time - there are plenty of better places to visit while you are in Cairns.

We love Sugarworld - the slides are fun and the lines are never too long. Mini golf is a good laugh and there are lots of shady spots to relax too. It’s great that you can bring your own food to have a picnic - the kiosk is great for hot food and ice creams. The big public park outside is worth a visit too.

Closed due to "flooding" ... 2hrs of rainfall cant close a place down like this surely You should have put it CLOSED on google page at least we drove up from townsville for a day trip specifically and cant believe its sunny out and its closed due to flooding

Great place to take the kids. You don't need to wait long for each slide, there's plenty of space, and it's affordable! The baby peacocks are so cute!

Great place for the kids to burn off energy.. Sunscreen needed and healthy food to bring as not many healthy options to eat. Better than nothing! Peacocks birds are beautiful too

Neice organised fams' day at least 4wks prior to today's adventure. Boy what an adventure!!😠 An area had been booked; reserved. Paid!! No reserved sign. Followed up with management as to where we'd go. Customer service attendant was rude - "I've had training in hospitality" she said. Whether she had training or not; well good onya girly, didn't need to hear a run-down of your resume. All this while the manager stood in silence. This is just a snippet of action. Pros: our kiddies enjoyed it. Cons: the things our kiddies don't take notice of because they're havn' water fun in the sun. For example some area exits for kids splash slides, 'greenery' growing plus a build up of leaf matter eeww1!! 2 members of our group saw blood on an exit, no, not paint!! Eeww2! Slide marshal; a young lad timing entry for tubing, I could tell he didn't wanna be there & I didn't like the way he pushed (shoving with foot when there was no need to) each swimmer especially the younger kids, almost hitting their heads. Thankful for marshal change over. That lad was really pleasant. So, would we recommend, definite sweet as . . . NO!

Great place to take the kids! Plenty to do for kids of all ages (I'm 44 and I had a blast). The girls manning the slides were friendly and helpful (so was the young lad with the long curly hair in a pony tail). Very patient with my autistic son who wanted to look around and "help" them. $75 Is great value for a family day out.

Amazing place to spend a day or half day. Waterslides are fun specially with kids between 6 years and older. Almost all slides are safe and you do not need to worry about. Please don't expect too much as it is not a waterpark like Gold Coast. Very economical as you just need to spend 61$ for a family of four including big slides. Also greenery and park is very good. My kids loved it and me and my wife too.

The Splash water park was great for my 3 younger kids and the 3 big waterslides were good for my teen. Golf was included in the general entry fee and the big waterslides were an extra cost. It's great that you can take your own food as the Cafe on-site didn't have much of a variety apart from hot chips and other fried food. However they need to do better with cleaning the toilet facilities. The toilets next the the pools were absolutely disgusting, smelt horrid and you don't know what you're stepping in. The other toilets behind the Cafe were so much better however there were no bins at all so used papertowels and used female hygiene products were left everywhere in both female and parents bathroom.

Great place for kids , couldn’t get them out of there. But couldn’t believe for a council run facility that they don’t have recycle bins for all the plastic and glass bottles that were being bought and binned. We live in a world heritage region surrounded by beautiful Rain Forest and our council is neglecting to front up and clean up these types of facilities. Would be nice to see recycling mandated around Cairns by council. Otherwise awesome place for kids and family’s

Kids loved the Super Slides but the smaller Slides were only manned for short periods of time. Toilets were locked 2 hours after opening and staff member made me find a lifeguard to get keys to open them. Toilets were flooded as well once open like they had been hosed but not squeeged and very slippery.
