Horrible experience. Came in for my appointment dealt with some young girl named Kiara and she was absolutely horrid. Was nothing but polite and she was incredibly rude and acted as if she was better/she didn’t have time for me. I ended up walking out cause I was so baffled by her. You guys really need to check over your employees and how they approach patients. I understand health care field a lot of people are short tempered. I work in that field to so I understand but you don’t let something come off on your patients. It’s unacceptable and brings your professionalism down. Looking at the reviews I wasn’t the only one who had issues with her. Hope you guys take a good hard look at her. -sincerely Karen

I had cortisone injections in my back when I thought it was just freezing being injected I was informed we were done. It was amazing fast and pain free. The staff was professional and explained everything in detail to me. Thank you.

Waited for over one hour for an xray. Looks like the steroid injections trump other procedures since they must be a big money maker for this clinic. The people that were getting this procedure done was put ahead of me in the x rays These must be repeat procedures while my xray is a one time procedure. Someone that has to get an xray usually will be in a lot of pain but I am sure that other procedures make quite a lot more money for the clinic so it does not matter. I have had xrays done at other clinics and have never had to wait so long. I kept hearing the name Dr. Murray so he must be in charge and I think must be the one that dictates this scenario . They were making all sorts of excuses but basically they take care of whoever will gives the most repeat business. Do not go to this centre if you want any sort of service to look after your health. I will tell my doctor not to recommend patients be sent here for tests.

I needed to get in for a cortisone shot before a trip. I was so worried they couldn't fit me in. The booking staff heard my concerns and were able to get me in the next day. The staff & Drs are so friendly. They were running behind that day but thet were apologetic & kept checking in on all the patients ensuring we were comfortable. I love that it has a huge parking lot so never a worried about finding a space.

A staff member technician in performing heart tests needs to have some respect for seniors and be more compassionate on how you treat them. Also the technician didn’t provide clear and concise instructions to the patient which caused significant confusion. A report will be filed with AHS regarding this matter.

Excellent place to have ultrasounds, X-rays, pain management…. Appointment bookings are much quicker/sooner than at MIC. The staff at Westgate is top notch. Everyone is so friendly and caring. They really take great care of you here. My appointments yesterday were right on schedule, no waiting at all. I always choose this place when I need any of their services, and I always recommend them to others looking for a place to go :)

I had a cortisone shot, did not feel anything. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and explained everything. I recommend the Westgate Medical clinic.

Absolutely the best place I've been to for diagnostic. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. From the minute you walk in you feel welcomed. The staff are kind patience and understanding. In the past year I have had occasion to visit CDC Westgate a number of times. I have always been able to get appointments within a short time of asking. The service from the front staff, technologists and radiologist have always been excellent. I particularly appreciated that when, on one occasion, the results were unexpected, Dr Ho took the time to speak with me personally.

Booking my appointment was easy. The lady who booked me( unfortunately I can’t remember her name) was awesome. She was very accommodating and was quick. Staff at the clinic are very friendly and knowledgeable, they made sure I understood what I am in for. It had an awesome experienced overall.

Upon entering the Westgate clinic I was impressed with the cleanliness of the clinic and friendly and professional attitude of all staff. I found Dr. Ho to be very kind as he knew how nervous I was about my shoulder Injections. His calm approach and great explanation of what was to occur put me to ease. I only felt the little pinch which was nothing! Overall my experience at your Westgate clinic was wonderful I would not have any concerns should I require any future treatments. I will be discussing my experience to family and friend should they require similar treatment.

Every time i’ve gone to any of their locations, whether it was for ultrasound or x-ray. The staff has always been nothing but professional, courteous and exceptionally nice. Every time I go, it’s a pleasant experience. Definitely will use them every time if possible.

The staff were very clear in explaining the process for my procedure. I was apprehensive and anticipated the injection to be painful but Dr. Hoa was fantastic, making the whole experience so easy and positive. Thank you to all the staff for their professionalism and courtesy.

I went in call right away Checked me in waiting for 10 minutes then in to changing room fill in forms. Waiting room 5 minutes. Then in for X-RAY than in to injection room with staff and Dr Ho . Great job to all the staff. Thanks

I have going to the Westgate location for my knee injections and from the staff at the front to the staff at the back, they are awesome. Dr. Ho is absolutely amazing at what he does. Minimal pain from the injection and very efficient. Thanks!!

Always a very pleasant clinic to go for service, very helpful and friendly staff and almost always on time of scheduled appointments. Though it’s quite fast, they’re very organized and you don’t feel very rushed about the procedure but you do understand that timing is important to keep schedules on par

I was booked at the Westgate clinic for a number of screening and baseline tests. I was booked within a week of making the call. The booking agent was pleasant and helpful and the front desk staff was professional and pleasant. I had Joanne as my technologist. She was professional and knowledgeable and kept the mood light throughout the procedures. My only complaint was the gown that barely fit. I had to go back and forth between departments and feared I may traumatize someone if I fell out of it. Joanne was helpful with that and assisted me in keeping as covered as possible, but the worry of keeping it closed definitely brought the overall anxiety of the appointment up a notch.

I recently went for my first treatment (regarding my SI joints). Honestly life changing. I am grateful to all of the staff whom are polite and cordial. Everyone at the office wore a bright and welcoming smile. This alone is comforting, especially when there are elements of anxiety or apprehension. Dr. Halliday specifically performed the injections (via fluroscopy imaging) she was brilliant, quick and engaging. I absolutely cannot praise this facility enough for how I felt prior, during and after treatment. A thousand thank you's!

I was scrolling to look for your guys’ phone number and I came across these reviews. I can side with the good because I have had amazing service. Everyone was polite, kind and helpful. But unfortunately, I can also see the side of the negative comments as I have had issues with some employees. I am not confrontational so I do not say anything. But I have heard your employees gossiping about patients or making fun of them. Which I believe is very wrong. Your patients should feel like they are in a judge free environment especially when comments are made about looks, weight and so on. Or talking about their weekend in a very dirogatory manor. The comment that you replied to as being fake just may be that. But at the same time I can also see it happening. I’m not an individual to single someone out, but I do see it as possibly being true as I have had issues with her before. I would be more then happy to email you about it like I’ve seen you said on all the other reviews to share my experience.

Twice in one week I went in and received timely and thoughtful service. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and kind. They were able to get me in for an appointment quickly and easily. The office is clean and allows for good distancing. Even being the next patient immediately after a grumpy person who complained loudly about having to wait when he had missed his appointment time, the staff were friendly, polite and went out of their way to treat me quickly and with great care.

I have been kicked out with my wife and denied a treatment from this location based on racial background, when I complained to the supervisor she confirmed this stupid action .. sham on you.

Absolutely a great diagnostic center. I went to give my mom's injection on her knee. Very friendly staffs and easy to find.

"Almost" without exception, the staff are outstanding and the service is great. I do not, however, appreciate their "arrive 15 minutes earlier than scheduled time policy" as I am never late for appointments and have never been called in earlier than my scheduled appointment time . (It is what I habitually tell guests who are habitually late). The assumption should not be made about patients and I feel like it draws the conclusion that their time is more valuable than mine. Since I have probably been here ten times that adds up to over two hours of MY time wasted.
