This place is *AMAZING!* My 5 year old was a new patient today with a sore tooth. She was a bit nervous walking in, but was immediately put at ease by the demeanor of the staff when we arrived. Every single person that we spoke with in the office was beyond phenomenal, especially the ladies at the front desk and hygienist Sydney. The office itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and runs smoothly. I’m so glad we’ve found such a gem of a dental office. Everyone took excellent care of us and my daughter is excited to go back!

Never have I had a bad experience here. 3 different hygienists have worked with me and all 3 were extremely gentle and professional. Dr Moody is great as well. I have been going for 5 years now and will continue to support this local business.

I visited as a new client today and was so pleased with my experience. The office was nice and the staff were great. I got an appointment within a week of scheduling. I would recommend this business to anyone!

I called one dentist office after another today for an urgent dental checkup. These folks here made it happen when everywhere else was booked and despite them being busy themselves, I got in the same day and had my dental emergency taken care of within a couple hours of picking up the phone and calling them. All of that while being a new patient. Great office, great treatment, and great staff! Highly recommended dental practice.

EFD is fantastic, and are always accommodating. They made room for me 2 years ago when I had a dental emergency. They are always upbeat. Their equipment is top notch and their patient care is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an appointment on Monday, it went great! Very accommodating office, they explained all the information in regards to my procedure really well! Nice staff!

There was an adjustment for my services to keep things moving in a safe way. I’m thankful there isn’t a sense to rush procedures/work and the cost stayed the same.

Everyone from front office, to dental hygienist, to dentist was friendly and knowledgeable. Appointment was fast and efficient but not rushed, I was given plenty of time to ask questions. Best dentist office I've been to in 20 years.

This is a very efficient and cost effective dental office. Their dental service plan helps a lot to control costs. People are all friendly and good at their jobs.

Wow! Today I called for an estimate for a first time teeth cleaning. For someone without dental insurance it was such a reasonable price! Then they said they had a cancellation at 2:30 and I could get in same day! I thought surely this was a prank because I didn’t even have a tooth ache. But anyways, it wasn’t and normally I hate filling out paper work but the front staff made it so fun I honestly couldn’t wait to fill out more if there was some! Then Molly cleaned my teeth so good that now I can’t even quit smiling. I’ve tried. After that I had a little chit chat on my way out the door and now my whole life is better thanks to Edwardsville Family Dental! 100/10 would recommend to anyone (even my enemies!) looking for a great, friendly, and welcoming dental experience. Super friendly staff! Gets you right in and they make sure they explain everything beforehand. Makes you feel right at home. Dr. Moody is super reasonable and does an amazing job!
