Food was bland, cold and overall just not tasty. Fries tasted old and they charged me for toppings but did not put them on my burger. Will not return. Overpriced. Better off going to McDonald’s. I threw my whole meal away it was awful.

When I went here, I ordered a single cheeseburger and a caesar salad. I then look over at the employee who is making my caesar salad to go and notice they put 3 spoonfuls of grilled onions on my caesar salad, realized their mistake, and starting picking out the onions one by one that were already in my caesar salad. She then put the lid back on like nothing happened and before she bagged it I had to ask them to make a new one because I did not want one that just had onions handpicked off of it… Very disappointing.

Fantastic smash burger! The flavor of the meat was excellent. Great tasting fries too (although STL location gives more) and the shakes are tops in the city. Don't waste your money at some of the other places out there. If you love a great burger, go to Hi-Pointe!

Pretty good fast food. Burgers are good!! Sweet potato tots are very good, however only received 10 one time and 13 tots the next time. Need to charge more and give more. Bad presentation with 10 tots in a tray.

Fun place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food prices are a little bit Hi (pun intended) but the burger was great and was worth it. I went around noon and it was packed but food still came out in about 10 minutes. Definitely worth a try!

So underwhelming. The real "thing" about this place is the "theme". Otherwise essentially this place is an expensive steak-n-shake. Unfortunately, the theme pretty much ends when you enter the door. The outside is so much more interesting than the outside. You get inside and it looks like every other new restaurant. There's a couple little things here and there, but several plain walls. The food is essentially the same as any burger place, but the prices aren't, they are quite high. Lots of people working there and all seemed friendly - that was the highlight. In average, food is good-ish but quite salty. Could be so much better. Unfortunately, I expect this place will be a "flash in the pan" and won't make it 2 years.

It’s crazy how everything is super high food prices here you have to order everything separately doesn’t come in a combo meal. Burgers where good the fries where semi warm definitely not hot. I was disappointed to be honest didn’t like how you have to order drink and fries burgers separate that’s just dumb and more money you have to spend.

I like the STL locations better, this new location seemed not as high quality (for the arch deluxe burger) as the other locations in downtown STL and near Forest Park. I think I'd rather drive a bit further to go to the STL location. Not bad and it's a great burger place regardless, just thought the other locations were better. The fries were just as good though.

Went to eat at lunch with my wife we both received burger patties that had a great smash burger crust but had the moisture cooked right out of the patties. Fries were ok but nothing special. it was the start of lunch and the floor was already slick and a fall hazard. The dining room lacks any soft surfaces so it's incredibly noisy which makes it difficult to talk to the person your with. overall experience was lackluster. Seems like it has a lot of potential but right now there isn't anything i see that makes me want to run back.
