I attended the Edwardsville Pierogi Festival at the park this weekend. There was a parade and plenty of vendors showcasing many Polish dishes, but mainly featuring pierogi. The park was large enough to have about 40-50 vendors, plus rides like a carousel and a ferris wheel. A very enjoyable day that also included live music!

Updated 2023. Very bad now took my son back. Now it's overrun with rude packs of teenagers that won't let the kids play on the swings and playsets. They follow you if you move to other spots. A transgender teen dressed as a girl stayed on the swings with his friend 2hrs complaining about his boyfriend right by the Playset. They kids couldn't use the swings. They couldn't use the playset either 3 teenager got on that and wouldn't move so the kids could play. And there was garbage everywhere.

Has the potential to be nice but with numerous low income housing projects nearby, a lot of undesirable people live in them, mainly from NY and NJ, pretty sure a decent amount of illegals, too... always broken glass there, have found a needle or two as well. Won't take my kid there.

Visited for Pierogie Festival. Everything was well organized and clean. Enjoyed it.

Pierogi fest is great but other than that this park has little shade, is near a housing development and can be scary at night

One of the best parks in Edwards ville, that I remember. The events here are always amazing. When they have events here the food is always amazing. The community is super nice. 10/10 usually super clean, and quite.
