The only fast food place in Edwardsville open at midnight so if you have the munchies be prepared to wait in a long line. Food is always fresh and service is great usually later at night when I go! Friendly cashiers also!

It's Taco Bell. The drive-through moved fast, and the employee taking orders was nice. However, they didn't add the sauce in the bag. The food was decent. However, some of it was out for a bit, I could tell by the texture. Overall a good taco bell for a quick cravings stop. There was also a cat in the lot. No affect on review.

Ordered food from here told us we couldn’t have a receipt bc they were out of printer ink handed us a blank piece of paper when I got home and looked at burrito it looked like there was nothing inside basically just tortilla shell. Fries were cold they didn’t ask if we wanted sauce… I come here all the time and have never had issues like this before. The blonde short haired girl at the register working 10/21/22 at 2:00 am was very rude and unprofessional. Very dissatisfied

We were visiting the area and had been having an awful experience but this Taco Bell made up for it!! The cashier was so friendly and after having a rough day it was nice to see a smiling face! The food was hot and awesome too!!

Long wait times in drive-thru at night but the staff works fast and efficiently and always produces great quality.

I would have given more stars 🌟, I'm limited to what I can eat there being gluten free, but that's OK, most of what we get is good, it does depends on who's fixing it, sometimes are better than others. Sorry 😞

Don't like you order your own food get your own drink and sauces and they leave options for tip. I did all the work but make the food.

I never thought I'd be leaving a review for Taco Bell. But when you suck at your job this bad, I have to say something. I watched 7 people get their order before me. I've been sitting in the lobby for almost 30 minutes. They just glossed right over my order. In that time I watched 3 people come in from the drive thru because they messed up their orders. When I finally asked where my order was, they had to page back to find it. They weren't any busier than normal, so there isn't any excuse for this.

They litterty made me my soft tacos and all my food really bad. I'm really disappointed 😞

2 15 PM Every table was dirty we had to wash our table off ourselves to sit and eat. The whole place was filthy and workers acted as if they couldn't be bothered. The chicken should have been drained as it was a greasy mess.

The slowest drive through I’ve ever experienced. I love T Bell but it’s such a hassle to come to this one- go to a different location

You can easily spend 45 minutes in the drive through line. I thought Taco Bell was supposed to be fast. Not here.

I just went to Taco Bell, and I was impressed by their affordable prices without sacrificing flavor or quality. When receiving orders and delivering food, the service members did so with efficiency and attention to detail.

I happened to come at the busiest time, which I'm thankful I did actually. Visiting at a busy time is usually good because you get to see how they handle busy hours. And they handled it... fine. There was no one at the counter, so I had to use one of those nasty touch screens to order. Then once I got my order, I didn't receive my cup. Not a huge deal. I just asked and they gave me my cup with no issues. The table designs are stupid, for some reason there are round tables sitting next to square ones. It's very strange looking and awkward to sit at. But, the food was enjoyable and the Baja Blast was blasting for sure. A fair Taco Bell location.

Food is always cold without fail. The order is correct only about 60% of the time. Above all though there is literally no substance inside of there products. Every soft taco, gordita, 5 layer, crunchwrap, you name it it will only have a pinch of meat. The quality of Taco Bell has fallen significantly.

They were fast even during a lunch rush. They honestly have the best taco bell in the area!! The whipped freezes are the best

I went through drive thru about 10:30 tonight and I haven’t had problems with my order in quite sometime. Since I was in Edwardsville, I ordered again here my Mexican Pizza and order of nachos and cheese. I got back to where I was staying and opened my bag….Mexican Pizza, “check”. Nacho Cheese, “check”. NO NACHOS!!! I’m not happy about this and all I want are my nachos🥺😢😭

I had the worst experience tonight along with many other customers. After waiting over 30 minutes for an order I placed through door dash to pick up, the employees still had not acknowledged me. Many people were in there for an hour and a half. Nobody would ask our names or how we placed our order to double check they had our order. After an hour, I asked for them to check if they had my order. The employee said no and walked away. At this point, customers were extremely upset and the staff began yelling at the customers. At this time the manager, Mary Ann came out. I demanded that she address my missing order - it took 3 different conversations for her to help me. At one point she said I’m not her priority because I am a door dasher. I explained I am not a door dasher and actually waiting for dinner for kids at home. She was extremely rude. I could not even believe Mary Ann would speak to a paying customer that way. By the time I got my food, she basically threw it at me. Hopefully the other customers still waiting finally got their dinner.

I freaking love this TB!! I asked for enough onions on 2 burritos that no one would want to talk to me and they understood the assignment and delivered

Took 30 mins for 4 tacos with other people receiving food before us that ordered after. Food was haphazardly put together. Very poor service.

I went to Taco Bell 4/12/22 at about 8pm and when I got back and looked in my bag, there was a bug. I called to let them know and was told "we don't have bugs here" I then told him that I didn't want anything out of my phone call besides to simply let them know there was a bug in my bag. He then again said "we don't have bugs here." No apology at all.

absolutely horrible service tonight. and it wasnt just us. Everyone was being treated like we were annoying for even being there. Screaming name and tossing the bags of food on the counter. There were about 7 people total in there we were there at about 5pm. We all had to ask for drink cups bc they were trying to rush through so fast.one customer asked for his cup and the guy that handed it to him for one didnt change his gloves so when he handed the customer his drink cup it had food all over it when the customer grabbed it he got said food all over his hands. The manager Jamie was incredibly RUDE. I presented an issue to her and her only resolve was do you want a free taco?? No ma'am a $1 taco does not fix the rudeness and I get why the workers are the way they are lead by the example of the manager Jamie. If you cant handle 7 or so customers inside and maybe 3 in the drive thru with like 5 people working yall got a problem. Rude service is worse than bad food or mixed up food because accidents happens rudeness is a choice!

Just had the Mexican Pizza for the first time and it was delicious. Unfortunately I dropped my tacos before I could have those but the pizza and the new iced tea they have are amazing. I didn't even need them. 10/10 will eat again.
