I
had
the
worst
experience
tonight
along
with
many
other
customers.
After
waiting
over
30
minutes
for
an
order
I
placed
through
door
dash
to
pick
up,
the
employees
still
had
not
acknowledged
me.
Many
people
were
in
there
for
an
hour
and
a
half.
Nobody
would
ask
our
names
or
how
we
placed
our
order
to
double
check
they
had
our
order.
After
an
hour,
I
asked
for
them
to
check
if
they
had
my
order.
The
employee
said
no
and
walked
away.
At
this
point,
customers
were
extremely
upset
and
the
staff
began
yelling
at
the
customers.
At
this
time
the
manager,
Mary
Ann
came
out.
I
demanded
that
she
address
my
missing
order
-
it
took
3
different
conversations
for
her
to
help
me.
At
one
point
she
said
I’m
not
her
priority
because
I
am
a
door
dasher.
I
explained
I
am
not
a
door
dasher
and
actually
waiting
for
dinner
for
kids
at
home.
She
was
extremely
rude.
I
could
not
even
believe
Mary
Ann
would
speak
to
a
paying
customer
that
way.
By
the
time
I
got
my
food,
she
basically
threw
it
at
me.
Hopefully
the
other
customers
still
waiting
finally
got
their
dinner.
