Good variety of chicken salad to choose from. Delicious! Sides were fresh and tasty. Outdoor seating on a warm spring day was perfect

Friendly service at the counter. Food came out to our table promptly, and everything tasted great. Everything was clean, nicely decorated and bright and cheerful. Great experience. We'll definitely be back to try out more items from the menu.

Food is always presentable and good the Plus is the bathroom was very clean even during the rush hour. Keep up the good work CSC.

The food was great a lot of options. Didn't know chicken salad could be it's own place. Lots of different options. Soup was great service was great. The atmosphere is awesome. Clean neat location gives a classic colonial feeling.

Very cute restaurant with good food

I'm normally not a big chicken salad person, but their buffalo chicken sandwich was a pleasant surprise. Aired with the broccoli and cheese soup, it made for a good lunch.

I know this is not gonna be popular, but it tasted exactly like the food you find in a hospital canteen or high school lunchroom. And I gotta think someone else has had the same observation because there is a sign in the bathroom that reads something like they are cool with you believing your mother's chicken salad is better. Well, there is a lot of truth to that. And my mom's is much better... and my mom is a terrible cook. The food was just ok. I think people go here for the kitsch and the down home sayings onto the wall. The staff was awesome. However, being greeted by a newspaper clipping featuring Paula Deen... well, just not sure that endorsement has aged well. Look, the place is spotlessly clean and the employees were incredible, but the food wasn't nearly as special as they claim it to be. We tried the potato soup, broccoli soup, pimento cheese, chicken salad and desserts. I will try it again and update my review if the food knocks my socks off.

Cute little place. Super friendly staff. The food was well above decent but not spectacular. I'd go again and try more/different dishes. The Pina Colada pie was pretty darn good! Lol

Great place to hangout with friends and family. I did 19 miles of running and it's nice to have restaurants near the bike trail. Thanks for the amazing chicken salad.

I only tried the Dixie Chick I don't care a lot for their sides I haven't tried anything but the mac and cheese and it was way too cheesy for me the chicken salad on the croissant is my favorite and it is really good

It was delicious, however we ordered the large bowls with the expectation that they would feed 4-5 as described. There is absolutely no way, unless they ate beforehand. Needless to say, half of our group ended up not eating. Delicious but disappointed in the serving size listed.

Public Announcement! When ordering online on Chicken Salad Chick's website you are really using door dash they informed me. So when you are delivered the WRONG order there is no customer satisfaction getting it corrected. Order for pick up people. That's the only way to ensure you are going to get what you paid for.

It was my first time here. My only suggestion is, it was hard for me to find the prices on the overhead menu. The food was very good. A nice crowd enjoying their food and good attentive service. The staff checked on us a couple of times to see if we were enjoying our lunch and if there was anything we needed. I will be back. Nice place!

We had lunch here yesterday. The Jalapeno Holly chicken salad is my favorite. You also can't beat their grape salad and the broccoli salad for sides. They have tons of flavors to choose from. If you like chicken salad you should give this place a try.

Love CSC there chicken salad is wonderful, great alternative if you are looking for something other than fastfood burgers and such.

I ordered lunch today through Doordash and received the wrong sandwich. When I called the restaurant, they were unable or unwilling to help make it right. They said I had to go throug Doordash. DD did make it right even though they just picked up the bag with my name on it that had been prepared incorrectly by CSC. It was disappointing because I have been a loyal customer since they opened and usually it has always been great. The person on the phone actually said “I don’t know what you want me to do”.

I love chicken salad and when I heard this place was opening, I had to stop by! They have such an amazing variety of chicken salads and the atmosphere is super friendly! I definitely recommend coming here for your chicken salad needs.

Other area restaurants are too loud for my liking. I mix with edwardsvillians like oil and water thus try to avoid them. Excellent salad and sides, novel interior design. Lack of the low brow, in your face ordering style of most other places is nice. Touch of southern refinement in the strip mall concrete jungle that is the area, good place to hide from the pretentiously ostentatious nouveau or landed rich or college kids, both with similar levels of fantastical narcissism inappropriate for kids to be around.

The chicken salad is good. I personally like the "Kick'n Kaylynn". I've never been inclined to actually dine-in as most who frequent them just grab it to take out. I was disappointed during my last visit there because upon ordering 2lbs of chicken salad they didn't put the customary plastic forks or crackers in the bag upon opening at home.

My wife and kids went here because Mickey and Minnie were here. I am not really into chicken salad but I have to say this really surprised me. The food was awesome and the staff was extremely friendly. It's a little pricey but we will definitely be going back.

Great customer service and wide selection of chicken salads! I got Mac and cheese with a toasted lemon basil chicken salad sandwich. It was good, although the sandwich was super toasted, and the toasty taste of the white bread was a bit overpowering. I'll definitely be back to try their other options and take a container of chicken salad to go!

My food today was absolutely terrible. I couldn't eat it. This place has gone done hill. Won't go back
