Last Sunday we went to Disolo with friends for the first time and it was great. Friendly welcome, a very warm and cozy environment, the dishes were great and the short explanation we received from the chef with the snacks, the main course made it complete. The homely atmosphere there is great. Eeklo can be proud of this new restaurant and we will definitely go back!

Delicious food, fantastic chef and hostess. Fine cuisine, surprisingly tasty dishes. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended. We were lucky enough to be able to eat in the garden on the last beautiful warm evening. Inside there is room for 22 people.

We have not yet experienced the drive of both hostess Sofie and the chef to pamper and care for their guests. The food was tasty and neatly presented. Everything home-made, price very acceptable, and we... Don't feel like going home, because you are not 'hurried' there, you can stay and stay. Top!

Cozy interior, very friendly welcome. Wide choice of aperitifs, wines and drinks. Nice range of sharing snacks in advance. The chef comes to the table to present the suggestions. Meat and fish on the menu, few vegetarian options. Beautifully finished plates with smooth operation. A lock on the entrance door would be more pleasant to keep out the cold outside air. Definitely a great place to go back to.

I can only think of superlatives for what we were served this week at Bistro disolo. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was simply sublime. A cozy environment, friendly welcome, top service and delicious food... and they do it all with just the two of them. We have already enjoyed it immensely!

We thought it was a fantastic experience. Everything was super tasty and fresh. Everything homemade. Top service, the chef regularly comes into the room and is also super friendly. Price quality is really top!. A cozy and romantic setting, good food, quiet and cozy atmosphere. And the food...that's what we'll come back for. Highly recommended !!!

On a visit from the UK we were lucky to book at this super family-run restaurant. The hosting and the food were both superb. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. Well worth a visit.
