▪️the bacon grilled deluxe has a fragile multigrain roll that falls apart after the first bite. ▪️the cheese wasn't melted ▪️the parking lot was difficult to navigate.

What is going on here? Any time I pass these places there are lines wrapped around the building. I don't get it. A couple of times someone brought a tray to to my office and each time I thought it smelled so oily. I took one bite and thought it was the saltiest bite ever. It also left a coating of grease in my mouth. Never ever again. I just didn't want to rude to my employee that made a nice gesture. But oh no never again. I do believe they still cook in seed oil which I do not eat. It is so highly inflammatory. I also am not thrilled with the company 's premise. Glad to see now that they finally saw the need for inclusivity.

I’m not one to normally write a review especially on Chick-fil-A because hallelujah I love Chick-fil-A & I visit Chick-fil-A 2 to 5 times a month, but I will say this Chick-fil-A has never gotten my order right, I should know by now to check before I leave the restaurant, something is normally always messed up at this location I’ll definitely be avoiding this location and choosing the other location across town. *check orders before leaving*

Got in line at 10:20 for breakfast. One cashier working trying to figure out door dash orders. 10:28 comes and they yell no more breakfast. I spoke to the gentleman and said I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes and he stayed sorry I got really busy. There is always an issue at this location when I come here annd everyone seems to have an antti or be undertrained and staffed. I would much rather go to the one closer to the Hamilton mall. Terrible service here

Are there any bad Chick fil A locations? This one is great. Easy access. Always new inside. Good food even better staff. Kids enjoyed the open indoor playground again. They missed those during Covid.

I hate writing a bad review but nothing was correct on my cobb salad today. First they for got the nuggets. U can tell it was rushed the lettuces was wrong no egg no cheese. Wrong dressing. If I didn't have to be work I would bring it back.

Terrance the shift manager was extremely rude when I tried to have my order corrected. Never tried to remedy the wrong order and certainly not one time during my visit did I hear my pleasure from any of the team members. This has certainly caused my family to rethink ever returning to this location. We will now be going back to the original in EHT.

7 out of 10 times I've received the wrong food. Things are constantly missing from my order. Earlier today, I ordered a number 1 (chicken sandwich) with pepperjack cheese and tomato. I received a spicy chicken sandwich specifically without cheese and tomato. The reciept was correct but I had made it home before I checked the food. I'm going to take my time and check from now on.

The catering company we had canceled last minute. I called this location to see if you could do a last minute pick up catering and Zack and his team made it happen! Thank you so much went above and beyond customer service!

Took my Nephew's out for the first time at the local Chick-fil-A location, as they were super excited about it, they have always wanted to try their waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce. It took us about 30 minutes to get our four meals. Food was terrible, sandwiches were squished, no such thing as waffle fries, just crumbs, place was super filthy, we cleaned our own tables, trashcans were overflowing. Shame on you ! Went back to ask for a manager, to change the fries, nobody was around. Shame on you!

I needed a last minute catering order within an hour & Leadership was amazing! Ended up walking out a few minutes before my pick up time with the tray! Very grateful!!

We love going here. Food is always great. Bathrooms are clean, seating was festive with holiday trees on the tables and clean in general. It took about 2 min for our food to come out, it was at lunch time, so we thought that was great timing.

Usually chick fil a is spot on but this vist was lacking a bit. My daughter said the nuggets weren't great and only ate 2. I didn't specify just nuggets and not a meal and didn't realize til I left that I got charged for the meal. We didn't want the fries. It was quick to get our food after placing the order at the counter.
