Been going here for a while but within the past couple of months the food has gone down hill. The chicken is always so oily to the point where it’s not even crispy. And apparently this is a large fry and no there were none fallen in the bag.

The people here are nice but I can’t really fathom the fact that for the fourth time in a row since they’ve changed the biggie bag menu they have given me the crispy chicken when I specifically ask for the crispy chicken BLT, and make sure they hear BLT since they keep getting it wrong. I get charged for it too, so I’m literally being charged for something I’m not getting, and getting something cheaper. I don’t want to be harsh but this is really frustrating to have happen literally every single time now.

It's a Wendy's, you know what they serve and this is the same food wise as all the others. The service was very prompt and friendly and they get a decent lunch crowd. My issue with this location is that's its always filthy. Literally every table had food remnants and trash. Garbage littered the floor. The ice machine was empty. All the surfaces are sticky or slimy. The bathroom is gross. I wouldn't suggest eating inside the restaurant.

Management was terrible. I ordered food in drive thru. They gave me the wrong chicken sandwich but I didn't see that it wasn't the right 1 until I pulled over in parking lot to eat. I went inside with the wrong sandwich they took it nd tried to charge me full price for the correct sandwich after I already paid for the wrong 1. I definitely didn't mind paying but the manager kept telling me u ordered the wrong sandwich when I only ever get 1 chicken sandwich from Wendy's. So they kept the sandwich I actually paid for nd I had nothing.

They are using old oil for the fries . I have tried it quite a few times . Nothing is fresh and I never order any deals I pay alot when I go . It’s close to my house so I go there . But it is awful! I never see any management there . It’s not good

The food is always fresh. I was in there today 7/18/2023 in the Morning 10:30am to be exact. The staff was awesome. Walked out with a big smile. Wendy's is one of my favorite places. Definitely will be coming back.

I’m a regular here because my daughter loves the nuggets and Chocolate frosties. Although there can be long lines, the staff always do their best to hurry up. They make sure everything is correct and if not will go above and beyond to make it up. 5 Stars

Dave Thomas didn't envision his locations looking like an 80's rejected concept restaurant. Not sure where that lobby photo came from but you're not walking into that location when you step in. The food is what you expect. The help is hit or miss. But the facility is 20 years behind in a remodel. The chicken store across the street has a line wrapped around the building and near standing room only but Wendy's definitely has some of the better food. Sadly, this old lady is tired and so it appears is the help at Wendy's. You can see people order and leave across the street in the time it takes to be waited on at the counter at Wendy's.

It's a Wendys. This location loves to close their dining room realy, so if you're planning on not doing drive through, be aware.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Not a smile on anybody's face, they forgot to give us utensils to eat with, the doors were locked when we wanted to go back inside and the place is filthy. The french fries were barely warm and the hamburger as well. Not coming back to this place!

Went thru the drive thru yesterday ( maybe around or after 3pm) and normally some of the employees say hello But the guy that was at the second window opens the window with his hand out- doesn’t speak, doesn’t greet just attitude. I said hi what’s the total he gives it to me the window automatically closes then he gives me the card and I said is there no receipt? Window closes again and he hands me my receipt Then hands me my drinks and a young lady hands me my food. I get it fast food sometimes is aggravating but a simple greeting and acting like you want to work goes a long way. If you don’t want to work or you aren’t feeling customer service work in the grill area or go home

The crew that's been working at this Wendy's is very efficient. It's always busy if you're in a rush but if you have a couple minutes it's well worth the wait. I hate cold french fries, never the the case with the Fry's or the nuggets. And the lobby is always clean to sit down and eat. The only negative thing I have to say is that you have to wait a couple minutes for your drink refills. There's no soda dispenser out in the dining area.
