I went to this chick-fil-a to get a sausage breakfast bowl and it was only half full with little to no sausage. I wouldn’t go to this one again. The workers also seemed miserable.

I ordered 2 orders crispy chicken meals. I went through the drive thru. I drove away opened my meal it was one crispy chicken sandwich and one grilled bacon chicken sandwich. I was so upset 😡. The grilled sandwich was so cold as if they took it out of the refrigerator and put it in a box and gave it to me. I am so disappointed. What did I pay for? I felt like I was robbed. I gave my money away. This is the fourth time something went wrong here.

This is definitely a great Chick-fil-A to eat at. They had great service and the food was nice and hot. I will admit I'd never been to a Chick-fil-A that had the full experience drive-thru before. That was like a chicken Pit Stop. Very good place!

It wasn't busy when I went but they did have a sign saying they were hiring. So they may be under staffed. Everything came out quickly but I paid for a $5 parfait that only had two slices of strawberry and I guess just forgot about the granola. But I did receive almonds which is odd. Just do better when you are over charging for eggs, yogurt, and coffee

I’m telling you this special I created is the best. Not al franchises will make it but the grilled cool wrap with spicy grilled chicken and the avocado ranch - this will be an experiment you won’t forget. It’s a way to get a healthier meal that actually tastes good. I usually get the spicy southwest salad with spicy filet and the bell pepper packets with two apple cider vinaigrette and that is always going to be my favorite. The bell peppers give it extra spice and filling.

We had car issues and got thrown out of Firestone next door because they were closing and refused to help us. The folks at Chick Fil A were so kind as to let us squat for multiple hours and kindly offered to help with anything they could help with. Thank you! My only super minor complaint was how cold it was inside. :)

Crazy how you can't make an order correctly Asked for 4 strips, got a plane chicken sandwich!

Unfortunately when I go there they forget forks, mac and cheese that I've ordered, take down the orders wrong so you read them back and you say it again. Noticed I didn't have my full order and they charged me for the fries which I didn't understand cuz I ordered a meal. I live far so I couldn't go back there to fix it even though I was trying to explain to the guy what was wrong with my order. They are really sweet kids and workers. So I want to be careful and not being upset with them but they have to be more careful.

Only fast food I'll ever eat or have in 20yrs! Just wish they were open on Sunday's lol Even a late opening.

First, why isn't there a menu to look at when your the second car in line? I hate that I can't decide what I want before getting up to the speaker. There has to be a better way to pay before you get your food. Shouldn't be paying & getting your food all at one window. There also needs to be a better system for where to place the food that's ready. The kid handing us our drinks and food complained to a person on the other side of the table bc everything was all on one little table and he didn't know which drinks went with which bag of food and was worried about mixing them up. Also, my chicken tenders were good but extremely greasy. It was disgusting how much grease was on my fingers just from hold it for a second. Never had chicken from anywhere as greasy as these were, I could literally see the grease all over the chicken. That can't be healthy in the slightest.

The food is always great and employees usually are friendly. The issue is that i always use the drive thru and have been disappointed on at least three different occasions where an item (usually the fries) was missing from my bag. Of course they replace the item if you get back in line and let them know, but I don’t always have the time. So I highly suggest checking your bag to make sure you have all your items before leaving the drive thru!

The establishment was dirty and disgusting. The trash cans didn't work so everyone was just leaving their garbage everywhere. Tables and floor were sticky, and the staff as many as their were just didn't seem to care. Ordered our food and the soup we ordered was not only expensive but barely over half full. I asked for a manager who never came and so just overall disappointed here.

The quality of the food has gone down hill. The chicken whether it’s on a sandwich, nuggets, or the like is always dry. As far as the service goes, the staff are disengaged and seem they don’t want to work. A simple apology for small mistakes have gone the way of the dodo bird. The owner of the restaurant doesn’t seem the care about the comfort of the guests while in the dining area. This particular restaurant’s HVAC system seems to have only one setting…COLD! No matter the season it’s as cold as an operating room. A reasonable person would expect to enjoy their meal comfortably and not bundled up in a parka able to withstand the frigid temperatures of the Arctic.
