What a horrible experience. I was shocked to be informed that I had to remove all of my clothing for an MRI of my ANKLE. The nice lady at the front desk asked twice if I had to and the technician was not at all accommodating. I even disclosed the fact that I am a SA survivor as the reason for my anxiety but no. Nobody cared. I rescheduled at the AMI women’s center so hopefully they will be compassionate.

Truly exceptional. Everyone from the folks who booked, to the front desk, technicians and others were extremely friendly, helpful and put me at ease. Several folks, Chrissy and Diane, also worked so hard on my behalf behind the scenes to help get my insurance authorization expedited and approved. A great experience all around in every way!

Excellent facility, clean, and welcoming. Staff is very pleasant and friendly, and accommodating. My doctor wanted me to get an x-ray. I walked in and the person, at the desk, asked if I had an appointment, which I said no. My doctor informed me you take walk-ins for x-rays, to which she said, "yes we do". She had me fill out a couple of forms. After I returned the forms to her, I sat in the waiting area and in less than 5 mins my name was called to go back for the x-ray. The technician, Eric, is very professional, pleasant, and friendly. He introduced himself and he would be the one taking the x-rays. Asked if I had any questions. Very thorough taking the x-rays. He informed me when my doctor would have the results and even opened the door for me as we were leaving the x-ray room. I would definitely recommend AMI in EHT.

It was the easiest, most relaxed atmosphere if ever had at an imaging facility. From the receptionist to the techs in the back, everyone was friendly and helpful. Donna was awesome, talked to me the whole time I was in the MRI and kept me updated to what to expect and how much longer we had. Truly great experience

I called for an appointment in the morning and they were able to take me early afternoon. I came early as requested & between the sign in process/paperwork and exams I was done fast. The staff at the front desk was amazing, smiles were top tier and everyone works together. This building was very clean which was a plus! They made my experience a great one despite the pain I have.

My foot doctor sent me to the wrong address. It was corrected by Ami and I was taken to the correct address. They were very patient and kind. They helped me out of a bad situation. When I was taken to the correct address the people there were expecting me and treated me well too. They set the wheels in motion for me to go home. I can only thank them for the treatment they gave me.

Always get excellent, thorough service, staff is always kind and empathetic. Environment always clean. Well run facilities...and I've been to multiple AMI's in Atlantic County.

My experience was exceptional, solely due to my nurse, Kaitlyn Phillips. She explained what to expect and did not make me feel embarrassed about my anxiety. She was reassuring throughout the entire process. She is an asset to your company. Also of note, the general attitude and feeling in the office was kind and positive.
