    Nice location and friendly staff but I find it so rude that I get handed an electronic device with a screen to choose the amount of tips to give for ordering a cup of coffee from the drive through. Give me a break! I don’t mind paying tips for any service I receive at a restaurant but for a drive through order!!!! I know this tipping thing is the norm across all Starbucks locations but it’s a dumb idea. Tipping is justified and rightfully so at a restaurant, diner, barbershop, massage parlor, hotel house keeping, etc. Places where you’re actually receiving a service. Not for pouring some hot water in a cup which is why they’re hired and getting paid to do in the first place!

    The atmosphere is dope. The staff were kind and efficient. They did have some issues as far as being short staffed. I like how they have a give a book share a book program and words of affirmation on the wall. There is room to sit and bring your laptop as well.

    Coffee never tastes right! When every other store in the area makes my drink it tastes identical. This store the coffee tastes burnt and bold even when I get the Blonde Espresso. There is always a bunch of grounds at the bottom of the cup. You say its not right they are adamant it is. So I have to leave the store just to go to another to get my drink made right.

    They spelled my name wrong, the food is frozen cold even after it was "toasted", and they messed up the coffee order. The tall white dude in charge of the heating up process also likes to throw the food when calling it out for some reason. The Starbucks in Vineland, a "poor" county does better work than this one that's supposed to be in a "rich" neighborhood 😒😒😒 The only good things about this place are Bri and the nice guy who handed me the brown sugar. Never coming back here again.

    Been getting the same simple drink everyday for 3 years straight and they still mess up my drink few times a week. Always 30-40 mins line but it’s not even a long line. Never close the lid tightso it always spilled out. Sometime can’t order online because they turn off everything as a “sold out” status.

    I went in and tried to get coffee. I was told multiple times by multiple employees I couldn't get what I wanted. Finally said I could. Then the Manager screamed F.U. to me in front of other employees and Customers. District manager called and got mad at me when I wouldn't accept her free coffee offer to forget about it. Corporate Refuses to answer. This Company Cares Nothing about Customers. BOYCOTT! Will Never give my money again..Go to Wawa or Dunkin!

    Staff is great but need to be re-trained on how to make drinks properly. They always mess it up and when I say thats not right they say well I did it the way is suppose to be made. Its staring to be a waste of money and not get what I paid for. Update Still can't understand what no whip means Update still needs to pay attention to what's on the label Place is great and busy I understand but every time I have to waste gas to return to have my drink remade is not cool. This started as a 5 star review but has gone down

    Extremely poor service. Very slow, had a bit of a short response when ordering and told to hold on. Wasn't listening. Get cups with labels on wrong cups and to make matters worse, wanted a peppermint mocha, I get regular coffee . Poor and attitude at window. Never again

    As a barista at a Starbucks in the area, this was poor as* experience. Never coming here again:(. Got 2 sugar cookie frapp and both were made very poorly. Both took 14 minutes to be made because the employee were talking to each other on the head sets back and forth like come on y’all have a job to do smh do the talking when y’all don’t have costumers or drinks to be made. Went on 12/3/23 at 8:34pm. MY RECEIPT IS #722788 Would love my refund thanks you :)

    This is my go to Starbucks when I’m in Pleasantville. The only reason I give atmosphere four stars is the need more inside tables. Otherwise the drinks are always good and the service is decent.

    Love this location! I usually stop by at night and the baristas all welcome me with a smile and a wave. I just wish management could staff them better as I usually see just two baristas trying to juggle every single drink in the store. It’s definitely gotten better now that holiday season is over! Baristas Mikey and Andrew are both so personable and funny, and barista Keyani is very efficient! The little one, Alana, is always kind and the other barista, Addy makes beautiful drinks. It seems like they all have a lot of fun working together(:

    Chronically slow to take your order and give you your drink. The two stars is for consistency. They are inefficient but at least their delivery performance is consistent.

    Would of been higher if not for other factors. Overall, things are pretty positive. Workers are pretty nice and courteous. They have yet to mess up on one of my orders (which is a plus) and they are always my go to Starbucks when I’m in my car and want a drink to go and in the drive thru. I do agree with other reviewers that I shouldn’t be asked to tip while in the drive thru. It’s a coffee shop.

    I place the same order at every Starbucks I go to. This store is the only one that has told me it's against policy to make it. 4 shots of espresso over ice in a venti cup with 4 pumps of caramel. Normally I don't order milk because there is milk and creamer provided on the bar. At any store it costs $ 4.15. This store said to fulfill my request they needed to charge me as a latte for $7.73.

    The people were nice enough but it shouldn’t take longer to get a drink in the drive thru than if I had gone inside. Maybe management needs to refresh this crew on training. But I waited for nearly TWENTY MINUTES to order a coffee.

    I think everyone in Atlantic County needs to know do not go to this Starbucks and contribute to a bunch of corporate morons. I personally watched them throw out hundreds of dollars worth of fresh food rather than make any attempt to give it to anyone including the thousands of homeless people including our veterans that risked their life so we can live the life we have disgusting morals and behavior!

    Extremely clean, staff amazing but the manager seems to look like he has a feeling of entitlement, calling and messaging during work in the front as if he couldn't do it in the back. Seems Extremely unprofessional.

    Not too many people in there it was amazing. I received my coffee within like one minute maybe two it was great exactly what I ordered thank you Starbucks and of course the workers that work there that makes the business run. Thank you for the great experience.

    Drink prices have gone up so much it’s ridiculous. $6 for pink drink ?! The drink itself is good but why so pricey? Wawa is cheaper and just as good IMO. 😅

    Let me start off by saying they have an extremely friendly staff at quite literally every single location ! Plus I love their grande french vanilla breve lattes and their kale and spinach egg white muffins .. but honestly everything is superb but definitely on the expensive side thats why the best option to save a few bucks is joining their rewards program on the starbucks app and racking up those stars so make sure they scan your app or card at every purchase to enjoy some free goodies ! Enjoy!
