Anxious patients, read this: I'm sick with anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist. Due to the loss of trust in dentists, I didn't go to the doctor for many years. Now it could no longer be avoided due to severe gum disease. Mr. Schmitt and his entire team are a dream. You feel in good hands from the moment you set foot in the practice. Brown laminate flooring, it doesn't look bland and sterile. Great little waiting room, cozy. The lady at reception does her job just as well as the rest of the team. I told Mr. Schmitt straight away what it looked like. No dentist for a long time, anxiety, fear of a horror diagnosis and everything. He listened to everything, as did the assistant, and quickly put an end to my excessive horror thinking. My next appointment is next week and I'm happy to say I'm no longer afraid of it. The team works well together, you can tell Mr. Schmitt trusts his colleagues and they are doing really well. Even at the age of 32, you don't have to be ashamed of being there in panic. So a clear recommendation. Go there and get advice! 10 stars from me, unfortunately there are only 5!

Great dentist. I've been going to Dr. for 20 years. Schmitt. Now my son is walking too and is not afraid at all. Always go there with kindness and can't say anything bad.

Thanks Dr. Schmitt and his team made my visit to the dentist a small matter. Everyone was very friendly and the procedure was always explained to me in detail. Simply great.

Dr. Schmitt and his team get along well with me as a scaredy cat. The atmosphere is relaxed. The practice has a very good reputation anyway (if you talk to people that way).

I was in the practice with my son (9 years old). The doctor is a bit peculiar and definitely moody. But after the last visit to the practice I can confirm that he is very impulsive and does not have himself under control. When my son wanted to take a quick breather during the second tooth being treated (this was done without anesthesia), the doctor threw down his instruments and refused to treat my son and, so to speak, threw us out. My son was not treated further and we had to leave the practice with the drilled tooth. Just insane. I find it very, very inhumane and low-level to treat a child in such a way or not to treat it to the end, even though it neither refused nor cried and courageously just wanted to take a breather. We will certainly never go to this practice again and we advise the doctor to put aside his macho behavior and behave humanely and not get personal. We're all human. Disappointing how some people abuse their position and exercise power even in front of children. 👎👎👎👎👎

We were there for my daughter's surgery. Really a great doctor and a great team. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and that you were able to take some of my daughter's fears away

really a great doctor! I experienced a well-structured practice with a relaxed working atmosphere. All appointments were kept on time, the preliminary discussion was very informative and the procedure (WSR) itself was not as bad as feared thanks to the sensitive and friendly manner. everything seemed professionally planned and carried out. I have experienced Mr. Schmidt as someone who takes enough time to first discuss things, ask questions, and then form his professional opinion. You can tell from him and his cheerful team that human interaction and medical responsibility for patients come first and not, as is the case with many doctors, mass processing and maximizing treatment time. All in all, respect for this humanity, which unfortunately is rarely found in doctors anymore.

For me a top, first class dentist! Since I had lost all trust in dentists over the last 35 years and was already suffering from anxiety attacks when I had to go to them, they were taken away from me after my first operation in this practice. The staff is perfectly attuned to each other. Humanity is very important here. Appointments and waiting times were well adhered to. The calm that the whole team radiates is automatically transferred to the patient. There is no mass processing in this practice; the well-being of the patient is our top priority. The information and preparatory discussions for my operation, which lasted over two hours under general anesthesia, were explained both brilliantly and reassuringly by Mr. Dr. Schmitt and the anesthetist present. In my opinion, anyone who is famously afraid of the dentist will lose it with this top team! Unfortunately, only a maximum of five stars are given as satisfaction. Personally, I would multiply these five stars several times over and recommend this practice to everyone!

While repairing my tooth at this office, I noticed that the tools used were very outdated, as if they were from a 1980s dental clinic. Furthermore, the lack of hygiene was obvious. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice.
