Absolutely delicious and always fresh!!! I got the chipotle and honey Cajun wings and have gotten different wings from here before! They are consistent and I’m still wanting to continue to try new flavors!! Highly recommend!!

The lemonade was good. I got a steak hoagie and it honestly taste like it was ground beef instead.

SUCH a mixed bag. Basically the long and short of it is, best wings in Buffalo but also worst service in Buffalo. Don't even bother coming on a Friday or Saturday because when they are busy - or, really, when they are anything other than totally dead - you're gonna be waiting literally all night long for your food. And the thing is, no matter how long the wait actually is, when you call in an order they will always tell you "15 minutes". So on any given night, it's basically a guessing game whether that actually means 15 minutes, or whether you're gonna be standing at the counter waiting for God only knows how long. So I'm complaining in this review, mostly because as I write this, I currently *am* standing at the counter waiting. Same deal as usual: I ordered my food an hour ago, they said 15 minutes, I assumed because it's Monday they wouldn't be busy, and I was wrong. But the thing is, I know that once I get home and I start eating, it's gonna taste awesome and all will be forgiven. What I especially like about the food is that, unlike with a lot of wing places around town, "hot" actually means HOT. And they've got a ton of creative specialty flavors, too, which is definitely a relief since it doesn't seem like Wing Kings will be reopening anytime soon. As for the sides, go for the lemon lime fries.

I am currently waiting for my food and the customer service is absolutely horrible. My mom went tell the cashier what she wanted and he did not acknowledge her whatsoever until the 3rd time she spoke. When he finally did acknowledge that we were ready to order he spoke over us. I cannot rate the food as we haven’t had it yet but the customer service is 0/10. 0 out 5 stars if it were possible. Please keep your money and try the Chinese restaurant further down the strip.

The food is alright but the service is horrible. 1 sauce cup that's barely full for 10 wings and when you ask for more the guy behind the counter will hassle and give you a problem over it. Save yourself the trouble and headache and just find another spot that won't give you issues over something so trivial and stupid.

Food is always good however the service is absolutely terrible. This place just seems to be unable to get an order ready in any reasonable time around your advised pick up time. I ordered at around 1 pm for pick up at 2:40. got a text stating pick up would be ready between 2:40 and 2:50 which is pretty normal. I got there after 2:50 and food was still not ready and was in process of being made. I did not get my order until 3:10. I took time out of my day to come here to pick up a quick lunch and with the time of pick up being grossly missed I didn't even get to eat. If it wouldn't have taken so much longer I would have had them just refund my card. This is not just a one time issue this is an issue everytime I order. you have to select at least half an hour before your desired pick up time to ensure they will actually have your food ready. When you bring up the concern to the worker he just looks at you like you are bothering him and doesn't even say sorry. I understand if you show up and order a bunch of food then are mad it takes time but when you order well in advance, set the time frame with a built in buffer for travel and it STILL is 20 minutes late being given to you that is just unacceptable.

I just asked him why the DoorDash orders are always so late. He said it was because he wants to take time on the food and get it right. (Weird since most people find the food terrible). I said you should make the DoorDash times longer on your end, so that dashers don't have to sit around. He said he would rather make dasher's wait then get the food out and have it sit if a dasher doesn't get there. I said he needs to keep the food warm and fresh and dashers will get here on time. If they don't, they can get refunded from DoorDash. What about all the other food from other restaurants that I need to deliver, that have to sit in my car, because I'm waiting for their food? Every time I go there the service is so horrible, they work so slow, and they obviously don't care about us.

I’ve enjoyed their wings for the longest time now after I’ve moved to Buffalo. They have a variety of wings that you can choose from, but regardless of whichever you choose, you can tell they put heart and effort into making their food, meaning that pretty much every item in the menu is worth trying out. I personally love their nuclear wings because I love sorrow and joy when I’m munching down one of those bad boys.

I enjoyed my first time eating at Americas best! Very nice staff and food tasted fresh! I recommend the fish fry with catfish, Cajun wings and steak quesadilla. I will definitely eat here again.

This is my new favorite place to order food from the Buffalo area. Food is cooked fresh, offering a wide variety of food. Sometimes it is busy but it's worth the wait.

The guy at counter was very rude in regards to an online order that I didn't receive. I ordered a 10 piece for pickup but when I arrived to the store it was closed. I went off the hours posted online as far as time. When I attempted to call to either get a refund or pick the order up the next day who ever I spoke to just stated he had no idea what I was talking about. So I said I would stop by in to show the email to explain. When I got to the place the worker at the counter would not even look at it and waved me out of his face and said he had no idea what happened and didn't make ANY effort to do so. It's not much money but the that was completely ignorant and no way to handle a situation like that. Service is absolutely terrible. Food is good but service definitely needs to be better.

Ordered fried pickles, boneless wings, potato salad fries. Wings were some of the driest nastiest wings I’ve ever eaten. Sauce was horrendous. Friend pickles were 99% coating with barely any pickle inside. Potato salad was average store bought. Fries were cold. Never going again.

The wings were crispy, which is a win, but they didn't taste like lemon-pepper. Way too salty. Not very lemony or peppery. You can't call yourself America's Best Wings, and not have great wings.
