Trying to be kind based on their history of friendly service and good food. Nice renovation but very limited menu, no table service, no hot drinks. Kind of a McDonald's atmosphere. Souvlaki was as good as ever so I'm giving it three stars. Hoping they expand the menu and service quickly to get back to more of the old style Tom's.

Today I tried Tom’s for the first time. First the place is beautiful inside. I ordered the Chicken Souvlaki salad and it was absolutely delicious 😋 The lady at the counter was so nice. Very friendly establishment. Will definitely go back and encourage my friends and family to try it.

Tom's is 4 out of 5 good. Very, very good! The bacon is exceptional. Delicious. Thicker and more flavorful than most diners. The waitress said it's all natural. The hash browns are extremely good. Old school. Actually hash. Good coffee. Excellent service. Tom's has Apple TV. Reasonably priced. Killer location. Close to the bus route, Wegmans, Walmart. At Sheridan and North Bailey. Definitely a go to diner for a great meal.

Good place for brunch on a Saturday. Server was friendly and helpful. This place wasn’t crowded when we went around 1:30PM, however they closed at 3PM. I ordered the chicken souvlaki omelette with rye toast. Chicken was a little salty but the whole dish has a great overall. The Tzatziki sauce was great along with the hash browns.

Haven’t been here since the pandemic. Called to see if they where open to dine in, they said they were till 3pm so we decided to go. We got there and the whole place was changed there were no more booths and it was all open they have no table service. They make you order at the counter then bring your food to the table they have no breakfast menu. Use to go here all the time it was the place to go late at night after drinking or getting some good chicken fingers. They use to be 24hrs. But since the daughters took over this place is ruined I feel bad for the father who worked so hard to make this place and now it’s a horrible place will never go back. They should just closed the doors and sell the place.

My friend and I tried Toms today for the first time and were so impressed. The restaurant was beautiful, spotless, and the food was fantastic. The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned, the Greek fries were the best I’ve ever had and the server, Dora, was as amazing as the food! She could not have been more accommodating or kind. We will definitely be back!

Love this GREEK PLACE !!!!! The food is soooo good didnt get a chance to dine in but the place was well maintained but had a take out and quality and the quantity was the best will definitely go back for more

I don't know where to begin. The warmth and kindness that exuded from Dora made me feel like I had arrived at a beloved friend's house for dinner. Chicken souvlaki was absolutely delicious, the gyro flavourful, the portions enough for second dinner or to share with a friend - and the Greek Feta fries will send you over the moon.

Nice & clean :) , they have paper straws which i really like because it’s saves on plastic. you can tell they recently upgraded and it looks really nice :) very friendly waitress.. greeted us very well when first came in I’ll probably come back.

My first time at Tom's restaurant and it was great! Dora at the counter was super friendly, helped us with a little accident we had there. The food was great. Just as good as going to Greece for your gyro! Will definitely be back for more

The chicken has delicious flavor, the salads are fresh and arranged so well, people at the front desk are kind, and I'll definitely be coming back for my lunches! An excellent value for the price!

Went in for lunch today with a friend. First time here and also probably important to add, 1st time eating Greek. The establishment was super clean and pretty, the service was beyond amazing and our server was THE nicest woman, and the food was absolutely delicious and fresh! Will definitely be going back! The service at this place is as good as the food. They renovated this place beautifully. Going there is getting treated like family, and the food is so flavorful and refreshing. This is absolutely a place worth giving your time. ❤️

Went to Tom's for dinner and can't say enough good things. The best and freshest Gyro Souvlaki I have ever had. You can taste the quality. We were served by Dora who immediately greeted us by saying "we welcome you to our restaurant" and then was so friendly, attentive, and treated us like family. We felt at home and felt joy. What a pleasant experience. We are definitely coming back. For the amazing food and the wonderfully rare hospitality.

Phenomenal service and outstanding food. You should absolutely check this restaurant out. Sit down or take your meal to go. I have never been disappointed with the service or the food. A must stop!

We hadn't been to Tom's in quite awhile, but our recent visit more than met our expectations! The new design & atmosphere of the restaurant is open and inviting; the service, as always, was wonderful; the food was perfect with fresh and quality ingredients! Definitely recommend!

Best Greek food I have had in ages! There was plenty of feta on the delicious Greek fries. Don't skip the desserts, the rice pudding is incredible and we really enjoyed all that we ate there.

Delicious gyro, beef and Greek potatoes. Get the mega. It can feed 2-3 people. For the amount and quality of the food, I recommend this hands down. We got this few days back as a takeout order. Limited hours, check before you go.

Simply amazing. Everything was so flavorful and the chicken and beef were seasoned and cooked perfectly. All the vegetables in the salad were colorful and ripe! And, the loaded fries has just the right amount of topping. The best soulvaki restaurant in Buffalo.

We've been going to Tom's for years, but this was our first time since they remodeled. It's very relaxing and clean, fresh and updated. The food was good. Everything is served as take out with disposable utensils and bottled drinks. Not sure if this is temporary until they get up and running in full swing or if this is going to stay. Would prefer to have regular dine-in plates and utensils. Overall, huge improvement and we'll be going back.

Rudest owner ever. Go to Family Tree instead. Just a few blocks down Bailey toward UB. In response to your allegation about going to the pool store, I had to carry something heavy to my car from there, I was planning to order an open chicken souv to go for lunch but will not be patronizing your establishment EVER!

Very clean and modern. Food was served in plastic take out containers with plastic utensils. We had chicken souvlakis. Tasty. We had water with the meal. It was bottled water. It appears they are wanting to cater more for take. No credit cards, only cash.

The food is always prepared quickly and on time. I was surprised that my salad was prepared so neatly the first time I got one, and it continues to be. I have been here a few times now since reopening and the quality has been consistently great. I tried the chicken today and it was very tender and delicious! I've been coming to Tom's since 1970. A bit disappointed when it shut down during the COVID restrictions. Thought it had for closed forever, so was pleasantly surprised when we found it open. A lot of good memories.

The combo souvlaki dinner was absolutely delicious!! EVERYTHING was so fresh and the steak and chicken were cooked to perfection!! What a friendly, positive environment as well. More restaurants should strive to be like this one. Thank you!
