Dont go there if u dont wanna get sick from all that MOISTURE

Never have i ever in my entire life have i expierenced worse thing than this. Rooms dont get cleaned, not even mentioning that rooms were worst i have ever seen in my stays in any motel or pension ever. No trashbags, no toilet paper provided either, which, also, was the first time in my entire life i have expierenced in motels/pensions.

Very unhappy with our stay here. We were recommended by a friend who apologised after our stay after seeing the rooms and the level of service. There is no contact details for issues out of hours, so if you need to contact them you are out of luck. It took us 9 hours of phone calls before we could get an answer from someone who worked there. The mattresses were also lumpy and the pillows were pretty awful.

I travel alot and this is for now worst “apartment” i’ve been. The reception doesnt answear phone and when my collegue and i came to the pansion we waited another 30minutes for them to arrive. Then comes out lady that doesnt speak german nor english. Beds are thrash, in kitchen u dont have anything so you need to eat out. AND THE WORST THING : whole apartment is full of MOISTURE and i dont how inspection didnt see or smell that. If there is smaller grade then 1 star i would gladdly give it to them.
