I booked a 10:30am appointment which took so long up untill 15:00 pm Regardless that I had two kids and I had driven from Berlin. Previously I had made a phone call and explained what i wanted to do with my hair. Timo the Amazing barber told me the price would be 45€ maximum. I went there to get service from Timo but unfortunately the owner who is Oscar took over which was a big mistake. I went there for a simple hair cut and color. A color that I brought with me unfortunately………. Oscar cut my hair so unprofessionally, then he suggested to bleach the hair before Putting the color.The bleach turned the hair to yellow that my own color did not have an effect. I found that uncommon for someone who has been in the business for long. All along he did not tell me all this was extra charges.My Problem is Oscar did not communicate the increase of prices in advance. He charged me:- 60€ for bleaching hair 40€ for color (my own color) 18€ for cutting my hair 15€ for my son‘s hair cut Total was 133 then after complaining he gave a discount of 13€😡. I was in a hurry to go since the kids were very tired so I paid 120. We tried to reason with him on phone after a few days and ask him to refund some money back but he hanged up. Advice to Oscar:- you can make fast money today but think of long term customers.

I wanted to have my hair locked and travelled 1hr30 minutes because the owner asked that l come in person so they could see my hair length...Long story short, l ended up with crotchet hair which l didnt like and had to try to style myself....The day after the hair were failing out....The messed up thing was l was charged 170€ for the crotchet hair and labour ......a rip off if you ask me. I won't be coming back at all.

Honestly this shop is overrated. I was there once to cut my hair, was not so haply with the results. Went there for the second time to try a different person…the barbers didn’t come to work and after a long wait, the owner of the shop decided to take over and cut my hair. I was skeptic about it but decided to see what would be the result…I regretted. Never going ever again. They should get people that can actually cut hair. Not the amateurs they have there. And the owner should just stay away from the business. Would not recommend to anyone. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾😓

Please update whenever the shop is close or write it on your website. Aside that, the timetables are not correct, it doesnt open at 10am, but the barbers are nice, the haircuts are also really good
