I can not speak german so my boyfriend help me with the translation, all the time the woman in reception had zero empathy for me and told my boyfriend that i shouldn't be there because my emergency wasnt that BIG, also said that if i wanted to stay i will be waiting for 7 hours.. which I said "OK" because i really needed to see a doctor, just then she said "No you better go to another place".. In short, all the time from when we arrived she was denying the attention and i really could tell that she was being kind of rude to my boyfriend, because of her "judgement", whether my emergency wasn't that important to her she didn´t offer any kind of help. I just arrived to Madrid and be hospitalized because of this "non- relevant pain" that resulted to be a consecuence of an intern hemorrhage, the recovery is more painfull now because of the time i've been waiting thanks to this lack of empathy, but i shall be ok. It's so sad because this is health service, human service and there is no human thing on denying attention to somebody.

Ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Da sind solche Untersuchungen dann halb so schlimm. Die Klinik kann ich nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Ein Termin wurde für eine Darmspiegelung kurzfristig möglich gemacht. Vielen Dank an das Sekretariat der Gastroenterologie! .
