I
came
in
and
received
a
tour
of
the
property
from
Linda
as
soon
as
I
arrived
here
at
Beach
Club
in
late
October,
and
upon
arrival,
Linda
was
able
to
help
me
out
with
everything
I
needed
done
as
far
as
the
whole
application
process
and
feeling
welcomed
and
greeted
to
the
new
city
and
community!
Immediately
after
my
arrival,
she
greeted
me
and
was
extremely
friendly
and
supportive
of
my
questions
and
concerns
and
further
reassured
me
that
this
was
the
place
I
wanted
to
live
at!
After
moving
in,
I
can
confidently
say
that
I
don't
regret
my
decision
whatsoever
and
I
feel
very
comfortable
with
my
choice
in
choosing
Beach
Club
as
the
place
of
my
new
residency!
Based
on
my
current
experience
with
the
staff
and
the
ladies
in
the
front
office,
I
feel
like
there's
no
other
group
or
team
of
professional
hard-workers
that'll
do
a
better
job
than
these
wonderful
women
that
have
taken
care
of
me
and
everything
I've
needed
done
as
far
as
transitioning
into
this
new
life
and
this
move-in
all
by
myself!
Specifically,
I
am
extremely
grateful
for
Linda,
Rosie,
and
Tiffany,
for
always
being
there
and
for
always
being
the
best
possible
people
for
the
job
after
consistently
proving
to
me
that
they
care
about
each
and
every
individual
and
guest
who
comes
to
their
property
and
ensures
to
me
that
they
feel
relieved
and
comfortable
at
the
ease
of
their
home!
The
only
possible
complaint
I
could
have
or
think
of
would
have
to
do
with
the
management
after
the
old
property
manager,
Lisa,
was
not
as
helpful
as
I
imagined
her
to
be
after
finding
out
that
she
initially
overcharged
me
for
my
rent,
took
over
my
file
after
Linda
assisted
me
throughout
the
whole
move-in
process,
and
left
me
with
broken
and
empty
promises
after
not
delivering
with
what
she
said
or
told
me.
However,
thankfully,
this
is
no
longer
a
question
or
concern
of
mine
since
Rosie,
the
new
property
manager,
has
already
done
more
for
me
then
Lisa
has
ever
done
or
ever
will,
and
has
proven
to
me
that
this
is
no
longer
a
question
or
concern
of
mine
since
the
management
of
this
place
has
already
been
addressed
and
dealt
with/fixed
for
all
the
better
and
the
best,
and
I
couldn't
be
more
happier
and
thrilled
with
the
direction
and
the
decisions
this
place
has
going
for
itself
and
the
current
management
and
staff
of
this
community
since
everyone
has
been
so
helpful
and
supportive
of
me
throughout
my
whole
entire
time
moving
in
and
living
here!
