I hope someone from the upper management is seeing these comments. Unfortunately, after 2 years, it's time to move from here. When we first came, it was a peaceful and serene place as it was described to us, and it remained so for the last 1.5 years. HOWEVER, someone intentionally is causing harm to this community. Because the transformation in the last 6 months is unbelievable. They have gathered people who don't know how to live in a society and don't follow the rules, especially to damage this place. They bring hookahs by the pool, enter the pool with clothes on, and eat inside the pool, etc. My spouse and I are now hesitant to be in the common areas with our children, and we can no longer go there. The pool entrance paths are blocked with sun loungers. Everywhere is full of trash, and they leave dog droppings. Even though the trash containers are empty, they leave the garbage next to them, and people don't consider throwing it inside the bins. Lastly, the constant emails from the management about the rules are now meaningless if there won't be any consequences. Please, if there won't be any enforcement, stop bothering us with these emails. As rule-abiding individuals, we are tired of receiving these emails. In short, those seeking a peaceful environment with their families should stay away.

Hello, I have been living in this apartment complex for over two years now, this use to be a nice place to leave, I use to be very happy, but over the last year this place has decade, they have allow people to move in here that are disrespectful and unconsidered to say the least. We have’t been able to sleep well in over a week due to noice disturbance, and we emailed the manager obviously nothing has been done about it . Do not move here if you appreciate peace, specially if you have kids this place doesn’t feel safe anymore.

I have been living here at Carrollwood station for two years now and I just love my apartment. They are very clean, comfortable, and a great area to live in Carrollwood to be in this part of Tampa. I have an amazing view. The layout of the property is just homie and comfortable. I would recommend this apartment complex for any age and size of family or single person to come live. This place is very welcoming. Also, the maintenance staff is very on point well as the office is very organized. I call this home!!!!!!

Honesty the best and most helpful staff possible. Moved across the country and Jasmine the leasing agent went out of her way to make sure I was okay and moved in. I would absolutely recommend anyone to live here and you will be treated better then anywhere you have lived prior. Great people and overall apartments are nice and maintenance is super fast and always willing to help.

What I’ve loved the most is how the assistant manager helped me out with everything, her name is Christine and she is very lovely. Te apartments are in really good conditions and they look so beautiful.

We have lived at Carrollwood Station over two separate periods of time over 4 different addresses (have transferred units twice) and have been very satisfied with the property and complex (hence why we moved back after leaving for a few years). The property management staff is very easy to work with and attentive, and the maintenance team is always very quick to resolve issues. We find it to be one of the better options around for those who have pets, as each unit has a screened in patio which our cats love, and the landscape around the lake has a great deal of space for walking dogs and is well-kept. The walls of the units soundproof and, in our time here, we have never had issues with neighbors/noise. Yardwork does tend to be noisy (~1-2h), but unlike other places we have lived, all noisy yardwork seems to be performed the same day and only takes that day. The price per square foot for apartments in Carrollwood is much more affordable than those closer to downtown, and it is very close to many stores and restaurants, so it rare we have to travel far. The only drawback of the property's location is the distance to the interstate/expressway which can make traffic a bit rough during rush-hour times (outside of rush-hour, it is not an issue though). Overall, it is a great place and we definitely recommend it.

The employees at the leasing office were very helpful and friendly. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and the complex itself is beautiful and well-maintained.
