If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is by far the worse complex ever. I started off in an apartment and it flooded with water 3 times , I advised the complex and management and nothing was done , I was approved to move to another unit and that unit had damage so I then was offered another unit. Once I got everything moved into that unit , that unit also flooded with rain water within a day of being there. You step on the floors and water gushes out. After that I requested to terminate my lease because it was a hassle just to move everything to the second complex. We advised them that this was an ongoing issue and there was mold everywhere and could tell they put new carpet over just to hid it and they admitted to being aware of the issue. Now I am not going back and forth with this company trying to get my deposit back and make my final payment which I shouldn’t even have to be making and they are dragging everything and making everything a hassle.

Just moved in so far has been great. Gym is awesome I am getting the tech package which basically turns your apartment into a smart home with Bluetooth/locks and a shower head that plays music as well as a nest thermostat. Shout out to my lease manager she was more than helpful and everyone one in the office definitely wasn't rude in any way and bent over backwards to help me.

Beautiful apartments, quick maintenance turnaround, and plenty of space to walk the puppies. The office is a little hard to get ahold of sometimes via phone due to technical issues but if you can go in person when you need something they will always help you. I loved living here but had to get a bigger place for my family. Also we got our full security deposit! The first place that hasn't tried to cheat it from us 😇

My partner, toddler, and I moved in on 7/15/2023 and so far we love it here. The staff are friendly, the complex is clean and safe, there's more than ample parking, and the apartment is amazing. There are a couple of drawbacks but they're not a big deal to us. There are planes that frequently fly over the complex which can be quite loud, even from inside the apartment. My unit is also by the train tracks, so we hear the train pass every day (it will blast the horn in the night). I don't mind that too much, but others might. Another is that you can hear everything that the people above you are doing, no matter where you are in the apartment. Again, this doesn't bug us too much, but it can be loud. The AC also doesn't cool the apartment evenly, leaving the 2nd bedroom pretty warm all of the time. On a positive note, I think we got a great deal on the rent considering the complex is safe, beautiful, clean, has working amenities, washer/dryer included, plenty of space, parking next to our unit, and we would be paying more money anywhere for less quality. We are so happy to be living here! I'll definitely update this review later if anything changes!

Loved these Apartments, Tiara gave my husband and I a tour. The staff in general was just great, super helpful, organized and very polite. My husband and I loved our tour with Tiara, she answered all the questions we had and was very nice. Definitely would recommend these apartments!

I had an amazing tour today. Karina A. was great and attentive. She answered all my questions, and showed me all of the property that I needed to see. The space and view of the apartment is exactly what I am looking for.

Orion was super easy to contact and made sure to update us every step of the application! Him and the young lady that gave us the tour were very profesional and kind. The units, the basketball/skating court, park and both pools all look clean and kept. The parking is private and the neighbors and maintenance were very nice and inviting . Your calls are sent directly to a person rather than a pre-recording and they’re very accesible and easy to contact. The units are beautiful, we really can not wait to be a part of this complex!

These apartments are actually really nice. I was only looking for a one bedroom apartment and honestly the size of the apartments are pretty decent and you have a patio, the apartment Karina gave us a tour in was really nice and I enjoyed my tour with her.
