UPDATE
7/13/2023:
There
is
a
serious
problem
with
water
and
communication
at
this
complex.
Two
days
ago
I
noticed
my
water
wasn't
working
and
called
the
office
to
report
the
outage.
I
was
told
that
the
water
was
shut
off
for
repairs
and
they
sent
an
email.
I
had
not
received
an
email
(Checked
my
spam/junk
folder),
because
if
I
had
received
it,
I
would
have
been
prepared.
I
asked
the
associate,
Dan,
to
check
they
had
the
right
email
on
file.
He
confirmed
it
was
correct.
I
said,
Ok
there's
something
wrong
with
your
system
if
you
have
the
correct
email,
you
said
you
sent
the
email,
yet
I
still
did
not
receive
it.
He
said,
it's
correct
there's
nothing
more
he
can
do
--
basically
denying
that
there
was
a
problem
at
all
--
and
became
very
rude
and
combative.
I
asked
to
speak
to
his
manager.
The
manager,
Scott,
is
in
a
meeting
and
will
call
back
at
the
end
of
the
day.
That
was
two
days
ago
I
still
have
not
received
a
call.
Yesterday,
I
get
an
email
that
the
water
will
be
out
for
a
couple
of
hours.
Water
was
out,
I
was
prepared
in
advance
--
no
problem.
Today
the
water
is
out
AGAIN!
And
AGAIN
no
email
this
time.
Scott
has
still
not
returned
my
phone
call
or
acknowledged
that
there
is
a
problem.
First,
I'm
concerned
that
there
are
so
many
repairs
needed
for
the
water.
This
has
happened
more
times
than
I
can
count
during
the
year
and
a
half
I
have
lived
at
this
complex.
Second,
there
is
clearly
a
communication
problem
with
the
office
that
they
are
in
denial
about.
Third,
customer
service
from
the
office
staff
is
rude
and
unhelpful.
Don't
live
here.
The
unit
has
some
nice
updates,
but
in
general
very
poor
customer
service,
unresponsive
communication,
poor
management,
and
maintenance
is
hit
or
miss
(some
of
the
maintenance
folks
are
very
nice,
reliable,
and
effective).
My
building
is
often
without
water.
Very
high
rent
and
fees
for
what
you
get.
