    For the second time, they helped save my cat's life. Everyone I spoke with was so kind and answered all of my questions, and they did their best to make sure my little boy got through his health scares. I'd absolutely recommend that people bring their fur babies to Blue Pearl for care; I'll admit that this place is expensive, but they worked with me and didn't pressure me into additional tests and procedures that weren't immediately necessary. And now my little boy is home resting, and I couldn't ask for anything else. 💜

    I just lost my doggy 🦮 Marley .took her in the hospital and she had cancer .the doctor said she had no chance to live 😭 it was sad. a doggy like Marley ,she taught me that you can feel so much love 💘 for a doggy as a family member. She was Amazing such a wonderful doggy caring loving Marley ❤. Me and my son going to miss her so much .I know her spirit is in heaven a better place. We love you Marley 🙏🙏🙏( rip )2021 April 😣😣😣💐💐💐🦮

    Very quick and nice experience. Drove 2.5 hours for an outpatient appt. Arrived 45 minutes earlier than appt time. Check in was quick and simple. Technician took in my pet 5 minutes after check in. Highly recommend for ER and Specialty services. Thanks for the love and care you provide to all fur-babies!!

    They're only in it for the money and it shows. Terrible customer service. Spent 4 hours sitting in the waiting room while they hardly communicated anything with me. Didn't even start treating my high risk cat until an hour and a half after taking her, just had her sitting in the back. At one point a lady told me she was going to get me some papers and forgot about me and never came back. For the diagnosis they essentially repeated the information that I gave them when I arrived and charged me over 1k for nothing. Told me to come back the next morning for more tests and proceeded to do and say the exact same things as the day before and charged me again. Quoted me 6k for the surgery, called another place 5 minutes away and they quoted me 1k. Staff acts like they couldn't care less about you or your pet and the prices are insane.

    We've been here twice now: once when they were not busy and a second time when they were slammed. Both times, they took triage almost immediately upon arrival. Neither of our dogs was about to die: one had a broken leg and the other had a self-inflicted genital injury. Obviously, the time they weren't busy, our dog was taken care of more quickly. However, the second time, they gave us a pretty accurate time estimate, and didn't have a problem with my husband leaving to pick up food for us. Both times, the dogs were given excellent and thorough care, and the vets did their best to minimize any pain or fear. And, both times, the dogs recovered fully thanks to their care (as well as follow-up care by our normal vet). One down side is that their prices are high, but this isn't too surprising for an emergency vet. I think it's worth it for excellent care and great bedside manner at all hours of the night. Although neither dog was in critical condition, both would have gotten worse if we'd waited until the next day. We do have veterinary insurance now, so price is less of a factor than it was previously. It's definitely something I recommend: it has saved us a lot of money, and has taken cost out of the equation when deciding whether or not to go to the vet.

    Definitely recommend this Vet to everyone! Our Doberman mix went through the front window .... again...... and it was the weekend. I hauled butt to Blue Pearl and he was seen immediately. He had to be carried in and right away was whisked to the back to be assessed. He had broken his legiments in his leg and needed lots of stitches and pain meds. Poor thing. The staff there were so kind and caring. They work with you on payments and even the manager came in and talked with us on our options. They truly care about the animals and community.

    Waiting on results of emergency X-rays done for my dog. 3 days later still nothing. Called to get an answer and they HUNG UP ON ME. My dog hasn't eaten in days, won't even take treats. We can't move forward with anything till we get these results. Unprofessional, insensitive, heartless. MONEY HUNGRY BUSINESS.

    I have nothing but positive things to say about Blue Pearl. Although it was not the outcome we were hoping for, Blue Pearl was able to find what was causing our dog to be so sick, which two other vet clinics were unable to determine. Dr. Shugg worked diligently to find an answer for our Sophie and was extremely compassionate to us when delivering devastating news. I highly recommend Blue Pearl.

    Very friendly staff. Helped with getting my sister's yorkie who passed while on the flight down, respectfully cremated. The additional fee to carve her name into the box containing her ashes was a bit much though. Should be included in the already pricy fee.

    Took my dog here to get specialist care and advanced diagnostics. The providers were very caring and informative. They considered the emotional component to the patient interaction and were not pushy with treatment options. They provided me with options, walked me through procedures, and then the results. They gave me time to process and gave me full autonomy to make an informed decision. While there, another patient came in and the care they provided to this patient really won me over. It was not a good situation that involved the loss of a family pet and they were so kind and caring with how they handled this situation which included memorialization options for the family. When we need the care that Blue Pearl provides it normally isn't in our best moments but they did everything they could to soften the blow. Thank you.

    Unfortunately my dog had already passed by the time we made it to Blue Pearl in the wee hours of the morning. But I can't say enough about how compassionate and accommodating the staff was, from beginning to end. They made the process as easy as it could be. The complimentary paw print and hair trimming were a nice surprise. The package that they and Honor Thy Pet put together was very nice, and everything was completed pretty quickly.

    My baby saw Dr. Harris for an echocardiogram and he was great, very thorough. I am very pleased. Also I did not have to wait very long and they were able to get my doggie in for an earlier appointment.

    While the place was clean and efficient I would only recommend in a emergency, felt like the doctor didn't care why we were there. My dog has high anxiety and is excitable but a nice boy. The Doctor gave me the impression that she couldn't be bothered with him.

    My daughter Haley took her bunny rabbit that she's had for 11 years to Blue Pearl because he was acting odd and looking sick. This bunny had special needs and it was a miracle that he lived this long! Rabbits typically live for 5-6 years. When the Dr.Rachel Lucas came in to tell my daughter that her bunny had to be put down she added that my daughter should have taken better care of the rabbit- all of this while my daughter is sobbing because she is so upset about her bunny being put down. Who says this to someone who is crying? My daughter took excellent care of this rabbit and the fact that anyone would say this to a grieving distraught person is reprehensible. Rachel Lucas needs to be taught how to be compassionate and not blame the customer. Needless to say, we will never go back to this place. By the way, the techs were great- it was the Dr. that was cruel.

    Not so great $6000 later and still had to put the dog to sleep that was only for like two days and they wanted to try for third but the dog was getting a better. I think they should do better on the termination of a dog instead of spending your money I do the stuff for a living every day. I think they should be able to tell you if your dog is not going to make it or lungs are full of fluid

    Our baby puppy was sick and we had to find somewhere at like 3:00 in the morning. Blue Pearl was absolutely amazing! Everybody that works there including the veterinarian himself came out and talked to us and made us feel comfortable and kept us a prized of his situation. They saved our baby! I would give them a million stars if I could.
