Bad experience with this “ unprofessional” team; they wasted my time, Not recommended 👎

Worst clinical experience, i wanted to make hair transplant operation, i have reached them out from outside egypt and sent some photos according to their request. They said all is good and we can proceed with the operation and specified a day for the clinical examination and then next day for the operation. I booked the flight ticket and my vacation, and when i arrived Egypt and visited the clinic, i found that the doctor has no idea about my case and about the promised day of operation, he was hesitated about deciding if i was applicable for the operation or not. He said it is not ok to do the operation without any examination ( just through visual inspection when he was 1.5 meter away from my head, he didn't even approach to check). And after amplified inspection, he said yes it is ok to do such operation, and after talking a little bit more and without a reasonable reason, he said no it is not fine to do the operation and we should stay 10 days and go through his treatment procedure and then will see after that!!. Not trustworthy place to deal with, i spent for the flight tickets more than DOUBLE the price of the operation and spent a lot of my time for nothing, just hesitated doctor or maybe lazy or unconfident. Anyway, it ends up with awful experience with an unprofessional place. To your response, it is not about your medical honesty, medical honesty is the very basic expectation from every clinic, so you should not speak about that point as a plus(for professional clinic it should be an Axioms). And if the operation results are not good, then another consequences will follow not just a bad review. I was not talking about your medical honesty or even that you didn’t proceed with the operation, i am talking about your unprofessional way, after more than a month from oraganising the examination and operation days, the doctor didn’t know anything about my case or even about what you organised with me, and i can't imagine that you said yes the donor area is good, and then no not good and then yes it is good and then no in just 20 minutes of consultation!!!. You can't even decide if i an applicable or not!! This shows how unprofessional you are. By the way, i visited 1 more clinic in Cairo and 4 more in Alexandria just to make sure of their opinions and all of them showed much more professional way, better inspection and said that the donor area is acceptable and applicable in contrary of what you are hesitated to say. I knew you through an advertisement, It was my fault that i trusted such a advertisement that you are paying for it. So it was just self assessment, not a client review.
