The perfect hotel if you're looking for the true Dahab experience and want value for money. We stayed for one week and loved it. The highlights are the service, which is incredible, and the restaurant sitting area, which is beautifully decorated in the traditional Bedouin style and is the perfect place to chill out after a day of diving. The location is ideal too, a 5-minute walk to the town centre but very quiet and relaxing and right by the beach. The people are extremely friendly and everyone went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible, arranging a taxi to and from the airport, letting us check in at night, and planning day trips to tourist sites. We always felt extremely welcome and cared for. As for the accommodation, we stayed in a double room on the second floor with a balcony and a beautiful Arabic domed ceiling. The room was the perfect size for us, and we loved having the balcony to sit and read in the evenings. If you're looking for a spotlessly clean room then this place probably isn't for you (you might struggle to find that in Dahab anyway), but we didn't mind it so much. After all, with free breakfasts and amazing personal service it's great value for money! We especially recommend this hotel to anyone going to Dahab for diving. There’s an amazing dive centre (Bedouin Divers Dahab) at the same location, which was so convenient. There’s even a great diving spot right in front of the hotel: we just walked straight into the ocean in our gear!

Staying at Bedouin Lodge and diving with Bedouin divers was a great experience for us!!! Accommodation manager Mohammed and staff made the stay and logistics of our stay super easy and perfectly relaxing. The Egyptian breakfast is super tasty!!! Bedouin divers were also amazing!!! Ahmed, Soliman and team had everything to make for an excellent dive holiday. Professionally thorough and safety minded but with a super relaxing and flexible approach and personalities to match that we fully appreciated. We would totally recommend diving with this lovely bunch of divers.

the staff was good, location was perfect, but the AC of room 20 it's swing was not working and also no soap in the toilet

The bedouin lodge was recommended by some friends of mine. As it should be! First of all the vibe is very relaxed. As soon as you arrive you experience the Egyptian hospitality. You easily feel part of the community because of all the good people there! I went there to learn how to dive at the bedouin divers. If you’re lucky you have Ahmed to teach you. Great teacher, he always reflects calmness and peace of mind, I always felt safe underwater. But it’s as good as a place for non-divers too. Close to the sea, Dahab center, bike rental, shops and the lagoon. Pricing is also very good (I’m a backpacker on a budget) but that doesn’t really matter, what matters is that after staying in the bedouin lodge you can call this place a home away from home. Last of all whenever you don’t feel like going out to eat you’re in luck because the food at the bedouin lodge is very good. The Egyptian breakfast is definitely the way to go!

Best camp for accommodation with affordable cost and nice staff

I dove and hung out at Bedouin lodge. Everyone is nice and helpful and the place is really chill. Ahmed is a great diving guide and he helped me with paperwork and my computer as well. Ottayek, the owner is also very friendly and helpful.

Best place in town Simple rooms don't expect it to be fancy but it is great for that prices Location is super close to everything and believe it or not you just can do snorkeling and sea beautiful corals and sea life underwater just infant of the lodge

With a second visit to Egypt comes of course a second stay in the bedouin lodge and more dives at bedouin divers. I highly recommend this awesome place with people I’m glad to call friends! It only took me a few seconds to realise I’ll be coming here the rest of my life. They can help you out with diving tours like Abou galoum ( a bedouin village ), a sunrise hike to the top of mount Sinai and a visit to Saint Catherine monastery. The atmosphere at night is super cosy. Can’t wait to go back and see the lodge 2.0 when the constructions are done.

Simple, dated rooms but great value, best restaurant in town and the most friendly staff. Everyone at the lodge is just amazingly sweet and helpful. When I decided to spend a day inside to recover from a cold I was regularly brought chicken soup and ginger & lemon tea to my room without even asking for it. Thank you for the amazing hospitality guys! See you again soon!
