Only patient are entered, Spouses are allowed only if patient older than 70, the hospital is too crowded that makes waiting is very long. The service quality is medium and it a clean hospital. Note: outside waiting area is very hot

This is such a terrible experience and not ethical. I tried to book an appointment for my mother and they refused to book me. The hotline wasted my time and didn’t even book me an appointment. When I went as a walk in they refused to see me and were so rude. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone.

When many people advice me to go to Bahayaa hospital i was hestiated . But i surprised when i go there due to the very cleaned place, the most polite staff and doing all efforts for patients.. best wishes for more and more success ..

It’s very bad experience A lot of nurses and receptionist but all of them professional only in missing time and poor knowledge I think they need more training and important thing all the employees used phone all the time . Special (M.D.T) I didn’t meet and doctors but the employees in this section really need training to know how to contact with the patients I’m sorry for this comment but it’s the true I hope the public administration take care about the comment .

Very clean, structured and organized place. They really do care about their patients, Staff very friendly and professional and the doctors more than amazing. Really proud to have such an amazing place in Egypt

It's a good place to check women's health. Not crowded. It was a very fast, professional, and nice service. There's a paid parking 50 meters to the clinic, it's a very important point for the central part of Cairo!

I was having a session in a course supervised by Medix education and Baheya. I was very happy by how nice and polite the staff were and how they treated patients that were waiting or in corridors.

The hospital is very good but there is a problem which is the for me dangerous problem that is a machine most of the time does not work and the patients feel bad for that... I hope they will solve the problem and find solution
