    Do you have a Reservation? No...we didn't have because the owner / manager didn't tell us in WhatsApp. Half empty bar and we need a Reservation? Thanks a lot ... there are other bars

    Unprofessional place in both dealing with customers and honesty. They add hidden fees and end up charging you way more. Place is managed way too randomly. Dishonest place compared to the other 2 lounges right next to them in the same hotel. P.s: they don’t even have a credit card machine.
