Me and my friends found this place on google maps and saw the reviews so we decided to try it. The place is very cozy and the music was very authentic. The owner was there, he was super friendly and very welcoming. He also recommends choices of the menu and they were very in. I tried the white shrimp pasta and it was very yummy and rich. Also picked the konafa shrimp and it was nice. For the salad, the eggplant was so yummy. Prices are very good compared to the quality. They only have the cash option but it is fine as there are ATMs in front of the place. Highly recommended.

Great experience at Sidi. Food was wonderful, specializes in Shrimps squid and octopus. The staff are very hospitable and the view is to die for. A must visit !

Great restaurant in the heart of historic Alexandria. I was just strolling around and came across a very clean, modern, near and tidy restaurant. It is a small kitchen and serves both street food that you can take away/ eat on the go, as well as dishes that you can enjoy on their cozy promenade. I had a fried shrimp sandwich which was amazing and really cheap, and as I was still hungry, I ordered some grilled shrimp and fried shrimp rice. I clearly ordered too much, and was stuffed in the end. All the dishes were really good and the price very acceptable. They put the food I didn't eat in a container for later. The staff were really nice and made me feel welcome from the start as well as the owners, that showed up later. They were honest and were genuinely interested in providing the best possible service, asking me for feedback on the food. Amazing experience! I cannot recommend it enough!

Best meal to date!!! We had the most amazing seafood spread, from stuffed calamari, creamy shrimp pasta, fried seafood, tahini, Mediterranean salad! It has been the tastiest food we have tried in Alexandria. The service was AMAZING, they were so kind and friendly - Sidi is a MUST

Excellent seafood restaurant with delicious food, and a really friendly owner and staff. We followed online reviews and decided to try. It met our expectations 100%.Grilled squid, the fish soup, tajine and all other food was amazing. They even played Slovenian music with our dinner and treated us to a cup of tea in the end 🥰 Really recommend it.

The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable, and the place is small; however, the atmosphere is cozy. We didn't wait so long for the food to be served. We really enjoyed our experience there. We will return for sure

The food was really delicious and the staff very kind. I even got some tea and biscuits after the meal. And you can enjoy a great view on the mosque on the other side of the street. I can definitely recommend to eat here!
