We stayed there for a full week. And it was an amazing time that we will treasure. Room was spacious and comfortable. We had comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Air-conditioning that will also heat during cold winter nights. Staff was very helpful. On the rooftop there is a swimming pool and restaurant that serves delicious, fresh food. Also view from there is fabulous and most definitely worth getting up earlier to enjoy sunrise. You can easily walk to nearby shop's or to the ferry to get across the river Nile to the East bank. On your way to ferry you'll find plenty of taxi drivers who will offer you trips to any place worth visiting.

Our stay at Nile Panorama Hotel was perfect. Yasser, Mahmoud, and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly and did everything they could to make us feel at home. Our initial plan was to stay two nights, but in the end we were sad that we did not enough have time to spend more than four nights. The location was perfect for us, although a bit far for walking to and from the ferry. Yasser has you covered though, because he offers a free daily transfer. What makes the location great is being surrounded by banana tree plantations, being close to rural/quiet and authentic Egypt, and having all historical sites of the West Bank easily accessible. The rooftop terrace with swimming pool offers a view that does not get old, and the included breakfast was delicious (props to Mahmoud). The rooftop restaurant offers great meals and a nice ambiance. The rooms are very clean and well equipped with everything you would need, including a nice hot shower. Yasser was very approachable and helpful, and I can honestly say we shared an amazing time here. We usually do not come back to places that we have visited, but I think Nike Panorama Hotel will be the exception.

We stayed with our two children - 9 and 6 - for three nights. Decent room with everything we needed, delicious food, friendly helpful staff. The pool was great after a hot day walking around Luxor and the view was spectacular. The hotel arranged for their driver, Mohamed, to take us down to Aswan with various stops on the way. Mohamed was kind, considerate and punctual. We felt very safe with him and enjoyed this company. The only negative was at our arrival - the lack of a big sign outside, and signage inside, made it a bit confusing. All in all, highly recommend.

If you are visiting Luxor, you should absolutely stay here! Yasser and his team were the most warm, welcoming hosts, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We arrived late on our first day and Yasser arranged a transfer for us from the train station and text us the menu to make sure we could have dinner before the restaurant closed. The food… oh my goodness the food!! It is incredible - Mahmoud the chef prepares everything from scratch. It was the best food we had in all our time in Egypt! The soups were my favourite but the vegetable tagine, the chicken, the tahina, the salad and the rice were all amazing too. The portions were really generous and in the end we had dinner there every night because we loved it so much. Yasser helped us to arrange all the trips we wanted to do for a good price. He got us the first flight on a hot air balloon to watch the sun rise - this was one of our highlights from our whole trip! We loved the day on the East bank where Ahmed took us from site to site on his boat. We headed back to the West Bank as the sun was setting which was the most perfect end to the day. Yasser and his team did our washing for us and checked in with us every day about how we were doing and how we were finding everything. We felt so looked after throughout our time there. This has been one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and we found it to be incredibly good value for money. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was great. If you’ve read this far, I’m sure it is clear how incredible this place is and how much we loved it! Thank you Yasser, Mahmoud, Alaa, Mohamed and all the rest of the team for such a wonderful stay in Luxor. We can’t wait to come back again one day!

Wished we could have stayed longer! Location is on the West Bank of the Nile almost directly opposite Luxor Temple. They have a boat captained by Mahmoud who doubles as the hotel chef! Great guy who knows loads about everything Luxor. Pool on the roof with fabulous views over the Nile to Luxor Temple. Yasser the owner was such a nice guy and couldn't do enough for us....organised a trip to Karnak and a sunrise balloon ride (an absolute must do). The whe stay was absolutely perfect and felt like you were really staying in Egypt rather than staying in a large western chain Hotel...no competition, Nile Panorama wins hands down. I would very high recommend if you want to visit Luxor you stay in this hotel.

We got in after the kitchen had closed so they cooked us a “fast meal” which was a traditional Egyptian meal. Not only did it taste phenomenal, the presentation was that of a 5 star restaurant. The staff has been extremely accommodating and friendly. They’ve gotten us everything we’ve wanted. We played ping pong with them in the afternoon. Absolutely relaxed, family atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and they’ll help you arrange day trips for an affordable price. Literally, nothing to complain about!

Great place to stay with an amazing view of the Nile. Your in the middle of farm land with you being the highest building. The staff are super friendly/funny and will do anything to make you feel like a king(pharaoh in this case). The food is amazing(breakfast and dinner since we had lunch while out and about). They’re prices for day trips are great and drivers are awesome. I’d want to rant more but this thread would be to long. Well worth the visit and stay!

Very honest hotel with great staff. The room was spacious and had a balcony with air con. The second floor is still being finished, but the swimming pool in the rooftop was a brilliant ideia from the owner Yasser. There we had many peaceful moments during our stay. Yasser did everything to make our trip smooth and pleasant. Great guy. You can book any trip from them. The only downside is the location if you want to go out walking, specially at night time. The road is dark and not so great to walk in. But they do have free of charge tuk tuk to take you where the restaurant and boats are. Amazing breakfast, for the food, pool and views.

We extended our stay here because the place is so pleasant and the team so welcoming! Don't hesitate for a second, Yasser Mahmoud and Mohamed will make your stay a perfect one. Our 4 days here went by too quickly... The hotel is on the west bank of Luxor, which is the most peaceful, ideally situated 5 minutes from the boat to the east bank and close to the sites to visit on the west bank. The team will organise the visits of your choice. Mahmoud's cooking is incredible (by the way, don't hesitate to come just for dinner or lunch if you're staying in a nearby hotel). We hope to come back in the coming years!

The hotel is just amazing! It's located inside a banana plantation, 10 minutes by tuk-tuk from the ferry port to the East bank and 10 minutes from temples like Medinet Habu. It's so calm, green and you see an authentic place, not some turistic village. Yasser was extremely kind and available 24/7. Mahmood will give you a ride where you need plus will also prepare extremely delicious food for you. And the rooftop pool? Just stunning!!

Cheeky devolving hotel on the West Bank of the Nike. Yassr runs this customer focused small family run hotel with a lively roof terrace and swimming pool overlooking a banana plantation and the Nile.... I'd recommend it
