Went there on December 6th . Massage was perfect,the atmosphere was excellent. The lady which did the massage her name is T.K. (hope that i got the name right) ,she was very professional, thank you. Clean and well maintained place. After the massage i went to the jacuzzi then for the heated pool, all was very good. The only downside was the shower room, they don't have any hangers !!! I was invited by my daughter but I think the price was about 1200 pounds which is reasonable (slightly overpriced).

The Heavenly Spa is One of the best in Cairo from all aspects very clean, highly professional and decent stuff especially friendly receptionist, T.K and Hossam, the facilities are well maintained and routinely cleaned plus the lounge and hospitality are perfect. The indoor pool was amazing too. The downside for me was the steam which is not active but they mentioned it as a Covid-19 precaution. Overall my experience was very good and I will definitely do it again.

We often come to the spa for Thai massages and it’s always been pleasant except for this time. I came to unwind and relax and instead had a very negative experience during the massage: I enter the room and I see a small mobile heater next to the bed. I assume the heating system is not working and I ask the masseuse if there is heating because I was cold. (Temperature that day was around 9degrees c). She said she would turn it on. All throughout the massage I was cold, and her hands were super cold. I told her and she kept on adding towels on me to the point where I could not even feel the massage anymore. And I was still feeling cold. At one point I asked her if the main heating system was broken in all the rooms. She went to the wall and turned it on. That was 5 minutes before the end of my session. We also got held at reception for 25 minutes as we had paid online ahead of time but they couldn’t find proof of that. I made sure to complain at the reception and the receptionist who obviously didn’t care much said she already sent a word to the manager Ms Brigitte. I haven’t heard from the manager or from anyone in the spa since that day. Very unprofessional.

I'm a big fan of brunch in Abu Dhabi, I wanted to visit and enjoy the service and quality of the massage. In the end, all that was left were negative emotions and complete horror, the spa asks for a massage cost of $100 and more, and you get a beautiful private room with an absolutely incomprehensible exit to the street with a mini fountain. It feels like a yard for prisoners to exercise. No chairs, no benches, nothing at all except a non-functioning fountain and a palm tree. The locker where we leave our things did not have a lock, what level??? Don't have the money to call someone to fix the locks on your doors? The massage itself is 3 out of 5. The therapist always asked a lot about something stupid and not related to the session at all, it is clear that she earned money from tips. Then, after 90 minutes of stroking and soothing massage, when I paid for the SWEDISH MASSAGE, we went to the sauna and steam room, where the steam did not work at all! I asked the workers to turn it on and how long should I wait??? Every promised 5 minutes lasted about 40 minutes, so in the end it didn’t work. As a result, the conclusion is that this SPA ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT MEET THE ASKED PRICE!!! A shame.

Really nice spa, massages are amazing!! Masseuses are very professional, lovely background music to make you fall asleep. Unfortunately, they lose a star because most of the times I went, the steam room for women was always out of service (way before COVID-19). But otherwise, everything else is a 10:10

One star only for the receptionist and the beauty of the place and its cleanliness 💜 but unfortunately I did not like the massage from Thai women, but I did not like the massage. I got up the second day, my neck on my shoulders hurts, even though the one who does the massage is polite and her treatment is classy, ​​but I did not like the massage. I give it 2/10

A gym with the necessary equipment for your workout during your stay at the hotel. An indoor pool heated to 29 degrees and a spa to relax after your fitness session.

This place is really clean and the masseuse was just amazing and very professional However the only downside is that they need to turn the AC down in their corridors as you come out of the shower and the jacuzzi in the freezing cold air ... hopefully i wont get sick Although we told them about the AC being really cold they didn’t switch it off but they kinda of turn it down a bit but we could still feel it

The unfortunate one star rated is for the employees of the reception. They do not match the quality of this spa or lovely hotel. I wish they would let employee work who are qualified to serve customer service. Very very disappointed, good luck for others.
