We went there 3 times during our holidays. 2 times for a 1h massage. 1 time for mani pedi. Massage was good and we enjoyed it. The staff and the owner are very nice and welcoming and we had a tasty cold ibiscus tea. However, mani pedi was the worst I have ever had: no removal of cuticles, the shaping of each hand nail was different (some round, some square, some sharp), there were several remarks to my foot nails being small (by nature), one single layer of nail polish (which was “chili together” of the low cost brand “essence”). My mani pedi finished at 8pm yesterday and by 7am today, part of my nail polish was already off. The lady doing my nails went for a while to their break room to calm down a colleague who was crying (which showed how nice the staff is but unfortunately also shows a lack of professionalism). I tried to go in person to share this feedback today before leaving el Gouna, but the owner was unfortunately not there and the staff does not speak good English. The place is nice and massage is worth it but they should definitely work on improving the mani pedi or remove it from the services. I have now seen a similar comment here in google about the mani pedi. Please avoid it!

I had a great experience here. They are very professional and there are several choices of massages you can have. It made my time in El Gouna even better and I went there again 3 days later. I came back home completely refresh and invigorated. The staff is very friendly and kind. You should try this place!

The massage was good. My kids didn’t like it that much. But Vera who gave me a massage, tried to steel from me. She tried to open my bag, while she was giving me massage. I had a second appointment, but I didn’t go. So be careful when you go there!

The hamam and massage was perfect. Mr Mo the salesguy at the swimming pool was very nice.

Nice staff although not all speak English. We had one massage each, a couple. The massages were okay but unfortunately not more. For me it lacked a response to my body and tensions. The shop does not always have cash at hand, so you might need to return the next day after payment to get your change.

Nice facility. Nice owner. Nice therapist. Well intended services. However, it was not a "medicinal" deep tissue oriental massage, as ordered.. I was more of a nice personal massage like you would get from a frien with no massage experience other than personal. The therapist was caring, but not a qualified therapist for deep tissue massage, I am sorry to say. It just wasn't a true certified professional massage experience. I gave a Gratuity in any case. She did her best. Times are very hard in Egypt right now.

I've been twice now and it's been great both times. The front desk is very responsive via WhatsApp for appointments and questions.

Partner and I tried the pedicure before committing to the hamman. It was the worst we have had. Partner had his toe nail cut down too far, which started to bleed. There was hardly any filing of dry skin around the heels. Maybe 2 minutes all together per foot so ended up walking out of the salon with hard skin. The massage was nice but again probably less than 2 minutes per foot. My therapist was on her phone for the majority of the treatment. And both therapists seemed like they could not be bothered. The cost was 900 EGP upfront and no attempt was made to give us the 100 EGP change before or after treatment. No tip was left from us obviously. We both left feeling unpampered, disappointed and 50 euros out of pocket. Needless to say we will not be going back for a hamman/massage. So we give the Secret Finger a middle finger. Tip for you - Avoid.
